Mountain Exposure Zermatt

My family and I just returned from a week in this beautiful town. We stayed in Chalet Pollux provided by Mountain Exposure (just in the shadow of the Matterhorn!) The preparation prior to travel with Jacob was timely, consistent, With all questions asked and answered prior to arrival. Once we arrived, the service and amenities could not have been more perfect. Jacob was our coordinator and he and Korina met us at the train to assist us with luggage and transportation to the chalet. Korina and Panos were our chefs and concierge. Jacob also was the family ski guide. The high quality food and immaculate preparation from Panos and Korina were amazing. I have never eaten so well in my life. They were friendly and professional, and went out of their way to make sure that we had a beautiful experience. We enjoyed the Glacier Express train, the Gornergrat train, the incredible skiing, the beautiful views and all the interesting shops that Zermatt had to offer. It was a once in a lifetime trip and we enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommend Mountain Exposure! You will not be disappointed!

Just returned from a wonderful week at Chalet Gemini in Zermatt. The chalet and our hosts (Korina and Panis) were ‘perfection’. The chalet was extremely spacious and beautifully appointed. The beds were supremely comfortable with gorgeous bedding. We had delicious meals every day and nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful hosts! All logistics ran flawlessly from the moment we parked our car in Tasch to collecting it again a week later. We would highly recommend this chalet and Mountain Exposure as a Company.

We were in Zermatt for a week or so and had a wonderful time. Simon and Maria were awesome and took great care of us.

Excellent experience! I was a little nervous when booking Studio Venus because there were not many recent reviews for Mountain Exposure, so I’m very happy to leave one. Communication was great, we asked via email to add on an an extra day as it wasn’t possible on the website and got a very swift (positive) response. Check in was easy and everything was just as pictured. The bed and bedding were SO comfortable! I loved everything about this experience for my first trip to Zermatt and would definitely return.

Had an amazing time staying in one of the Mountain Exposure chalets. Our host couldn't do enough for us, was helpful in terms of mountain / town knowledge and lovely and friendly. ||The chalets was cosy, nicely furnished and very clean. Great high standard.||The food was exceptional. Breakfasts were fabulous as were the dinners. ||I would highly recommend Mountain Exposure and will certainly use them again.

Would highly recommend Mountain Exposure for a chalet agency in Zermatt. Great communication, very responsive and lots of assistance and advice before travelling. Very helpful. Extras were expensive, although we were in Zermatt so to be expected, and a mid-stay clean should be included in the rental. Overall a very good experience with the Mountain Exposure team.

Chalets||I've stayed at many of the individual Mountain Exposure chalets including Gemini, Pollox, Ibron and Carmen. All are luxury accomodation with all that you would expect with that classification.||||Food||The catered chalets are highly recommended. The chefs have, uniformly, been superb serving creative, gourmet food and adapting to specific dietary needs superbly. ||||Wine||The wines are usually locally sourced from the best Valais vinyards and are excellent.||||Service||This is where Mountain Exposure excel. The chalet hosts and concierges are excellent and prepared to go the extra mile to provide a great experience. From booking restaurants to finding medication and power adapters they deal with everything with equanimity and efficiency.||||Overall||Mountain Exposure provides excellent properties, food, wine and service at, for Zermatt, a very fair and reasonable price. It's not, of course, cheap but it is great value for money.

We stayed in one of their chalets (Zermatt Lodge) for 1 week. The chalet is beautiful and has amazing views. Our chef for the week (Stellios) was of the highest quality. The food served was top class. Our host (Stefania) was amazing. She could not have helped us more. I highly recommend booking with this company. They made our week unforgettable.
