Our first time getting Ethiopian and Eritrean food and drinks was here and couldn't be better. The mixed plate is absolutely delicious and enough for two. Service is amazing, they are really kind. All while listening to beautiful tezeta. ♥️

Here at Mosob was the first time I experienced Ethiopian cuisine, and it made a great impression on me! I had the Doro Wat, which was so delicious, with a unique flavour I haven’t tasted before. I was also excited to try the Injera bread, which is absolutely perfect with such a tasty sauce! I also tried an Ethiopian beer, which was pretty good. My friend had Beef Tibsi, which she enjoys very much. She also had the shot of Ouzo which was interesting to watch, as it changed colour with the addition of ice. The star of the show for me was the Mead (Tej), which was one of the best drinks I have ever had in life! I often think about it, so maybe I should come again for more! The service was excellent, and everything was perfect. Thank you very much, I hope to eat here again!

What can I say? This is the rarest hidden gem in Glasgow. The food, service and atmosphere is second to none. We had a vegan and mixed platter, vegan and meat samosas and this was accompanied by the Ethiopian lager, honey mead and finally wee shot to aid digestion and coffee. I thoroughly recommend!

One of the best Ethiopian and African food spots in Glasgow—truly underrated, possibly due to its location. I had a fantastic experience; the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the beers were great. Absolutely no complaints.

A great place for a group to eat out; I have been twice now and loved it! Delicious food, great flavours and not too spicy (some not spicy at all). The staff are friendly hosts and it’s a relaxed atmosphere. We were a group of nine, half vegetarians. We got starters, beer, a large shared platter with three mains added with it - all shared between five and it was plenty. The meat eaters did the same - more than enough food. We ended with delicious roasted-on-site traditional coffee and spiced tea. We spent a relaxed 3-4 hours, pleasant atmosphere and not too noisy so you could enjoy conversation and we were placed under no hurry to leave. Such a treasure to find for a different chilled night out - easy option for a large group. Ask for help if you’re not sure on ordering, and it was reasonable price too. I’ll be back for the delicious vegan/veggie food and to try the honey mead next time!

food was absolutely delicious, especially the injera & misir; the sharing platter is definitely enough for two people (maybe three?) - we were stuffed full but so happy 😄 the tej wine is unusual and very nice, but maybe split that between two people! the staff were lovely, very attentive, and the music/atmosphere were great! definitely coming back next time I'm in Glasgow ☺️🎉

Brilliant food and a really comfy place - walked past this place loads of times but only recently popped in. Very glad I did! Chicken doro wot is my new favourite dish. The vegan platter is also a great way to try different dishes in smaller servings, especially if you can't handle too much spice! The mead is amazing. Great atmosphere for a very comfortable and enjoyable time. Highly recommended!

Visited here last week with my dad before a gig at the nearby concert hall and haven't stopped thinking about the meal I had, it was so unbelievably tasty. We both had something called tibsi, mine was chicken, dad had beef, both were delicious and came with a large thin savoury pancake type of bread that has a nice fermented flavour. The background music was brilliant, great vibe overall, the service really friendly and when the bill came it was very reasonable and good value. 100% recommend Mosob, definitely will be back with my partner as he wants to try this place too.
