Mountain Rover, Auli- Resort

The place has great scenic view..and thats it!! They charge you tons for that view only. even a 1star hotel room is better than these hotel's rooms..heater broken stain on sheet room wall plaster coming out and what not. Staff are all busy in serving casa guests since the property belongs to same owner and both the properies are attached. They will not even pick yoir calls at rover's phone number. Reaserch properly before booking !!

**Scam Alert - Ruined our Christmas by booking a stay at this place** Had a horrible experience at Mountain Rover with our Christmas stay. Spent roughly 40k on the stay and the rooms were the worst that I had ever experienced. When you pay premium charges you expect to be taken care of and not having to chase them for everything. The rooms were shabby, the heater was broken, the blankets had food gravy on them, the tea table was burnt, the roof had gaps in it with wind gushing in at night and you can literally see hints of sunlight peeping through in the day. The tables are wobbly, your bedside light will keep flickering and will be unusable. The owner will keep assuring you that he is trying to figure something out but you can tell they are empty promises after they make you wait for hours and not proactively find a solution. This place is a must book if you want to ruin your hard earned leaves and quality time with your family members. The only thing good about this place are ground staff working here. However that alone cannot compensate for the price they charged!

The staff was super friendly & exceptional and made us feel welcome right from the moment we checked in and reached there. Their service is the best I've come across in the region. Simply Excellent 👏 Another good thing I'll mention is the food. The restaurant of this hotel serves amazing and authentic local food and I'll surely advise to try it. There can be some huge insects nearby but that shouldn't be much of an issue. The bathrooms in the room are also very clean and hygienic. Absolute top class service 👍

*READ BEFORE BOOKING* Worst stay for the money they charge. We booked to spend our christmas here and are having a horrible experience after spending an upward of 18k INR per night. Rooms are - Shabby & unhygienic - The dental kit had moulds in it (attached pic) - Roof had gaps in it with wind gushing at night (attached pic) - Room heater was handicapped and didn’t oscillate (attached pic) - Dogs would be waking you up at 2am barking outside your door Now i know the management will reply to this. Also attached is a screenshot of the mail sent to management at 2am after being frustrated. How can you charge ₹18k + per night and provide such a service? This place is a scam and the google reviews are either old or fake. PLEASE AVOID AT ANY COST.

Our stay at this snow-covered mountain resort was simply amazing! The wooden rooms were cozy and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the serene landscape. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Waking up to the peaceful mountain scenery was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil and picturesque getaway! Taste of food and Maintenance of Electric appliances can be improved.

I had visited Auli in last week with my family. It was wonderful stay in Mountains Rover ,Auli resort. All staff members are very kind and helpful. Feel like our home stay. Food very is delicious. Rooms are neat and clean. My family opinion is that they will come next year and definitely stay in this resort.

The view is breathtaking .The staff is soo good shreeman , and others were excellent. They catered to all our needs perfectly no matter when and where, and had great food . The rooms aren't exactly the best but nevertheless it isn't about the rooms but the people and the breathtaking view of snow covered mountains and nanda Devi peak .

Clean rooms, very good food, outstanding staff hospitality. I would rate this property as the best property in Auli. The whole staff from the kitchen manager to house keeping staff was very polite, courteous and very very helpful in managing all our needs. The property manager Mr Parmar is gem of a person. He was very polite and helpful and he made sure we had a very comfortable stay. He helped us with the transfers and was very cooperative for all our needs. I would definately recommend anyone planning a trip to Auli to plan a stay here undoubtedly.
