I've visited Moss Boutique Hotel in Moscow, Russia this month. The front desk staffs were friendly either the reservation desk or the concierge. The room was clean, however, it was very small (not suitable for people with many luggage, but maybe good for backpackers) and it lacks an important facility for me like a water boiler that was not available, and it wasn't acceptable for me because the hotel is rated as five stars hotel, so at least I expected to have a complimentary hot drink since the boiler was not there even though I asked for it the first thing I went there.||Every day I had to order the coffee on my own expense, and it comes more cold than hot, and sometimes when I ask for it to be extra hot, they tell that there is one person who is responsible of making the coffee extra hot but he is not available!||Other than that I loved the amenities in the shower room and they were of high quality.||The concierge staff were very helpful as I said earlier, they helped us on some of our reservations for attractions, and answered our questions gladly. ||Also if you want to stay very near to the Red Square, then this hotel is not the best option.
