Mót Hội An is one of those rare hidden gems that effortlessly captures the essence of Hội An’s charm. Located near the ancient town’s bustling streets, this quaint little herbal tea shop offers a refreshing and authentic local experience that stands out amid the tourist buzz.
The star of the show is undoubtedly their herbal drink, made from a traditional recipe combining lemongrass, lime, lotus leaf, licorice, and other aromatic herbs. Served in a bamboo cup with a lotus petal garnish, it’s not just a drink—it’s an experience. The flavors are light, slightly sweet, and incredibly soothing, especially in the tropical heat of central Vietnam.
What makes Mót even more special is its aesthetic presentation and street-side vibe. The setup is small but beautiful, often decorated with fresh flowers and traditional elements, making it a favorite spot for photos. Even though the space is limited, the line moves quickly, and the staff is always welcoming and polite.
At around 15,000–20,000 VND (less than $1), it’s also one of the best-value experiences in Hội An. Whether you’re looking for a break from sightseeing or a unique taste of local culture, Mót is a must-visit.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hội An. Don’t miss it!
