I stayed with a friend at Motel Du Beau in early June - my first time staying at this motel. I reserved a room there online because the price was reasonable, the location was great, and also because it's a historic motel, built in 1929, one of the region's oldest motels. It's a single-story "U" shaped configuration, with a small central building that contains the office (and we were told had also had a cafe prior to the pandemic). There's also a small communal patio with tables and chairs adjacent to the office on one side. The motel office hours are limited, so my friend and I parked at the motel and took the opportunity to walk around the Flagstaff historic district and have a couple of afternoon beers before returning. Once we did, the check-in was quick and easy.||The old motel has been updated very nicely, with a number of the original small rooms doubled up to make larger rooms, as was the case with the room my friend and I had. This made a spacious room, with two queen beds, two desks with chairs, a larger comfy chair, dresser, ceiling fans, mini-fridge, and smallish TV and smallish bathroom. Unlike some older motel rooms, ours had plenty of electrical outlets. The place appeared to be very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable.||Breakfast was included, and it was available adjacent to the office. The options were limited but there was coffee and tea, oatmeal, muffins and danish, yogurt, and granola bars. My friend and I talked with a couple of other guests who were traveling through the area, and it was nice to share stories at breakfast. ||I was very happy with my stay at Motel Du Beau and it would be my first choice of places to stay on future visits to Flagstaff.

Loved our stay in this historical gem! Perfect place if location is your top priority and you want to be right in the middle of downtown. Room was good; there is nothing we were missing but be prepared for simple no frills lodging. The staff was amazing, and it was great to have laundry and breakfast available.

Google
Charmingly preserved motor inn, small and simple rooms but exceedingly clean and comfortable. Amazing memory foam beds. Perfect location. Appreciated the laundry, kitchen and common room availability. Great staff. Only negatives are the one-ply TP 😏and the “resident squatter” who used the corner by our room to have frequent smokes.

Google
A nice vintage motel that really worked to keep the vintage feel. Rooms were kept true-to-history so don’t expect luxury. Very charming because of that, though. Location can’t be beat, just keep in mind that since it’s in an area with lots of bars you’ll be hearing folks late at night. Also you’ll hear trains. Bring a white noise machine! Great value if you just need a place to rest your head overnight.

My wife and I stayed three nights and four days at Motel DuBeau Travelers Inn in Flagstaff, which was as close as we could get to the Grand Canyon without spending a small fortune. Great location next to Downtown Flagstaff!! Our Queen Bed Room was very nice, clean, with the exception of a few past guest's hairs on the bed sheets and floor. For the price, our room was exceptionally clean and a really good value. My only complaint overall of the room/bathroom was that the shower compartment was very tight, not really offering much room to move. I am 6'-0" in height with a very large arm span and I had trouble moving around in the shower compartment. Other than that, the room/bathroom were very clean, nicely remodeled, and offered plenty of heat for the cold, late December nights!! Highly recommend Motel DuBeau Travelers Inn for the money!!!!

Google
This historic motel is super cute and very convenient to restaurants. We got a queen room, which is small, but has a mini fridge and desk. It is right on the railroad tracks, so don't mind the trains rumbling through. They don't honk their horns often.

Mary Matlack

Google
If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for an authentic, community friendly, classic experience at a great value in a perfect location, you can't beat Motel DuBeau. We've stayed all over Flagstaff and now we have found our home - it's really great!

My girlfriend and I wanted to take an impromptu trip to this motel since it was our go to spot in downtown flag. But today (3/14/2025) we wouldn’t have been able to make it up north from the valley due to road closures and weather. When my girlfriend called/emailed to reschedule the booking, she instead got a cancellation email instead of options about other dates that we could book. Yes the policy for cancellation is no refunds but exigent circumstances should accommodate those who physically cannot travel in a timely manner to stay in a hotel. We love this place. But unfortunately she received less than optimal customer service and even heard joking in the background about the road closures. We love this small motel but unfortunately won’t be receiving our business again.

Yelp
Very quaint motel - homey & loved the decor & surroundings. Very clean and nice staff. Thank you so much for your accommodations.

Patrick g.

Yelp
Spectacular hotel. Super nice hotel and people. The food (Breakfast )was amazing too.

Oskar L.

Yelp
Quaint motel with low prices. Small, clean rooms. Walk to downtown Flagstaff for shops and restaurants.

