Ok, so we were displaced in travel and Delta set us up. I have visited Jackson many times and since this hotel came about a few years ago I have been interested, but have always stuck with my usual picks. Needless to say, I was excited to try it, but INSTANTLY disappointed. Not only was the front desk staff rude, not accommodating to multiple travelers checking in that were displaced, also did not know the accommodations their hotel had to offer. So the triple M, stops serving food at 8pm, not 9pm that’s only for booze, then breakfast is delayed and then lunch isn’t served until 1pm. We paid for a late check out, kind of fair but when you have contract with an airline, you should kind of except this thing. Anyway, we paid for the 3pm check out, went to lunch at 1230, came back 2pm, they had turned our hotel cards off already. Additionally, they know this hotel is loud so they literally give you ear plugs to sleep in due to noise. Seriously, you can get better accommodations at Antler Inn, or spend the etc $100 a night and go somewhere better. Glad it was paid for by Delta and not me or I would have checked out and slept in my car for the same amount luxury.
