This is a great hotel within the price range. The biggest plus is the location - not totally central but all the main attractions are within a 6-14 minute walk. The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. The price has been kept down by keeping things basic. I would really appreciate tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but recognise that they are trying to keep cleaning costs down. One of the best features is that the rooms are quiet. No traffic sounds and less of the usual noises from other rooms. The lifts have been cleverly positioned to be away from the rooms. There’s a good selection at breakfast (including gluten free bread) but don’t expect any hot food. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The decor is great, really quirky vibe. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Bar is 24/7 so very handy when we arrived late from our flight so were able to get a drink and snack, and extremely reasonable prices! The room was a decent enough size, shower was okay, bed was fairly comfortable with a nice view over the courtyard. All kept very clean. Location is a little off the beaten track of main bars and attractions but only a 5-10 min walk away.

Excellent cozy hotel. The rooms are small but do serve their purpose and more. They are nice cozy rooms with very comfortable bed. I had no issue with the room and rather enjoyed resting in them after a long day. The hotel has a very nice garden that is tranquil and relaxing. The location is superb with walking distance to most attractions. The central station is only 10 min away walking. A highly recommended nice hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great with lots of good places to eat around the hotel. They have a beautiful garden to sit and relax in. Their restaurant at the hotel does have very limited options. Because of this I would have lived to grab take out and eat in the garden. However they have a sign saying this is not allowed. That is really the only downside of the hotel. If I have paid for a room I should be able to use all the amenities and not have to eat in my room especially since the in house restaurant options are so limited.

i really like this place and will go there again, because of the atmosphere inside and within this district of brussels. the rooms are default motel one, which is a good thing. they are big enough, offer everything needed for short stays (for me anyway, even longer visits) and they offer some with balcony. the entrance area and lobby is great plus a lovely courtyard/garden. staff is superb too. way better than expected.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. Apart from the terrible espresso we had at the lounge bar, the hotel was fantastic. It was extremely quiet, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was excellent too, close to Park metro station, the Church of St. Michael and St. Gudula, and the Central Station. I would highly recommend it!

I called to book a room as we’re traveling with our baby, but the customer service representative insisted that we book this specific room because of the baby and their travel bed policy. I emphasized that I wanted to use our own travel bed for the baby, but she continued to insist that we use the hotel’s travel bed instead. However, my friend, who booked a standard room, was able to do so without any issues. I’m not impressed, as the hotel’s baby policy seems inconsistent and applied differently from one guest to another.

4.5 stars. Very convenient location, helpful staff. Rooms according to normal M1 standard. Breakfast buffet alright, albeit a bit too expensive in view of choice and repetitiveness. Overall, a clear reconmendation, especially in a city like Brussels, where hotel quality is extremely varied.