Yelp
I called to see availability and while talking, I was checking yelp reviews. The reviews on this place weren't good. I apologized and was about to close the call when the receptionist told us they had gone though some renovation. We went and checked the room. It was perfect for what we needed. Large room #10 small bathroom, clean, firm bed, fluffy pillows. Access to kitchen and fridge in common areas, lovely sitting areas, friendly staff. Easy walks to coffee shops, breweries, bagels, breakfast. In old town flagstaff.

Steven K.

Yelp
Stayed here for a night this past weekend and I will say the absolute best part of this motel was the location. You can pretty much anywhere downtown from this place which was super convenient. One thing to note is that this motel is pretty close to the train tracks in downtown so you will definitely hear some of that noise. The amenities were what you would expect at a motel but the service was really nice and friendly. I would probably stay here again for the location but everything else is pretty basic.

Michelle S.

Yelp
Best part of the Du Beau: the price was great for our Queen Suite; totally within walking distance of EVERYTHING; the shower is great; the whole place was well maintained and very welcoming; breakfast area well stocked with a variety of quick foods; coffee was good. Worst part of the Du Beau: Industrial toilet paper rolls that are difficult to deal with and the toilet paper just tears as you attempt to pull down; uncomfortable queen bed; couldn't get warm in the rooms - space heater in living room (we put a blanket down in front of the door and that helped some), radiator in bedroom that doesn't work reliably (we were really hot and really cold on the same night) and it was early november; no coffee pot in the room, had to get dressed and run across the parking lot to the kitchen in 30° weather; Unusual paintings that seemed out of place on the walls (more suited for a bar) - then watched Motel Makeover and realized the paintings in our rooms were "self portrait" paintings of the owners in their youth, perhaps to add color. Not a bad stay but not a great stay

Yelp
This place is a gem! The grounds are impeccable with beautiful lilac bushes, beautiful spring potted flowers and pine trees. You can enjoy the fresh mountain air in one of the many spots with nice outdoor patio furniture. The mural on the property was painted by one of their talented staff members and it is very well done! The staff is a 10/10 you can tell they take pride in where they work. The rooms are cozy and with very comfortable bed and bedding. You can walk (right across the street) to many breweries, coffee shops and restaurants. It is close to the train station and that didn't bother us at all. The place is pretty much perfect. Seriously super clean rooms and property. And the parking is right near your room! We will be back.

Angelica G.

Yelp
Super cute and quant motel in dt Flaggstaff. Booking was a breeze online. Staff was accommodating and friendly. They have complimentary juice, coffee, and breakfast snacks. The mini fridge wasn't very cold but we made it work. The only thing I would have wanted was a tv in the room. Room was small but we don't need a whole lot of room for a couple staying one night. Pricing is great.

Shawn D.

Yelp
The wife and I stayed here again and were very pleased to see the same faces and get the same great service!!

Adam M.

Yelp
Room was clean. Staff were polite. Modest but filling continental breakfast (oatmeal, yogurt, V8, muffins). Coffee was good. Great price ($85 for small room). Room came with a small desk and queen bed, which is an ideal size for one person. Great location in downtown Flagstaff. Fun bars and restaurants are in walking distance. The lobby is a pleasant place to hang out in the morning while eating breakfast. The room is decorated with retro memorabilia fitting for Route 66. I come to Flagstaff at least twice per month. Motel DuBeau will likely be my go-to motel.

Ken M.

Yelp
Friendly staff, clean, old school rooms which makes it fun. Walking distance to everything downtown.

Celeste L.

Yelp
You heard from me via voicemail the night this occurred. I left several distressed messages, in fact, and never received a response. This is a Yelp review of that incident not a message to the hotel. A voicemail message left on my phone the next morning from Hotel Du Beau checking to see if we had gotten in okay, clearly indicated that someone there thought we had a reservation on the 13th, maybe the caller from hotel Du Beau also wasn't familiar with your hotel's hold policy. In any case, this is your first direct response to me--perhaps if the amount of effort put in to your response here on Yelp had been done at the time of the incident, no negative Yelp review would have been necessary.

