Don't like giving bad reviews but paid a lot of money for franky sub par accommodation The good: the girl on reception was nice , it's in a great location ( walking distance from the city centre) and the laundry is very good The bad: My apartment was in a sorry state, the kitchen was disgusting, the walls were all stained and covered in grease and dust, inside the cupboard again covered in grease. Crockery was cracked Bathroom wasn't much better, floor tiles missing, cracked tiles in the bath/shower, hot water was sporadic, dust absolutely everywhere Bedroom , the carpet was dirty and had holes in

Good accomodation and value for money option Stayed 4 nights, October 2023 Good sized bedroom Rooms are quite clean Good bed and linen. Excellent hot water in shower. Well appointed kitchen Very good WIFI connection. Great location, walking distance to cafes and bars. Needs a do over, very tired fittings and decor but the price and location are very good. Traffic noise is noticeable and could be a problem for some. Would stay again. Bruce & Margo

Very over priced accommodation. Doors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Rolled up newspaper holding a door open. Broken window. Bed did look clean and was comfortable. I did not use any kitchen facilities. I would call this a 1-2 star hotel.

The room I got was quite neglected, The shower head was broken, the pipes above the shower head were leaking cold water from the ceiling, there has clearly been water damage there for a while. The bath taps were constantly leaking. There is mould in the vents and door in the bathroom. The mattress under the bottom sheet had brown stains. The kitchen blinds came straight off when I tried to open it to let the light in. And the carpark, oh my goodness, please get rid of the blocks of wood that are in the way in each parking bay. There is no room for anyone. Then the receptionist called me at 5 minutes passed check out time and said that I should be checking out. I proceeded to tell her that I had already dropped the keys off and we had already left by that time. This place has potential but it needs an owner that cares a bit more in my opinion. Good luck guys

To be honest the building was old, bathtub could see old scratches, room was okay with heater, TV, balcony was good because not in outside, that was cold and rainy night, we were sitting on chairs, having wine and chatting in warm balcony,Of course could hear freeway noise, closed door not noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would like to stay there again in the future. That budget price, free parking, with kitchen, private bathroom location in Perth city, 5 minutes to bus station (blue, green and purple cat) really good for someone who like private space doesn’t like stay in backpack share bathroom and kitchen also free parking. I can say only there, has that price. I have been staying at accommodation for 7 months, once every week. I am not recommended for anyone, because different person different need, depends on what you want. July 2023

The good. The value for staying at this location is definitely there. Not only is it in the heart of the city at an affordable price, but parking and a multitude of room accommodations like air conditioning, microwave, kettle, dishes, cups, bathroom, closets, a small tv with USB, fridge and a good view from a covered balcony make it all worth it. Upon arrival I did a bed bug inspection, there seems to be a anti bed bug sheeting used and no visible signs of creatures were spotted. The bad. Booking the stay became a little confusing with a lack of information. Arriving at midnight, I received a key to enter my apartment and skip checkin. I was told to see them in the morning to checkin and I need my reference number printed. But after saying both were not possible it turns out it’s fine. Which is a little contradiction. I at least have to checkin later the next day im told. but people at the office were gone earlier than the listed time. I read the next night after missing that checkin, that staff needs to have the plate number for parking on my envelope that contained my key I think it was, Since it’s late at night I ask the duty of care guy and he says it’s all good and don’t need to give a plate number to park there. But when I checkin the next and final morning thinking I should, I end up having to give it. It’s possible it’s not needed as I was told, if he knows they don’t check parking spots to fine or tow them. As for the apartment itself, there was a bathtub tap leak that’s quiet enough to not hear when closing the door. The shower spit onto the roof when turned on. The fire alarm had a light but looked like it was half disconnected from the roof. No complimentary shampoo or small hand washer. The kitchen tap had the smallest dribble of cold water, all the power of that went into the hot water and bathroom tap instead. The bathroom floor was somewhat dirty, as I get weird white powder cover my socks.

We stayed here 2 weeks and we have a good experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was super clean.(the guy that works as housekeeper was lovely with us). It is a cheap and convenient place to stay, good location, and it worth what you pay.
