First, during check-in, the staff only needed to verify my ID and possibly the debit card used for payment. However, the attendant started typing numbers from my card, and I had to stop them since my details were clearly visible and matching.
Second, the room’s condition was poor — there was a ceiling leak in the bathroom and visible mold, suggesting it had been there for some time.
Third, the checkout process was confusing. The reception and front doors were locked, and I almost missed my taxi waiting for someone to come and collect the key.
Lastly the room had a bad smell, not sure how the do their cleaning.
Despite these issues, I believe they’re all fixable and can be improved
