Motel 98

The food, cocktails, and the service were amazing. We were offered their entree that they were just trialling, and it was absolutely beautiful. The food was definitely prepared with perfection 👌 We would highly recommend Motel 98

Dirty, mouldy shower, room stank like a toilet, aircon was dusty. I think the mouldy room actually made me sick Shower leaking water Door was hard to shut (had clearly been kicked in at some point) Crack house across the road. Most rooms have a heap of air fresheners blasted into them to try to cover up the stink. They should just fix the stink Staff were friendly and helpful, but would not stay there again.

Pool is unusable, full off dirt slim and bat feces. Staff difficult to communicate with if you could find them. Room clean enough, but dated, and smelt of mold. A complete juxtaposition to the attached restaurant which was quite fancy and very expensive.

Room was clean and bed very comfy. Good location and quiet.

I stayed here every time I'm in Rocky. Rooms are clean & tidy. Service is great and the restaurant has a wide range of delicious food.

Pay for what you get. Nothing special, nothing gross. However if you’re here for business and need reliable in room wifi, this isn’t the one for you. Phone reception is poor in the rooms and the wifi is so bad that I connected to next doors free wifi to get a more reliable connection.

My recent stay at this hotel proved to be an exceptional experience. The comfort and serenity provided by this establishment were truly outstanding.Very peaceful ambiance, allowing for a restful night's sleep. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the cleanliness of the hotel. Every corner was immaculate, and the attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment was evident. It was refreshing to see such high standards upheld. Additionally, I must commend the staff for their unwavering support and friendliness throughout my stay. From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Their willingness to assist with any request and their genuine warmth only added to the overall pleasant experience. Big Thanks goes to the honorable owner and his lovely family :)

Rooms are ok, there is lots of parking available for vehicles, and the motel is in a great place, walking distance to some great cafes and a small shopping centre. As I was arriving in the evening, I got a call to see how far away I was, so I thought that was good.

A tidy well maintained motel with friendly and helpful staff. Average size room equipped with all that you will require. The king size bed is a treat and very comfortable. Rain showerheads are amazing.
