A truly beautiful stay. The architecture blends old and new seamlessly, with thoughtful nods to Provence-style landscaping. Our room was spacious, the pool was refreshing, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. What stood out most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Traveling with a 1-year-old, we expected some challenges—but from the front desk to the pool bar attendant, every team member went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. We felt genuinely special throughout our stay. The location was also ideal—just a 20-minute drive to Aix-en-Provence, with Château Bas nearby and a beautiful golf course for those interested. We’ll absolutely consider returning next summer. Thank you for a truly memorable visit. ✨

First the positives, staff on arrival and departure (check out) were good and helpful. The location is beautiful with great views. The WiFi is reasonable and functional. Breakfast is good quality and an excellent selection. Now the negatives, some staff are quite blunt/rude especially when guests are struggling with issues. The room I was in (31) the staff call the hobbit hole. I’m about 2m tall, the door was about 1.6m high. I banged my head numerous times because there is no warning of the danger from the low door. To put it plainly it is dangerous. The room was tired, with an air conditioning heater that was either very hot or not working. Insufficient blankets were provided so the air conditioning was the only option. There is no decaffeinated coffee anywhere in the hotel. If you stay I recommend that unless you are less than 1.6m you refuse room 31. Also be aware that outside some guests don’t care about other guests make noise quite late in the evening

We stayed in the new building the rooms were of a good size but the layout was anything but useful. One big problem was no washbasin in the toilet, the quality of the toilet paper was the cheapest they could find. The menu for the evening was very restricted, the food was not up to expectations for a hotel of this price and the service was appalling not the staff's fault but the lack there of. Would I stay there again no way

Buffets were not up to spec: overcooked fish and meat. Even at breakfast, croissants, pain au chocolat, were not fresh. Cheese slices already had hard and dried out edges. Not too fancy for a four star hotel. ||||Clean, spacious rooms. Little unfortunate that we could not darken the room as the curtains were about a meter short on the sides. ||We asked if we could store our two bicycles (race bikes, not electric). This was not possible. In such a big compound? Seems like there was ample space though.

First visited the place last November. Saw the Hotel while driving in the area and so decided to stop for a hot cocoa to warm up. The hotel is quite impressive from the outside, a lovely garden with a fountain greets you when you enter. Went to the entrance of the hotel and saw there was a bar and tables and so went to the reception to ask if they offered drinks and hot beverages. I was greeted by a very nice and professional lady who spoke English, which was helpful! Valentine, explained that they had a bar and restaurant open to the public and that I could sit, enjoy and have a drink in front of the chimney. So I sat in front of the chimney and was greeted by the barman. They offered hot and cold drinks, normal and usual setup. Ordered a hot cocoa and drank it in front of the chimney. When I was about to walk out, the barman handed me a cocktail menu which got me curious and ended up ordering a cocktail...a very good cocktail, not being too crowded I had the chance to talk to the new barman, Cédric, a professional barman that was just hired. All in all, had a great first experience! Haven't tried the restaurant or the hotel but the place could use a little love and care cause the place is really quaint and deserves a little better. Hopefully the new owners will be able to bring it back to life! They started with the staff which really are nice, helpful and professional, let's hope they keep on track. Went back a few days ago and enjoyed another cocktail, the place was more crowded but the service and attention of the Barman was still friendly and professional. It's a nice place to have a drink in a great atmosphere. Still have to try the hotel and the restaurant though.
