MOUNTAIN VIEW EXPERIENCE

Amazing place! Great people and 10/10 food. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. Isa our server from Argentina was super nice and helpful.. The llamas were everywhere!!!!!!! The hotel takes good cares of the Llamas too. I will stay here one million times!

I had such an amazing time visiting the Mountain View Experience. The service was amazing, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Peri and Moses. All the experiences were unique and fun. The horseback riding is a must and hanging with the alpacas and llamas at your hot tub was extra special. Thanks again for a memorable experience.

I came here by chance on my way to Salineras because I saw people riding quads in this stunning view. I can only speak for the quad experience and it was memorable. The scenery was amazing. And David our guide was very careful and cautious with us. Agnes at the reception was super helpful with me too. I had a great time, thanks to all the team!

We had a great stay, unfortunately the restaurant service completely spoiled the whole experience. At lunch time we waited 1 hour and a half for the food to arrive cold! Sent back and it was reheated very poorly. Spoke to the owner but didn’t seem to care as never got back to us with feedback. Definitely understaffed. Such a shame because is such beautiful place with amazing potential but we didn’t even receive an apology..

We absolutely loved our experience here. Starting with the staff: Percy, Isa, Anais, Jasmine, all of them were just so kind and attentive. We had two nights at these magical cabins. Feeding the llamas and alpacas, the jacuzzi amid mountains and a sky full of stars was just breathtaking. The food was next level. Breakfast always fresh and delicious and the trout dishes plus all the flower decorations on the dishes just made it all awesome. We can’t wait to celebrate our wedding here in November!

The views, food, and llamas/alpacas were amazing. The most beautiful place we've ever stayed. The hotel booked our guides for some of our trips and every single one of our guides were amazing and made it such a good trip. We learned and experienced so much. We stayed in the Maras A-Frame which was beautiful. The food and drinks were phenomenal!! The food service was AMAZING. Unfortunately, there was a limited amount of hot water which made it hard to enjoy the hot tubs for more than 10 mins at a time. In the beginning of our trip, we had very speedy response time to help with our fire and by the end of our trip it was an hour+ wait time (or not at all) to get our fire lit inside our cabin. It was so cold, had no other heat source and they wouldn't allow us to start it ourselves (which I understand). Our shower also leaked no matter where we tried to aim the shower head and limited amount of towels were provided each day. Only bringing this to light to give feedback on very small issues! Over all, very very small misfortunes that lead to a slightly less ideal stay otherwise I would absolutely still recommend! We would absolutely come back again!

Incredible location! Beautiful landscape with friendly animals. Amazing staff. And the rooms were so clean. Don’t think twice, just book it. You won’t regret it.

What a cool place to stay. We reserved only one night and in the morning we were talking with one of the admins there. He was asking if we enjoyed our stay at breakfast. We ended up staying a second night. The staff is very attentive and care about you. The atmosphere and vibe throughout the hotel is awesome. Always good music that fit the vibe to perfection. The Llama feeding is fun and they roam all over the place. One walks into the lobby every now and then and just stands there looking at people. The restaurant has great tasting food. You have access to a fire pit outside your cabin and a wood stove inside that you can have lit by the staff anytime you request it. Thank you Gabriel for making us feel super welcomed. Gabriel is a great guy and super friendly. Totally recommended!
