Beautiful shop with extensive options of pounamu. Well lit, clean, and well load out. There is room to move around the shop with a small bag without knocking the merchandise. There was a station where you could watch a craftsperson work on carving the pounamu, but there wasn’t anyone at the station whilst we visited.

Lovely store bought Tiger eye and Jade bracelet price $43.40. signs all over the the store saying 30% off, great. Took it up to pay for it charged $43.40, I questioned what about the 30% she said the 30% had already been taken off. No indication of that on the price tag which I have kept.

Shomal was absolutely amazing - the way I felt so welcomed in the shop, and the way she introduced the various beautiful pieces of jade to me was wonderful. Mountain Jade shop has such a wide variety of choices for incredible designs crafted by seasoned craftsmen. I am so pleased to have gotten an amazing piece from Shomal. Thank you!

Fantastic place!! Loved the mix of sculptures and smaller pieces!! Incredible selection of jades and artists! Daphne was super helpful and helped me pick out the perfect piece, will definitely be back :)

Terrible refund/exchange policy, only 7 days. A lot of people (like us) would be away for international travel way longer than 7 days. Ridiculous and totally inflexible. Very unhappy customer would NOT recommend buying from them.

I have ordered online (to ship to Australia) a couple of times from this company and I have always been very happy with the quality of the necklace, I 100% recommend it.