Yelp
Disappointing. it's a MOTEL. It is MOTEL 6 QUALITY STAY, but you cannot bring your dog. I have a 5 lb docile ESA and I was not allowed to bring my dog. The website does NOT REPRESENT THIS WELL AT ALL. In fact, this is what the google search says * see attached image* The owner was not accommodating at all. Own the fact that you are a motel, yes am outdated "historic" motel, but a MOTEL none the less. You cannot put lipstick on a pig or 1980s furniture. Even the Hilton allows dogs. Charge me a fee, I do not care, I am not bringing a firearm I am bringing a small dog. My cancellation fee was the entire cost of the room so I was forced to stay while my fiancé slept in our car with our dog. What an awful way to celebrate a birthday. Thanks Motel Dubeau. Get with the times, Flagstaff is dog friendly, either put a MASSIVE sign on your website and door that labels you as not, or change your idiotic rules. A child would do more damage than most dogs.

Jamie R.

Yelp
Excellent stay at the Motel Du Beau. Very nice Route 66 era courtyard motel within easy walking distance to all of downtown. The place has been nicely updated and our room, #10 was quite large and clean. In addition to the great room and service, the hotel offers nice sitting / dining room and a fully stocked communal kitchen if you want to prepare your own food. There are also nice outdoor lounging areas. We would highly recommend Motel Du Beau.

Camryn M.

Yelp
Cute motel with such a homey feel! Can't beat the price for what you're getting! Would definitely recommend for people staying in Flag for a couple nights

Karl K.

Yelp
The family plan has been to camp in the forest for as long as we can and then for a return to civilization, the Motel DuBeau! Old world charm without being stuck up. And the best bagel shop across the street.

Vanessa G.

Yelp
Overall, wasn't a bad stay. Its definitely not the fanciest motel but if you're just looking for a place to crash, this will work. Pros: the location was awesome. You're within blocks of many great breweries, bars & restaurants Cons: there were a couple... 1) there is no a/c so during the summer you'll have to keep your windows open. Don't forget though... you're only a block from the railroad tracks and the trains run through Flagstaff every 10 mins, 24 hours a day. If you're a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. 2) I'm not sure how "clean" this place is, especially during COVID. Our floors were filthy and sticky. Once I got out of the shower & walked around a few mins, I had to rewash my feet before I put my shoes on. After we checked out, we sat on the front patio & finished our breakfast before we left. I was surprised to see an employee immediately come to our room and change the linens (bedding & towels) and empty the trash. We waited a while and he never came back with any cleaners or disinfectants. Thats was somewhat concerning. 3) This is a very small, basic room. There is no TV, dresser or closet, although I did appreciate the room under the bed to store our luggage. My partner is 6'5" and when he laid on the bed, his feet hung off the edge and touched the wall. Obviously, I couldn't pass by without him having to move. The shower was only about 2'x2' but it had good water pressure.

Marlene G.

Yelp
A basic, clean place to stay in Flagstaff. Room was small but more than adequate for an overnight. Great location!

Krysten G.

Yelp
Motel DiBeau is a must stay! Great staff, great rooms and it's small so it stays quiet and restful. Walking distance to both downtown and many other shops and restaurants.

Steven K.

Yelp
Very cute little place! Nice throwback to the motels of yesteryear. Centrally located, and easy walking to many restaurants/shopping places. Hotel offers a central kitchen/gathering area where food can be prepared and games (supplied) can be played. Muffins, oatmeal, coffee, and various juices complete the continental breakfast. The owner was very kind and offered our group a 10% discount. Everyone enjoyed their stay, and we will definitely return for another mountain biking adventure.

Michelle B.

Yelp
What a perfect little Getaway spot!! We were arriving late and the key was left out for us with directions on how to retrieve it. Our room was a Bunkbed room and it was clean, warm and just the perfect size for a cozy night of rest. One recommendation would be some coat hooks near the door!! Fresh linens and bath towels were provided along with easily accessible wifi. Breakfast options were good but limited for those with dietary restrictions. There are several little cafes and coffee shops right around the corner. If you want a change from the hotels, this is a wonderful place to stay!!

Chad P.

Yelp
Motel DuBeau is a one of a kind retro masterpiece. It is all things Flagstaff and mountain town. It is clean, convenient and affordable. I love that the windows open in the rooms and you can park just outside of your room for easy drop off of all your things. The staff and owners (who are almost always on property) are super friendly, helpful and happy to see you. If you are looking for something very "Flagstaff" look no further!! However, this place is not for everyone as nothing that is this unique, ever is, nor should be. It is not fancy and most of the bathrooms and showers are small. If you want space and a large bathroom I recommend the Queen Suite which is awesome and also funky and fun. I have only stayed in the premium suites and queen and they are both very comfortable. I also recommend staying in the higher end rooms as they are only a few dollars more and the value is incredible. I will likely never stay elsewhere while visiting Flagstaff until I buy property here in the future.

