Motel 429

Stayed at Motel 429 and had a great experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and checking in was quick and easy. Perfect spot for a simple and stress-free stay. Highly recommend!

I booked a 3-night stay here with my wife, and we truly enjoyed our time. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the motel itself offers beautiful lake-facing views, which made our stay even more pleasant. The location is convenient, with a supermarket nearby, and there is plenty of parking available, which made it easy for us to get around. The motel also provides useful amenities like a cooktop and utensils, which added a nice touch for a more comfortable stay. I especially loved the bathroom and the shower – everything was modern, clean, and really enjoyable to use. The only drawback I noticed is that water and alcohol are not complimentary, which would have been a nice addition. However, this didn't take away from the overall experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and if I plan another holiday to Tasmania in the future, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean, quiet, very easy check-in and out process. Good location, close to hotels and restaurants. Ample parking. Very well equipped kitchenette. Good value for money!We didn't use the gym, sauna or guest laundry but good to know they are there.I'd be more than happy ro stay here again.

Mum and I stayed here on Friday night so we could go to Salamanca Market on Saturday morning while we were holidaying through Tasmania. This was our 2nd time at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The two ladies at reception were friendly and gave as some ideas of local things to do. My only recommendation would be to put PowerPoints next to the beds but I would definitely stay again.

Stayed one night while travelling. Friendly staff, went out of her way to help after a 3rd party booking didn't get sent through to them. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is great. Would definitely stay again.

The room was ok, the location being on the water with no views was disappointing, got back today to my card not working and after 2 hours and multiple calls a security person finally came to let me in, there are no staff on site after 3/4pm which is an issue when things like the door issue pop up, the security guards then proceeded to tell me that he always gets called to this location, the owner/management had no cares at all about my problem, decided to not stay a third night and book the Hilton in Hobart instead.
