This was my fourth time, and the hotel is still good. Good value for money overall, friedly staff, clean and functional rooms. ||The Spa area is excellent and, I would say, above the hotel's overall "look and feel" (which is probably 3.5 Stars, whereby the Spa is definitely 4 stars).||Some negative points, which I am starting to notice (versus prior years):|- The rooms seem increasingly outdated (e.g., electric switches and plugs, bathrooms, 1990s)|- The breakfast buffet seems to get a bit "streamlined" every year (e.g., this year, only 1 type of cream cheese, the used to serve various "Gerber" types, too; and the orange juice glasses are ridiculously small)|- There is a new schedule for the shuttle bus to Parseen or Jakobshorn; the return shuttle only starts at 15:00, which is too late. I often skied only in the morning till 13:00, and when I called the reception asking for a shuttle, they were "not amused" (and this cuts into the drivers spare time)|- The big fireplace in the main lobby used to be lit in the evenings, and in the afternoons, coming back from skiing, they used to serve cakes and coffee; all gone now, no more fire, no more cakes||But otherwise: good solid hotel, I would probably come back, depends on the price.
