Mountain Whisper Spa

Fantastic RMTs. I had Mariah for my couples massage and she did such a lovely job. Water provided. Warm and lovely receptionist who walked us to the Banff lodge for the evening pool, sauna, and hot tub. They had towels and lockers that you input a four digit code to lock. Spa had slippers that we noticed were not sanitized between patrons but as long as you wear socks. Hubby said Janet was the best RMt he has ever encountered. Absolute gems.

My partner booked us a couples massage while we are visiting town. I really enjoyed the 3-hour package. However, it might not be for everyone due to the length. I have never had dry brushing and hot stone massage, which was great and very unique. I don't normally do facial due to concern over products used. They used good Canadian products. I even got some skin care products to use at home based on the RMTs recommendation . It is really good for the dry Alberta climate. Afterwards, we also got some drinks, which are particularly refreshing after the massage. Overall I highly recommend if you can get an appointment where you are in town! It certainly made my Banff trip more relaxing and enjoyable.

Highly recommend the spa here. They are new in Banff and the service was impeccable. With said services you can go to the nearby lodge and use the facilities for a plunge, jacuzzi, sauna, or swim. We had a 90 min session at $240 CAD. Steal in my book for the value. I will def be back when I’m in the area!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mountain Whisper Spa in Banff! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere is serene, with a calming mountain-inspired design that instantly puts you at ease. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely attentive—they made me feel cared for the entire time. I tried both a massage and a facial, and I can honestly say they were some of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The massage was deeply relaxing and tailored perfectly to my needs, while the facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. Every detail—from the heated tables to the soothing aromatherapy—was thoughtfully done. This spa is a true hidden gem in Banff. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and recharge while surrounded by the beauty of the Rockies, I can’t recommend Mountain Whisper Spa enough. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit!

My husband and I booked in for 90-minute massages over the Easter weekend. I'd been seeing Mynga for several years in Calgary and was looking forward to booking in at her new spa in Banff. The new expansion to the spa - entry room / waiting area + additional couples massage room just opened up earlier this month and wow, for a small cozy spa, what an impressive space! The complimentary hot and cold beverages + chocolates were a very nice touch. The custom heart-shaped flower decor on the wall in the entry room / waiting area + comfy couches were very inviting. The quality of our massages were excellent (thank you Mynga and Myphuong!) and having access to the sauna/hot tubs and pool at the Banff Park Lodge right after our massages was a nice way to finish up our appointments and feel fully relaxed! Looking forward to our next drive out from Calgary to book in again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time celebrating our birthday at Mountain Whisper Spa. The massage was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the steam room, pool, and hot tub following the treatment. Our therapists, MyNga and Keli, were both incredibly friendly and professional—they truly have magic hands! The overall atmosphere was calming and relaxing, making it the perfect setting for a complete spa getaway. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience. We look forward to our next visit!

After a full week of hiking, I booked a massage with Eileen and it was absolutely incredible. She was so thoughtful and intentional with every touch — the perfect balance of deep pressure without ever being painful. My entire body felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterward. The spa was beautiful and staff so friendly. It was exactly what I needed to recover and reset. Highly recommend her and this spa!

I enjoyed a wonderful massage and added on a foot massage after days of hiking in the Banff area. This was one of, if not the, best massages I’ve ever had. Very sensitive to the exact pressure I needed and areas that needed extra work.
