Most Hostel

Stayed for one night, good communication before check in, late self check is possible when arriving late at night, near to the sights, 10 minutes walk from the bus station. On arrival the receptionist was friendly and helpful, nice common area and outside by the canal. bed was comfortable and clean, large fridge inside the dorm, side table and plug for the phone, 2 bathrooms inside the shared dorm, strong wifi, good for meeting other travellers. Is hard to sleep as people stay up until late talking, no privacy curtains, bed moves when other guest sleep above you, air con was not good enough, was sweating all night.

The good things are ability to booking without prepayment and without credit card sharing. Location is in the center, not far from the train station and bus station. Wi-Fi is good. The disadvantages are as follows. Hot water in the shower doesn't last long. The shared community space is very small - just one sofa in front of the reception. Check out time is so early. No towels are provided. Overall the place is overpriced.

Very rude receptionist,||They only charge by cash which i missed the message thats my fault i acknowledged that.||I didnt have cash on me that time and my card didnt work in the atms there so i would like to cancel my stay. I ask the receptionist if she can help me cancel the stay she replied me loudly “ then you do it yourself it says in hostelworld.com we charge cash only,I DONT UNDERSTAND.” And showed me this gesture 🤷🏽‍♂️.||||I moved over to another hostel eventually cuz i would not take this woman’s attitude during my stay. I understand i missed the cash thing but she doesnt need to talk to customer like this and if she doesnt prefer talk nicely as a receptionist i would suggest her to get another job, CS is not for you.

This budget hostel delivered more than I expected. The room was comfortable and spacious enough,there's a teakettle and mini fridge, and the bathroom very nice with a walk-in shower(!) and the beds are comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient. Great location in old town by river. The sole drawback is there can be noise from the street. I would gladly stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Very rude receptionist, literally THE WORST hostel experience i have ever had in my life throughout 5 years of travel. I moved over to another hostel eventually cuz i could not take her attitude.

Most hostel is small hostel, check in needs to go to other hostel. There's a very small kitchen we can use in other hostel, the problem is the staff occupy the only small common area for themselves talking, the attitude of the staff are rude, not friendly to guests, and always absent at the reception. There's no atmosphere or service in that hostel. I paid 20 euro ÷ tax. Not recommended.

I booked last minute and it was the cheapest option available. The location is truly great, the rooms and overall hostel not so much. If you need a place to sleep and shower then it’s ok but if you could pay a bit more, i would stay somewhere else. The shower wasn’t properly attached to the ceiling so you had to hold it while taking a shower, beds had no number, the lockers didn’t work, the bedsheets were stained, there was no trashcan on the toilet and the other bunk beds made so much noise everytime someone moved a little bit that it was difficult to fall asleep. Staff is ok but they don’t really explain anything about the hostel, don’t mention the lack of lockers, don’t tell you where the kitchen is. 10am check-out also seems too early and given the fact they don’t really do much to the bed or overall dorm area in terms on cleaning, it’s not justified.

Amazing location near the Dragon bridge, good price, lovely and helpfull staff. Just two problems: One, the room is not ready at 15.00, it was rainy and i run into hostel for check in and get warm, however, my bed was still dirty, and the cleaning ladies came while I'm in room, trying to dry, opened to door, cleaned the room for at least 15 minutes while door is open. I was freezing. Two: I think reserving from online by giving credit card knowledge but paying in the hostel as cash unnecessary. I couldn't reach my bank so i don't know if the money is taken when i entered the information, and i didn't see in anywhere giving card info is just for reservation but we have to pay in hostel in cash. If there is a warning about it, sorry to not see it.
