Mountain Dandy

My husband and I went there on a fall trip this year and honestly could’ve spent the whole day in that store! It is beautifully curated. It features a gorgeous mix of artists and makers as well as vintage pieces. We got several home items that we love and my husband got a bracelet he wears almost every day! We honestly may make another trip to Jackson just to be able to go back to Mountain Dandy!

The selection of men’s goods and house wares is exceptional, and the space itself is just as thoughtfully designed. Mountain Dandy is a real gem and a must visit.

This store was so cool I had to start a google maps list just for special stores, starting with this one. Could’ve bought everything in there. My favourite selection was their coffee table books, fragrances and body/face care, and other random trinkets. They also had some amazing furniture and art.

This is where I’d spend all the money! My BF sent me photos last winter while up here skiing and I knew I wanted to visit whenever I made it to Jackson. Gosh, I got to meet the Dandy himself and his shop is a treat! Hurrah for a well curated shop in a town of too much shtick.

This shop is an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves impeccably curated home decor, art, furniture, and culture! Every corner of this place is filled with gorgeous items (vintage, artisan, modern, and more) that you’ll need to have in your own home.

If you are in Jackson, WY, then I must insist that you check this place out! I adore everything about this store! From the phenomenal Customer service to the amazing, unique, classy, old fashioned type product. They are very helpful in explaining what they have and just kind hearted people! I'm loving the "Death & Co." Book I purchased from there! Wish I could have bought everything in that store! ❤ Thanks guys for such a lovely experience! I hope to see you again!

I loved this store! Eclectic mix of new and vintage items. Amazing candles and books. Easily accessible from downtown area. A must for a wonderful shopping experience

Do NOT shop at or support this store. The owners are pretentious and are extremely rude to people visiting Jackson Hole. We got accused of stealing even though we purchased things in the store our first day there. They don't take inventory and didn't even know if anything was missing per police. Just false accusations. It was the police's "top priority" for the day. Extremely disappointed.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!! During a recent trip to Jackson with friends, we visited this shop where some of my friends made purchases. Clearly my friends and I did not fit their preferred clientele, because the next day, police showed up at our Airbnb claiming I had stolen something, based on store owners' accusations. The alleged evidence? A video of me putting my something in my pocket. There was no proof of any missing inventory, yet I was still subjected to a police interrogation. After reviewing the footage at the police station, it was clear as day that it was MY PHONE I was putting in my pocket. Visitors should beware--this store made a serious accusation without facts or evidence. Shame on the owners for pursing police action without any overt proof.

The only place to shop in Jackson. A little off the main drag but worth the short walk. Such a great selection of smart, charming and eclectic items. Found myself lost in the store for nearly an hour and picked up a few great gifts. Reasonable prices for the quality of products. Friendly staff and comfortable shopping experience. Not to speak ill of the other shops in town but none of them have anything as cute as mountain dandy and also felt like a safe space for LGBTQ shoppers. Unlike other shops where was meet with a nose in the air the folks at mountain dandy where sweet and belying helpful. Will be back on my next trip.

Definitely enjoyed viewing all the items they had high quality and such a variety I will be purchasing the lamp and a few other items highly recommend this if you have an eye for design

Mountain Dandy is a very cool, hip store full of great gifts for a dapper guy. Everything is labeled as either vintage or handmade and many items are locally made. A lot of the items are a bit pricey, but would make for great gifts. They have houseware items, some furniture pieces, men's grooming stuff, books, and interesting accessories. The girl working when we visited was really friendly and chatted with us about some of the things we were looking at. I really loved browsing this store even though I didn't buy anything. If I lived in town this would be my go-to spot to get my boyfriend presents. I would say it's definitely worth a stop in if you're looking for something for a guy who likes nice things.

My favorite store in Jackson by far. These guys curate the best, most original items for home and gifting. Every time I go in there I want to buy everything. Their selection is special and their prices are reasonable. They have a great eye and anything you buy will make your home better.

Great store and selection, but there is much to improve in customer service. I was visiting the store while in Jackson and found some great gifts for a family member. I took a picture of two gifts and sent a picture to see which one they wanted me to buy. The clerk in the store told me to stop taking pictures because they cannot compete with Amazon. This was appalling. The thought hadn't even entered my mind and I was being accused of it for planning to buy a gift at their store. There are many other places in Jackson with similar items with far friendlier service.

Even my husband liked it! And you know, men aren't much for shopping! Lots of fun items. Evidently the "brother" store to MADE, this was a well curated treasure trove of designer-loving fellows type stuff. Some hand crafted soaps, fun colored socks, HUGE yarned blankets, that the sales gal is quick to tell you the backstory on, and some fun books, vintage photos and other 'manly' gift items. Really great little shop. If you ever raided your dad's or brother's stuff for ideas, this is a place for gals too!

As a local, this is my favorite shop for gifts in town. We have needed a masculine boutique that isn't just western, but sporting major style. Thank you Christian! You've taken Jackson to the next level and brought the fashion of your world travels to our lil town! We will always shop at Mountain Dandy for gifts, home, self pampering ;)