Martha L.

Yelp
Excellent service, clean room and the decor of the room was adorable. Loved it's location, across the street from several restaurants to choose from. Definitely will stay there again

ken j.

Yelp
Great location in the heart of town, surrounded by a big choice of great restaurants and coffee shops. Plus it's historic! They've done a great job keeping it spiffy while retaining that historic ambience. I especially appreciate the old french-style wood-framed windows that open inward (see the photo). Flagstaff is phenomenally bug-free, so keeping mine open all day and night (while I worked inside online) was great. If you want a big-chain room that's exactly like every other big-chain room on the edge of the freeway next to a Denny's then why go anywhere at all?

Brian C.

Yelp
My buddy and I had done the zip line adventure course at Tuthill Park and wanted to hit the breweries in Flagstaff. So we chose this place for its location. Great little throwback to simpler times. Nice room with a cool atmosphere. Can't wait to come back with the wife for a weekend away.

Jamie B.

Yelp
Here's the letter I sent to the owners: "I'm m in one of your rooms right now, one that looks so unlike the photos it's painful. #4, a white box with one painted wall. The furniture looks like something from a 70's garage sale. No tv, no AC (in Flagstaff in the summer!) no bath (glad there's a shower, with no shampoo.) Worst of all, it's SO LOUD. There's a bar band band across the street that I have to listen to (such awful covers of the classic rock cannon, there are multiple artists turning over their graves) because I have all the widows open because it's Flagstaff in the summer and there's no AC. Did I mention that? Last, the damn porch light was out, so I gashed the hell out of my toe on the step. I'll try to not bleed on your sheets. The smoke detector has been partially ripped out of the ceiling. There are a bunch of moths in the room because a window has no screen, and I had to cool the room down because it's Flagstaff in the summer. I get the idea of simple charm. I don't really care about a tv, but for $100 a night it'd be reasonable to get something decent. Not really getting the "quaint charm" thing here. Maybe put some of this on your website. And can you fix the porch light? This place might be nice for parents visiting the campus, when there are not awful bands playing outside your window. Maybe it's way cheaper off season. Maybe it works if you really want the late night party experience. Of Flagstaff. Wrong choice for me.

Mike S.

Yelp
First of all, the staff is very nice and very friendly. The issue is the noise, understand this is very close to the train, the buses, and the downtown party crowd. We were there over the weekend, and that made the noise worse. The room was fairly clean, and honestly the vintage vibe of the motel was cool. I would say if you are traveling for the downtown party, this is a great choice. I'm not upset, but this will most likely be my only trip to the DuBeau.

Hunter R.

Yelp
This little motel rocks, if you don't need all the bells and whistles or are just passing through I highly re commend it, parking is easy, staff is awesome, it's very inexpensive and a five minute walk to a while Myriad of bars and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again

George S.

Yelp
Listen, this place is about as old school as it gets per the Route 66 original timeline. It has old creaky wooden floors, a steam heater and no AC. Make sure you are aware of that NO AC. Fans were blowing when we checked in. Flagstaff is presumably a temperate climate so perhaps it's not that big of a deal. It certainly wasn't for us toward the end of September. Still, consider this when you make your plans. Also, located right next to the railroad line. Horns will blare. Other mention: hot water may take a while, there's even a sign to let you know that. Overall though, quaint, charming and friendly staff.

Gabi J.

Yelp
This place is great! My bf and I are taking a little cross country train journey and we stopped in flagstaff for one night so we could go see the Grand Canyon. This place is great if you're taking the train because it's right behind the train station. We arrived after the front desk left but we called beforehand to let them know and they left a very clear note on the window for us and left our key and everything in the mailbox like they said. The room is small but perfectly comfy for the two of us! We had a shower and everything in our room. Idk if we were giddy just to have a bed after sleeping on the train the previous night but we slept like rocks. You get a continental breakfast in the morning too. It was everything we needed! Not super fancy but we loved feeling like we were doing the old Route 66. Hope to be back soon!

John L.

