Mountain Rover, Auli- Resort

The staff was super friendly & exceptional and made us feel welcome right from the moment we checked in and reached there. Their service is the best I've come across in the region. Simply Excellent 👏 Another good thing I'll mention is the food. The restaurant of this hotel serves amazing and authentic local food and I'll surely advise to try it. There can be some huge insects nearby but that shouldn't be much of an issue. The bathrooms in the room are also very clean and hygienic. Absolute top class service 👍

I had visited Auli in last week with my family. It was wonderful stay in Mountains Rover ,Auli resort. All staff members are very kind and helpful. Feel like our home stay. Food very is delicious. Rooms are neat and clean. My family opinion is that they will come next year and definitely stay in this resort.

The view is breathtaking .The staff is soo good shreeman , and others were excellent. They catered to all our needs perfectly no matter when and where, and had great food . The rooms aren't exactly the best but nevertheless it isn't about the rooms but the people and the breathtaking view of snow covered mountains and nanda Devi peak .

My stay at Mountain Rover was truly exceptional! I have never experienced such a high level of comfort and safety before. The property is beautifully maintained, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. A special thanks to the amazing staff, who were always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay at this snow-covered mountain resort was simply amazing! The wooden rooms were cozy and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the serene landscape. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Waking up to the peaceful mountain scenery was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a tranquil and picturesque getaway! Taste of food and Maintenance of Electric appliances can be improved.

I had been to this property just 2 days back.. and booked 3 rooms but had a very bad experience with the owner ... The staff is very good and helpful but management part is worst... As due to ongoing situation we had to conclude our trip one day prior to the day of our checkout so on humanitarian ground i requested to return a part of some money for the three rooms booked and not even full refund but the lady owner was so arrogant and inhuman attitude that I will not forget forever...I had a bad experience ..rooms were not upto the money spent , secondly the restaurant area is very bad and not clean ..the only good thing about this property is view and the staff working..

Clean rooms, very good food, outstanding staff hospitality. I would rate this property as the best property in Auli. The whole staff from the kitchen manager to house keeping staff was very polite, courteous and very very helpful in managing all our needs. The property manager Mr Parmar is gem of a person. He was very polite and helpful and he made sure we had a very comfortable stay. He helped us with the transfers and was very cooperative for all our needs. I would definately recommend anyone planning a trip to Auli to plan a stay here undoubtedly.
