Totally cute, nothing fancy, clean sheets, comfy bed, great location. |The hallway set up of having an indoor corridor to access your room, that faces the setting sun is probably the only reason I took one star off. We arrived on an 80° day when the sun was shining in the hallway windows and making it about 100° in there with small AC units running in every room window, pumping all the hot air into the same hallway, it made it unbearably hot in there and they all run nonstop because of how hot the corridor is, with very little airflow, that makes the rooms uncomfortably hot even with the AC running nonstop.|But there’s a lot of hotels in Tahoe that don’t even have air-conditioning, so at least they do, along with a table fan and ceiling fan. They definitely try to mitigate the heat, but the room was still uncomfortably hot from about 5pm to sunset. |And then as soon as things started to cool down about half an hour after sunset, the power went out, which was no fault to this Inn. It was out throughout the entire area, but that meant there was zero air movement in the hallway and room, so we end up spending the later part of the evening out on the beach, which is walking distance so that was nice.|All in all, we’d go back for a quick trip when it’s cooler out- the location was perfect!
