Great Value in a Perfect Location This hotel is centrally located and just minutes away from Bukit Bintang. What surprised us most was how quiet it was, despite being only a stone's throw from a busy intersection—we slept very well. The room was clean and well-appointed, making it ideal for our short stay. The beds were very comfortable, and checking in was a breeze; the process was quick and efficient. For its excellent location, peacefulness, and comfort, we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

We loved our stay at MOV hotel, we booked the standard King Room and everything was perfect. From when we walked into the hotel, it smelt fresh and clean, check in was smooth and we were quickly in our room. The bathroom was clean, the shower had a disco light which was fun! And a light up mirror! The bed was big and so comfortable, with 2 pillows for extra comfort. The TV worked perfectly and had English channels. There was a gym, a rooftop pool, and free drinking water (hot and cold) . The hotel location is perfect its walking distance to everywhere, MRT/Monorail and Pavilion. However my one down is the road it’s located on, it felt a little unsafe at times especially at night, if I was a solo female I wouldn’t feel as safe, as I was with my partner it was okay, so just bare that in mind if you are solo. However, the hotel had security who always opened the doors for us and made us feel welcome as well as the staff. Overall it was a perfect stay and if we were ever in Kuala Lumpur again we will definitely stay here.

Loving my stay here! The rooftop area is absolutely stunning, and my room is just perfect. Obsessed with the shower room—the lighting makes the whole vibe feel so chic and a little sexy. This hotel was amazing- the rooftop felt so special and the staff are so on top of things. We had an issue with the power in our room and within half an hour we had a new room set up with someone there to help with bags. Such brilliant service everything was so clean. Also a great location.

Had a wonderful experience at MOV hotel. We stayed here at the start of our Malaysian trip, and also at the end of of trip! The hotel itself is super clean, and most notably- extremely well located. You can walk to Jalan Alor and the main strip in about 3 or 4 minutes. ||Special shout out to Cynthia who organised the postage of my rings after I accidentally left them behind in the hotel when flying back to Ireland. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

We stayed at MOV Hotel at both the start and end of our trip to Malaysia and loved it. The location is super convenient, close to everything in KL, and the hotel itself is modern, very clean, and comfortable. We were so impressed after our first stay that we booked again for the final three nights of our trip. I also really appreciated that they kindly shipped my rings back to Ireland after I accidentally left them behind – such a thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend!

Had a good stay 9 nights. 2 elevators: no long wait experience. Security guys were like door men. Very attentive. Water temp and pressure didn’t meet my expectations yet was manageable. Unique room with cavern shower. Close to some fab food choices. Pavilion Mall is walking distance too.

Stayed at MOV Hotel for a short trip and overall it was a decent experience. The location is a big plus — right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and easy to get around. The room was clean and modern, though a bit compact. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. However, the aircond wasn’t cold enough, especially during the day, and unfortunately the rooftop area wasn’t accessible during my stay. Still, it’s a good choice for a short city trip if you don’t mind a few minor inconveniences.
