Mostrador Marram

Am I Europe? The parties are AMAZING! The breakfast is the best. The pride in presentation of food served on paper plates or paper boxes is wonderfully thought out. Lunch is all about the “sides” go for the “3”! We didn’t get to try dinner there during our stay at Marram and I can say in disappointed about that. Aside from a proper dining area, I’m in love with Mostrador!

Food was incredibly tasty, service was friendly and efficient, and we ate facing the sea. Main dish portions are small and pricey. Totally worth it.

We stopped in for a quick beachside lunch at Mostrador while waiting to check into our room, and it was a fantastic choice! The beachy, low-key vibe made it the perfect spot to unwind. We enjoyed a glass of red wine, a Negroni for the Mr., and two delicious Mostrador plates with lamb shank and fresh vegetables—absolutely delicious! To top it off, we had a perfectly crafted cortado for dessert. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxed, yet flavorful dining experience in Montauk.

Had a fantastic breakfast at Mostrador. The soft boiled eggs were delicious and the croissant was buttery and flaky as it can be, absolutely perfect! Great thing I discovered this place while we still have a few days staying in Montauk. We'll definitely be back! Totally recommended!

The venue is amazing and also the food is delicious, but I would like it even better if they used proper plates and cutlery. It tastes better than eating with a plastic spoon and please think about the environment and all the garbage you are producing - thank you!

Upscale buffet style. Chicken Milanese was fantastic. Pastries were out of this world. Vegetables were delicious. Service was the kindest ever. Great staff and atmosphere. Mi mas grande agradecimiento a todos los que nos atendieron.

I thought I was staying at Marram for the beach; now when I go back - it will be to eat at Mostrador again. Holy smokes, this restaurant is seriously impressive. I can't remember the last time I had such interesting, thoughtful, beautiful, DELICIOUS food like this: breakfast, lunch & dinner. The staff is so on their game and obviously work very hard to make it all happen. Somehow they also have the ability to be lovely and accommodating. I can't wait to go back.

Me and my friend came here because we were both curious about this spot. We walked into the space, and were a little confused about the seating, but quickly realized that it's counter service. They have lots of seating ranging from benches to couches and all set along the beach, so you hear the ocean in the background which is so nice. The ambiance is warm and inviting and the staff were so lovely. They have a small dinner menu, and we ordered the sourdough toast, the crispy squid ink rice and the heirloom tomato salad. Everything was super flavorful and delicious. We came the next day for breakfast and had another wonderful meal! We ordered the yogurt and granola bowls along with a couple of pastries. We sat on chairs facing the ocean and it was just perfection. Would definitely recommend (even if you're not staying at the hotel).

Breakfast review: A really nice relaxed vibe, you can choose from a variety of pastries or something off of the breakfast menu. There's also a drinks menu with delicious coffees and espresso. Very friendly and pleasant service. Wait for your food and find a spot on the outdoor deck overlooking the ocean, or take in the beautiful grounds.

Really delicious food. Fresh ingredients. It's self service like you pay and sit where you want. The plates and cutlery are disposable. You do not need to be a guest at the hotel to eat there. The staff is so sweet and unpretentious. They have a vegetarian plate we wanted to try but missed lunch. Dinner was worth it - but I wish they cooked the pizza on a fire. It's good but not as delicious as some of their other food. Don't forget to use their olive oil. Yum! The sauce for the empanada - I wish I took a pic of what it's called because I could drink it. So fresh and full of flavor. The best thing we had was the flan. It was incredible - like flan and creme brûlée had a baby.

I was floored by this restaurant. My partner and I were staying at Marram and had dinner our first night at Mostrador. The food was incredible - Michelin star quality and ingredients. Interesting flavors and unique dishes clearly inspired by the chef's South American background. It is counter service so you place your order and can sit wherever you'd like. The food comes on to go plates with plastic utensils, but you taste the food and are transported. Especially in Montauk it's hard to come by restaurants that are worth the price tag, but Mostrador took my breath away. If they became a sit down establishment I would pay big bucks to eat there, but for now I'll enjoy the laid back ambiance and stellar food.

Totally unprepared for this amazing meal. The preparation was perfect and the finished product was so very tasty! Many wonderful vegetable dishes--I think 8, all were incredible. Start with the chickpeas--then the carrots--sweet potato--potato salad--onion/zucchini quiche--rice with lentils and more...all of this and they featured two proteins, a wonderful pork and a braised chicken. Top marks! We did lunch and sat on a bench watching the surf. I want to return to see what's for dinner. Please check it out.

Wonderful breakfast in a lovely, serene setting that feels like a hidden gem. We walked along the beach from Ditch Plains (at low tide) to Marram. We arrived just in time for breakfast at their food counter, Mostrador Marram. There are a few savory options and many pastries and sweets. Coffee is outstanding as well. We had the soft-boiled eggs w perfectly ripe heirloom tomatoes drizzled with olive oil, avocado and a thick slice of toast. We split a morning bun which was crispy and delicious and a perfect plum galette. The setting offers multiple well designed and ultra comfortable locations to sit and enjoy your meal in a very relaxing, serene environment. We saw that lunch, apertivo and dinner are served at the counter as well. We would definitely go back here again and again.

If you're staying at Marram, be sure to eat dinner here at least one night. Food is fabulous. There's no wait service. You order at the kitchen and get a beeper. If the weather is good there are plenty of places to sit and dine around there property. Don't be put off by the recyclable serving ware. It's all delicious.

Ordered from here because it was a convenient on site cafe within the hotel. Food was good but overpriced with small portions as well.

Exquisitely delicious, unpretentious food. Pre-fix dinner is worth it. Lovely staff and atmosphere - quiet and by the ocean. Can't recommend it enough. Hidden secret of Montauk.
