MOTIV

Motiv is my favorite coffee shop in Athens—it’s my first stop every time I’m in the city. I love their freddo cappuccino and every pastry is so good! And the staff is very friendly.

Good coffee and tasty baked stuff. Small shop, mostly for takeaway, but there are a few places to sit inside and outside. The area is not one of the best looking ones in Athens, but it can be very lively in an urban way in the morning, with people going to their work etc.

A great coffee shop to visit while in Athens. There’s nothing to dislike about this place…inside/outside seating, great drinks, delicious sweets, and excellent service. The iced coffee was good and the latte was awesome. They had a chocolate dessert that was kinda like a cake but super moist and the inside was gooey, and oh so good. I wish I had time to go back.

Coffee and pastries were really good. They explained what coffee we were drinking. Latte art was on point. If you want a good coffee and a snack this place is a must!

Nice coffeeshop with good choices! We took V60 Filter Coffee (the real one ;-) ), cappuccino and a crunchy, fruity croissant-cake. The prices are not that low, but the quality of the products is great. Very tasty and friendly staff!

Motiv means, “to move forward” and this place really hits with with a strong urge to consume loud caffeine! Really good baristas with plenty of seating to enjoy a cup. Coffee - 8.0: much improved from “taf” over the road. These baristas know how to froth a good flat white. The blend of beans is casual - good colouring and subtle flavour. Probably the best “day cup” I’ve had in Athens so far.

Another super hip cafe on this street with lots of cool coffee shops. This one has some interesting vegan lattes which are matcha, turmeric, or spirulina (blue). The cookies were so interesting and yummy and the lemon cake was too. The glazing really nice. Thanks!
