We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at the Lodge at Mount Magazine. The views were absolutely incredible, and the lodge was very clean and in great condition. We hiked some of the trails and rented mountain bikes for a while one day, both of which were enjoyable. The Skycrest restaurant and its bar were very good, and the prices were extremely reasonable. All in all, we would highly recommend the Lodge. We hope to go there again in the Fall when the leaves are turning, as the views should be even more incredible then. Special thanks to Christine at the front desk, who efficiently accommodated us and changed our room reservation (we changed from a cabin to a lodge room and were happy we did). Also, thanks to Lynn and Tanner, who waited on us in the restaurant. They were both quite nice and very efficient. All in all, we would highly recommend the Lodge at Mount Magazine, as we had a fabulous experience. .

Absolutely loved our stay at the lodge! The rooms were very comfortable and relaxing—the balcony provided a great view and atmosphere for relaxing, watching wildlife, and feeling like we could touch the clouds. We enjoyed watching the sunset at the overlook bluff. We enjoyed having the restaurant on site—absolutely enjoyed the Strawberry Spinach Salad and Spinach Artichoke Dip with homemade chips. I highly recommend a stay here.

We booked the best suite (#320) a year in advance — and it exceeded every expectation. Double balconies, jacuzzi, wildlife all around — it felt like a dream. Dinner was excellent, service warm, and everything was spotless. Easily one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. Breakfast was fine, but the overall experience was unforgettable.

Absolutely loved our visit to Mount Magazine Resort! The views are simply breathtaking everywhere you look, its picture-perfect nature. The atmosphere is so peaceful and refreshing, ideal for families and couples alike. What made it even more special? The place is pet-friendly! Our furry friend had just as much fun as we did. The staff were warm and always smiling, which made us feel right at home. We were lucky to catch some live music, which added such a lovely vibe to the evening. Great coffee, cozy spots to relax, and a welcoming environment for kids — it truly has something for everyone. Whether you want adventure or just a quiet escape, this resort is a hidden gem. Can’t wait to come back! 🏞️☕🎶🐾 The best part is more than the mount visit we like this resort . For couple it’s a beautiful place to enjoy the peaceful time

Absolutely Stunning Getaway! Mount Magazine Lodge is a hidden gem nestled in nature’s lap. The location is absolutely breathtaking — you can literally see clouds drifting by as you look out from your room, with a clear blue sky and panoramic views that are nothing short of spectacular. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the lobby is wide and elegantly designed with beautiful lighting, and the ambiance is incredibly welcoming. The indoor swimming pool was a great bonus, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food with friendly service. One of the best parts was exploring the nearby trails — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for reconnecting with nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and soak in natural beauty!

Mount Magazine Ledges is an incredible spot for nature lovers and adventure seekers! The views from the ledges are absolutely stunning—panoramic, peaceful, and perfect for photography or just soaking in the beauty of Arkansas’ highest point. The hiking experience is rewarding, but it’s important to come prepared. Some of the trails aren’t clearly marked, so doing a little research ahead of time or using a GPS app is a smart idea. If you’re bringing kids, keep a close eye—there are some steep drop-offs and rugged sections. Safety first! Camping in the area is also a great option. The campsites offer beautiful surroundings, and sunrise or sunset from the ledges is unforgettable. Mount Magazine is definitely worth visiting, just don’t expect a fully guided or overly developed trail system. That’s part of the charm—but also a reason to be cautious. All in all, a gorgeous destination with plenty of potential for adventure and relaxation. Highly recommended for campers, hikers, and anyone who loves a great mountain view.

There was a mix up on their part somehow and we didn’t get the room with a balcony but the staff was very apologetic and made it right. The rooms are nice. The toilet in our room was weird and real low to the floor. Was not used to that. The view is great from the back of the lodge. We would stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

We visited for lunch and had the buffet. It was good. There are not enough servers for so many customers. Long delays getting seated, getting the drinks right, and getting the check. The place could be 5 star but unfortunately it just isn't. The dining room is gorgeous. But overall it was a little disappointing.