Yelp
Great little place if you're traveling to Flagstaff. Very conveniently located, very friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect! Coffee in the morning is good too!

Debra U.

Yelp
Needed a room for 3 folks a 2 night stay. I stopped by the front desk to make my reservations for the upcoming weekend. Jack the reservations attendant was super helpful. I have never stayed at a Hostel before and he immediately understood that I was a bit skeptical. Jack gave me a tour of the property and showed me the inside of 3 rooms and then let me chose the one that best fit our personality. Thanks Jack I can't wait to stay here. Your helpfulness was the reason for my reservation!

Alan J V.

Yelp
This spot is a 5 for coolness. Unfortunately it is a 1 for the most important item needed in Arizona in the Summer. Air Conditioning! I checked out 5 minutes after checking in, once I walked into a sweltering room with 1 broken fan and no A/C. There was no way the room would cool off before I wanted to go to bed. I'm sure this would be a great place in the Fall or Spring and maybe even in the dead of Winter. I didn't look for a heater. But not when it's 85+ degrees out and the breeze through the windows in June only make you hotter. Go for the nostalgia because this place is cool, but don't do it in the summer.

Marisa B.

Yelp
Last minute decision found this place. So kind had written note and an email letting me know how to do a late check in!! So thorough! Affordable, quaint, comfortable, beautiful. Old timey motor motel for the win. Now I know where to stay when I come through Flagstaff. My permanent spot!!

Andrew S.

Yelp
Okay, this place is fantastic! I had found out about this place in my research for some Route 66 adventures and I'm so glad, because it truly is an absolute gem! This place is old, 1920's old, and it has so much history and charm that if you care about that sort of thing (you should) it will enhance your stay at Motel DuBeau. The person at the check in desk was very friendly and welcoming, the office was super cute...Everything about this place is cute. It would seem the attached wine bar/lounge is currently out of commission due to the pandemic (as it should be), so we'll hopefully get to experience that some other time. Our room was as clean and well prepared for my wife and I as you can possibly imagine for a 1920's era motel. The owners and employees clearly care deeply about making the little motel a destination...it totally shows. There isn't air conditioning in the room, only windows that open and a fan. With the window open (we're here in Summertime) it's totally fine. All good. There appears to be a heater. Again, this is a small, old, motel one block South of Route 66 and downtown Flagstaff. It's not a modern place, but that's what makes it perfect. The price we paid for our room was reasonable, especially when we consider how close (absolutely walking distance) we are to so many cool things. The room is tiny, but perfect for a couple, the bed and linens are nice and clean, as are the other tasteful furniture items in the room. Original wood floors, awesome! Original windows, doors, hardware.... it's all lovingly taken care of! If you're a hotel snob, you're barking up the wrong tree, but if you enjoy staying in a historic, impeccably maintained, clean and cared for motel, full of the memory and charm, I really can't see you being disappointed here. We'll be back again and again! To the owners and staff, thank you for keeping this place so nice!!

Mary C.

Yelp
I've been to worst and better hostels. This one is good for a night or two. The front desk guy kinda had an annoying attitude when looking for my reservation that night. And smelled like cigarettes and I dont do well with cigarettes. The room I got wasn't the cleanest and I found an empty can under my bed. There was a stinky obsolete mini-fridge in the room but it wouldn't have been stinky if we didn't open to check if it works. The bathroom was kinda worn and I think it can use a little remodeling. The kitchen and lounge was really cool. You definitely won't be bored here and I'm glad they provided breakfast & coffee. You get to sit in a table with complete strangers and have a good conversation. Best part about hostels is just brushing with other travelers and we got to meet a Belgium/Scandinavian couple and a girl from TX. Awesome blossom :)

Emma T.

Yelp
I love the restaurant and the people that work here are very friendly. The buildings are old and could use some paint here and there but it's great for the price. However the room management and cleaning could REALLY use some work! The floors are sticky and the comforter was stained and even had food on it! WTF?! Also the mattress was nearly as hard as wood and the sink had graffiti like scratches in it. :(

Jerusha B.

Yelp
By far the best budget stay in flagstaff. Cute, charming historic building, with lots of character in the heart of downtown Flag, and walking distance to everything. There is a courtyard to hang out in, as well as a shares kitchen, dining area, living room, jukebox, etc., and continental breakfast. The restaurant attached, (currently closed due to Covid) is excellent, and one of our go to spots in Flag, with an eclectic menu featuring food around the world, including a delicious spaghetti and meatballs, if you want to go classic. We have also stayed at the owner's air bnb in their home, which we also loved. Let's just say, we are big fans of all these folks have to offer. Cheers Lisa and John!

