Generally a very good hotel - but be aware Davos is a big town and very spread out, The hotel is not near any of the lifts, (there are 5 different ski areas). You can use the free public buses (about 1 block down the hill - you will feel the walk more when returning at the end of the day). However the hotel runs minibuses to, and also from, two of the main ski areas, which is very convenient - make sure you pick up a copy of the minibus timetable from Reception. |It has a small on-site Ski Shop for rental / servicing, and Ski Passes can be supplied by the hotel. Has a nice bar and lounge areas, plus also fitness, pool and sauna, etc.|The staff are friendly and very helpful.|Food - generally very good - especially breakfast (although fried eggs often overcooked - easy fix!). Evening meals (1/2-board) - good, albeit only two choices of mains, but way too much food for me to eat. Also I personally prefer my veg to be fully cooked - not "al dente" though some may prefer this.
