⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Absolutely Outstanding! You know a place is special when you can’t even take pictures the first time you visit because it’s completely packed. That’s exactly what happened at Mount Royal Bagel Factory. We went during peak hour and the place was buzzing with energy, the smell of fresh bagels filling the air, and customers happily chatting over their food. I ordered the smoked salmon grilled sandwich – once on an everything bagel and once on a whole wheat bagel. Both were absolutely perfect. The bagels had that ideal balance of chewy and soft, toasted just right, and loaded with silky smoked salmon, cream cheese, and fresh toppings. Every bite was full of flavor. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself – what an amazing guy! From the front reception to the back kitchen, everyone was super friendly, smiley, and laid back. You can feel the pride and love they put into every bagel. Even in the middle of the rush, the staff kept everything moving smoothly while making every customer feel welcome. It’s rare to find a place that nails both quality and atmosphere, but this one does. If you’re in Kelowna, this is a must-visit. Just be warned — you’ll probably want more than one bagel!

I just found this place and figured I would take my wife there for breakfast and to buy some bagels... The breakfast sandwiches where amazing we went with a build your own and then we bought a dozen bagels and cream cheese then she ended up buying a bunch of stuff for her coworkers as she was headed to work. This is a Kelowna hidden gem or maybe I'm just really late to the party. I love it

i go here at least once a week (if not more), staff is always sweet, food is always delicious!! their cream cheeses are heavenly.

Really nice bagels. Not a huge selection. Maybe 6 or 8 types. $1.50 for one and I think $7 for a pack of six crispy on the outside soft on the inside. You've tried the basil garlic cream cheese and it's delicious. Can't wait to try the other flavors.

I tried the number 1&4 both were fresh, tasty and delicious. Great service and staff. Azad welcomed us and the service was amazing.

I love this bagel spot. The bagels are great and the cream cheese is incredible. Cozy spot with a great atmosphere. Love this place. Highly recommend if you are in Kelowna or just passing through.

I found the best bagels: bagel with salmon, bagel with cream cheese. Bagels are soft and delicious, all ingredients are fresh and tasty. Thank you for my wonderful breakfast.

Love this place! Prices are great, the bagels and cream cheese are amazing. I also love that you can buy the cream cheese individually. Not to mention an iced coffee is only $3! Definitely gonna be coming back again :)

A good bagel place in Kelowna that does bagel sandwiches for slightly under $8. I got the lox cream cheese bagel and it was tasty. You get to pick your own cream cheese and veggies. Everything was fresh. They make their bagel in house. Service was good. You order and pick it up when it's ready. There are three tables at the bagel shop.but the turnover of the tables are quick. Free parking available in front of the bagel shop but it is being shared with the other stores at the street mall.

Found this place by chance driving by. The bagels are amazing here, and the sandwiches are so good. The staff are so friendly, definitely will be back often!

I love this place. It's such a cute little place. I believe it's the owners that work there a lot - they are very nice and friendly. The bagel sandwiches are fresh and delicious. The royal veggie is my fave sandwich. My fiancé loves the grilled breakfast sandwich with a cheese bagel. The bagels alone are so good. Very soft and chewy on the inside when toasted. And I LOVE the whole wheat cinnamon raisin bagels to take home...toasted with earth balance butter or warm cinnamon date paste! SO GOOD!

One of THE best bagels I've gotten! All the right ingredients were proportionally stuffed in the Royal Veggies. Will definitely be back if we're ever in the area!

Love coming here for their selection of bagels & cream cheese. Everything is made fresh in store. They sell out fast so get there early !

Great bagels! These bagels have a nice "chew", which I like in a bagel. I love the cheese bagels as well as the cinnamon bagels. I haven't tried the breaky sandwich yet but after reading one of the reviews stating that they are tasty, I'm going to try one tomorrow. I've always been treated well when I've shopped here. Re the review regarding an unfortunate incident, EVERYBODY has a bad day now and then, at least, I sure have had "grumpy moments". And as much as we humans try, sometimes life's foibles make us snippy. And most of us regret it afterwards & wish we could take back words said in frustration. And it seldom has anything to do with what's going on in that moment. Loss of parents, loved ones, etc. Just sayin'. Oh, and I've had the sesame bagels, too - dee-lish!

Oh my goodness this place is DELICIOUS! We wanted a quick little breakfast before making our way to Penticton. Two breakfast sandwiches later and we are hooked! Left with a dozen more bagels and cream cheese to try. I instantly dug into the fresh cinnamon raisin bagels and dipped them into the honey vanilla cream cheese. I don't live in BC but I'll definitely make sure to come here every road trip through Kelowna! Great value for the money. You can tell this is a family run business and that makes it even more worthwhile.

Fantastic little sandwich spot. Lots of amazing bagel varieties and cream cheeses to choose from. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. I'd definitely recommend stopping by for breakfast or lunch. The salmon lox with dill cream cheese on an everything is my personal favorite.

Some of, if not the best bagels in town! Bonus for the fact that you can buy their homemade bagels and various types of cream cheese to bring home as well. This place is a gem in Kelowna.

4 of us went there today. Bagels and flavoured cream cheese were great as was coffee. Although we asked for it to stay twice we didn't receive coffe mugs but paper cups. Another table had mugs so not sure what was up with that. Then they told me that had no washrooms for customer use even though I had just put in my order. Half way thru my bagel another customer asks to use the bathroom and same employee I asked indicates yes. She heads off into the back of cafe comes back sometime later puts her coat on and leaves. If you don't have washrooms for customer use you should indicate that on the door and NOT be selective as to who can use your washrooms.

First time there and it's a 4/10. Same bagels and cream cheese you can get at a grocery store? Bagels that are regular bread inside? Is there any east coast bagels in the west??? Miss Montreal bagels and real delis!!!!!

A hidden little gem! The bagels and cream cheeses are delicious. The prices only slightly more than a Tim Hortons bagel but the taste is sooooo much better. Definitely worth a stop in!

I went here for lunch and asked how long it would take to make 4 grilled bagel sandwiches the male owner said "5 minutes" after placing my order of 4 tuna melts with no onions (All the exact same orders) I watched the female employee write all of this down and hand it to the female and male owners to prepare. I left the store to my car and came back in to watch him put onions on all of them!! When I informed him not to and that my order specifically says no onions he screamed at me in front of multiple customers so I asked for my money back and then he continued to point and yell as I repeated "don't scream at your customers please refund my money" then finally his wife spoke to him in Farsi (iranian/persian language telling him to return it) and then he did it while slamming it on the counter and walking away. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL !!! I've used this establishment to buy persian market items for over 5 years and this is how they treated a long term faithful customer !!! After posting the review on Facebook they proceeded to ban me from their page so my review could not be seen there. Despicable!
