I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience due to the poor customer service I received. While ordering ice cream, the employee behind the counter began preparing my order. At one point, a scoop of ice cream fell off the spoon, landed on her bare hand, and then dropped onto the separator between the ice cream tubs. To my surprise, she attempted to place that scoop into my cup. I politely asked for a different scoop, and she responded with a rude look before discarding it.
After completing my order, she slammed the cup on the counter, shut the ice cream cooler door aggressively, and walked away without saying a word. I brought this to the cashier’s attention, and while she offered me a discount, I declined, as I wasn’t looking for compensation, just accountability. I then spoke to the manager, who seemed indifferent and unconcerned about how customers were being treated. To be completely honest, the cashier handled the situation better than the manager did. She should have that role, not the individual who currently holds it.
If you value good customer service, I would recommend going elsewhere. The employee serving the ice cream demonstrated an attitude and behavior that do not belong in a customer-facing role.
