MOV Hotel

Rooms are fine. Pool is small but nice enough for a hot afternoon dip. Bed comfy. No tea or coffee or pool towel. There is a kettle but no fridge or iron in room. Area is very shady ie prostitutes and dubious looking characters around. I wouldn't return purely because of the surrounding streets not being desirable.

The room was small but spacious enough to cater to two people. The toilet was clean and the shower was a sort of an experience with the rainbow lights on. Probably not for everyone if you don’t like the lights changing while you’re showering! The staff were extremely helpful and respectful. Great location, just a walking distance to metro and overground train as well as super close by to the street food market. Refillable water stations were great to use !

I recently stayed at MOV Kuala Lumpur, and honestly, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire property is incredibly stylish — every corner feels thoughtfully designed and effortlessly aesthetic, making it a dream spot for anyone who appreciates beautiful interiors.||I stayed in the Mezzanine Room, and it was amazing. The split-level layout gave the room a very spacious and airy feel, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The design details were modern and chic, and the ambiance made the stay extra comfortable.||The location is another huge plus. MOV Kuala Lumpur is just a short walk from Bukit Bintang, so it’s super convenient whether you’re planning to shop, explore cafés, or enjoy KL’s nightlife. Despite being close to the action, the hotel still feels peaceful and private — the perfect balance.||From the design to the comfort to the strategic location, MOV KL is definitely a place I’d stay at again. Highly recommended for a stylish and memorable stay in Kuala Lumpur!

Centrally located in Bukit Bingtang, but not in a very desirable neighborhood. There are beggers, it's very dirty and at night can get wild and unsafe, the street looks pretty sketchy. This is not a 4 stars hotel. One night we lost power and took a while to restore it. The room had a good size but it is not practical, no cabinet or shelves for clothes, only 2 hangers in an open space which makes hard to unpack, also no nightstands, just a dresser in one side. Hotel will give a mini fridge per request. Carpets in hallway spotted, and messy. The bathroom was small but uniquely designed with curved wall and ambience light with gradually changed colors, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are 3 in 1. A bottle of water per day per guest is given and there is a water refill on the rooftop with a good quality of water. Staff was friendly, specially the security guys were very attentive. On the whole I will rate it as a 2/3 star hotel.

Loved my stay at MOV Hotel Kuala Lumpur! 💕 The hotel is super stylish and located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang — just steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shopping spots, which made exploring KL so easy and fun. The rooms are modern, clean, and cozy, with a great city view. The rooftop pool is definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing or catching the sunset 🌇. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, making me feel really welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, a chic boutique hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and great vibes. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur! ✨

Perfect downtown location, walkable to everything. The front desk was friendly. Luggage storage for early check-in. The room was clean, simple, sound proof, water pressure is very good and the bed was very comfortable - a great value. Other than the loud fan of the air conditioning. Overall is good. We will definitely come back to stay this hotel for our next trip in KL.

Ideal location for a short stopover. Hotel remembered our Anniversary, many thanks. Bed super comfy and large. Lovely roof top pool.The only negative was the towels. Only 1 each and not very clean with a stale smell of cigarettes.

This hotel was fine - not terrible and not amazing. It's similar to other trendy hotels where there is very little storage space but the space worked for a solo traveler. The shared spaces were pretty cool to use. They graciously provided me with a mini fridge to refrigerate beverages. The location is good for accessing shops and several malls. There was only one outlet in the room other than the one in the bathroom. The grout in the cavern shower needed a deep cleaning, there were multiple black spots and there was mildew in the cutout for shampoo and conditioner.
