My family has lived in these apartments for many years and it’s lovely! Nallely, our apartment manager, provides exceptional service. She's responsive, attentive, and ensures any issues are promptly addressed. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor create a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended these apartments!!🎀

Love love love these apartments!!! The ladies in the office really helped me out when my credit was bad, very nice and easy to talk to. I am a happy tenant, school is close by and also shopping centers. I love that they are very nicely renovated but it would be VERY nice if they opened the pool this summer. Come on guys its getting pretty hot! Over all I give them 5 stars!

Whatever you do, DO NOT rent here. These apartments are infested with roaches and rats. There are 3 laundry rooms but they are always dirty and disgusting. The cars are always getting broken into and stolen. Never enough parking. Management is a joke; very unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and rent anywhere but here.

Cars are getting broken into left and right here. They don't want hire security but are quick to charge you for any little fee they possibly can. If you don't have a car and want to build your credit this a good place to go but if you have nice cars and a family please don't move here. And I'm glad you finally decided to respond to my review you piss poor of a manager. You lucky I moved out of state. Go play in traffic with your mother before I make a trip down there. You want to get on here and lie and yes some of my payments where late but I paid all late fees and all of my months rent. You just mad because I didn't pay that ridiculous charge you tried to charge me the last month I was there. FWI I was there for a total of 13 months you ignorant trash get your facts together and get the roacjes and rats out of your apartments before you try and come for anybody. And I know for a fact you still have people breaking into cars because I'm friends with some of my ex neighbors so keep lying lol... Anyways have a blessed day I pray that you stop lying and trying to make these apartments look good because they're trash like you✌️

Why did you guys delete my review !! From about 1 year ago 💀 y’all know it’s all factsss ❗️❗️ Let me tell y’all this is not a home for families these apartments ain’t it , my family and I lived here for about 3 years we moved there everything was fine about 1 month in these apartments my dads working truck got broken into , and few more times in his same working truck , then got broken into in another truck he had ! And did the manager do something about it ?? Hell no she didn’t never did she get security or anything not just that but you can hear everything front the upstairs neighbors also our apartment got flooded with water all over the place !! Our couches , carpet and room things had got all wet , it was coming from the toilet 🤢 the workers took about 2 weeks to fix it we kept calling to the office to fix it and never did they come and it smelled horribly we had a baby there smelling that !!!! There’s a lot of roaches supposedly they would send someone to fumigate and they never died ! The manager omg !!! She’s so rude and she’s stuck up !! And would sell parking tickets to people to keep the money to herself !!!! The managers name I think is Nayeli DONT LIVE HERE !!

When we first saw these apartments from the outside, we did not know if it would be the right fit for us due to the looks of the buildings. Never the less, we've decided to come in and take a look to the inside. Oh boy! As soon as we walked inside our unit, we were blown away by it's size!! Our aparment is 2 beds, 2baths and all around, it is HUGE! We have been here for two months and we love it and we couldn't be happier. This was the first and only apartment we looked at and chosed not to look any further as we fell inlove with it right away. Never, ever judge a book by it's covers! DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE LOOKS FOOL YOU. If you are looking for a big, specious and well kept apartment, The Moulin Rouge Apartments are the ones for you. Not to mention management is wonderful and very efficient getting work orders done in a fast and timely manner. We are looking forward to contienue living here indefinetily. Javier Garcia

Zero stars if possible. My girlfriend lives in these apartments and its truly horrifying when I go over. No matter how manly I act as soon as i see a rat i scream and leave the room. I'm sure the rats are eating all of my girlfriends groceries because when I ask her to cook she always tells me her fridge is empty!