Emily P.

Yelp
I absolutely loved my stay here. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even 3-4 people if you get the right room. Originally just did a basic room but then upgraded because a friend decided to join my boyfriend and I. If you can, get room 12. It has a little creek view from the bedroom window and bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had a little problems with check in and I was unaware of the fact that they would be closed from 12:30-4 but my check in time online was made for 1/2pm. Kinda threw me for a loop but the owners heard my story and compensated with a little discount. I'll definitely be returning for my text stay in flagstaff. Walk literally 5 minutes and you're in town. Perfect location! Thank you Lisa and Johnny for the great stay. Can't wait to come back!

Melissa M.

Yelp
We stayed at Motel DeBeau twice this past summer. We prefer to stay at historic places and places that have character. They may not have AC but with night temperatures cool enough we opened our windows, turned on the fans. We loved being able to walk to all the coffee shops, breweries and local eating establishments. On our last stay an afternoon rain storm blew in. Several people opened their doors and stood in the doorway watching it rain. We also like having a kitchen to cook meals. We will stay there every time we visit. My only suggestion to the owner is to put more screens on the windows. We would have loved to open all the windows.

Sabrina S.

Yelp
5 stars for service, location, and honestly just what I expected. The place was clean, it's older but cute. The staff is very friendly. Even the guest were friendly.

Kathleen S.

Yelp
For what it is, Motel DuBeau was GREAT. They were SUPER nice, the sheets were orange with white polka dots, the vibe over there feels nice and light and safe, and it's affordable times a million. I had been driving around Flagstaff trying to find a place to stay, and then I finally realized I should just Yelp, and you Yelpers did not disappoint. I DEFINITELY recommend Motel DuBeau. Totally safe, totally close to downtown, totally great.

Nicole O.

Yelp
This place is great! Low key, clean, cute, wonderful location. Looking forward to our next stay!

Nick R.

Yelp
Talked to Lydia over the phone and can already tell their customer service is exceptional here! Great location near downtown and they were able to fit us in on a holiday busy weekend! Hidden gem my fellow travelers! If you haven't been to Flagstaff its best to find a place near downtown so you can walk back from the artistic city like streets. Excellent restaurants nearby Motel D, set with a brewery, coffeeshop and pizza shop all within walking distance! Enjoy

Pierce P.

Yelp
Really cute place. Really well kept classic ascetic. Clean. Right down town close to all the good restaurants, bars, and stores. Nice community feel. Will be back when passing through.

Tom F.

Yelp
Excellent Flagstaff Local motel and restraurant that had a monthly changing Menu for their restaurant! The motel has various types of rooms from single to multiple occupied room by single travelers.

Jenn R.

Yelp
Best Hostel Ever. Anywhere. I have been staying in hostels all over the world for over 25 years. This hostel is easily in my top 5. Staff was genuinely friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. My room was impeccably clean. And overall, I felt like I was able to experience the "vibe" of Flagstaff (and the Grand Canyon) in a way I never could have if I had stayed at a hotel. I would recommend this hostel without hesitation to anyone traveling through.

Brian P.

Yelp
1 star because this is not a "Hostel" anymore, it is a yuppie motel. Old people with money stay here now. Hostels are for young travelers that need an affordable place to stay. Not old retired people that are too cheap to get a hotel/motel. What a bummer, this used to be my favorite place to stay in Flagstaff. It is clean, and it is close to downtown, however, let me reiterate, it is not a Hostel.

Laura M.

Yelp
No No. Do not go here if you want clean. The other reviewers did not stay in my room. $75. Small, sheets not clean and bedspread had a stain and rip. Curtains didn't keep outside lights out, so it was light all night long. Bathroom was so small no where to put your stuff. To be fair the young lady at the front office gave us clean sheets and was very pleasant. The flat screen tv was nice and the heaters worked well. But all and all I would call this place a dump. Sorry owners but it needs lots of work. The did give us $20 off after complaining. We came in the dark and after leaving saw there are plenty of nice hotels all over town. Hope this saves the next person looking for good value find something elsewhere
