Moser Crystal

What a wonderful shopping experience we had at Moser on our recent trip to Prague. The store has a beautiful aesthetic and the sales team was patient and helpful as we made our decision. They also made arrangements to ship it back to the US for us and it arrived safely and will be displayed with love in our home.

Moser Crystal is absolutely beautiful. I was in Prague and visited their store. It felt like I was in a museum. They also have a very nice factory in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic.

Prices have doubled in USD in the last 10 years. Still, the best quality commercial crystal. Attentive help.

The service is amazing. They introduce me with everything I’m interested in and even though I still need time for consideration.

We have purchased nice glasses and paid the delivery to Switzerland. We asked explicitly for tax and duty paid, which cost us an additional amount. On the delivery, we received the invoice for the customs fees, another 15%. On request for clarification, we were told to read the small print... Thank you Moser, never again

Fantastic Czech crystal at this very old manufacturer. Ended up getting a rainbow selection of half-dozen crystal glasses in a padded box to take back home to the US. Gorgeous other items including lots of amazing crystal vases. You can be reasonable and take something home within almost any budget - or go Crazy and break the bank!

If you are looking for the authentic crystal famous from Prague, then you should go to Moser. This is the real thing. Even if you don't end up buying anything, just stopping in the showroom here is worth it. It's like a museum and the pieces are so beautiful! There is every crystal item you can imagine in here and all of it colorful and intricate. Definitely something recommended to see when in Prague!
