MOV Hotel

We were stayed in the Entourage loft, my kids like it very much. The loft interior spaces are thoughtful curated with sleek and modern ecstatic making it comfort for my family. My kids love to swimming on the rooftop because the view was nice and the giant slide was thrill and fun. There were lots of board games and traditional game that my kids had tried during our stayed. The location close to popular spots likes Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang. From check in to check out, the staff offering great customer service. Surely will come again in the future.

The hotel is surrounded by numerous massage parlors and pubs, making it convenient for entertainment and unwinding. Jalan Alor is also nearby with many food options. However, some of the back alleys nearby can feel a bit sketchy, especially at night, so it’s best to stay cautious.The room itself is well-designed, featuring modern decor, comfortable bedding, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The large windows offer nice views of the area, adding to the overall ambiance. The staff are friendly and professional, providing great service throughout the stay.Overall, this hotel is a great choice for those looking for comfort and convenience in Bukit Bintang.

Located in Bukit Bintang, everything is at stone's throw distance away from this hotel. It is a great value for money considering the location and the fact that you would be out roaming around most of the time. For a place to come back and have a great shower and a good rest, this place is ideal. |Other than that nothing else to write home about. |It's a pretty modern hotel with room suitable for a backpack traveler. There are no separate cloth racks or shelves. the beds fill the room. Once you pull your luggage in there is barely space to turnaround in the room. The fittings are just about adequate. The surprise element in the hotel was the bathroom. It's semi circular in shape with disco lights fitted. not sure of the value proposition in something like this. |The towels provided seemed worn out and in need of replacement, but they were clean no doubt. But it had come to shreds. And they charge for the replacement of this shredded towel if you soil them!|Didn't interact much with staff as there was no need for it. |Almost everything you want to see, do, eat in KL is in and around this hotel.

Room is of decent size and pretty clean. They provide bottled water, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, cotton buds and hotel slippers. They have missed housekeeping for our room so we came back with towels still on the floor and no more amenities as I we have used them however after informing the reception they were able to send a clean set of towel and amenities quickly to our room. Location is good with a lot of food options over there. Also a good thing about this hotel is that they have a recycle area to collect your empty plastic bottles, shows they care for the environment. :)

Excellent value. Rooms are hip and spacious. The location is great although the area can be noisy. The staff is helpful and a special shout out to the Nepalese security guard who assisted me. Smallish pool but okay to do laps. You’re on your own for meals bit there are tons of places nearby.

The location was filled with many foreign workers, even tho it’s quite convenient but there are many other better hotels nearby too. The room design is abit weird.. The furniture placement makes it harder to walk around and I’m not sure why the towels have such strong “sweet fragrance” to them. Loft pricing is not matched to expectations

Good proximity to Bukit Bintang, we stayed in a Nest room which had a lot of room to relax in. Facilities were great, including the rooftop pool. We did think the Sky Lounge was a bar - it is not but would be a cool feature. We got free bottled water daily. The staff were helpful when needed and there is a little snacks section in reception to purchase which we found useful when it rained one afternoon. All in all, a great stay in KL!

Good location but rooms are quite small and service can be very slow (for three days running I put a sign on my door for my room to be cleaned at about 10am, only to find when I came back about 4pm it still hadn’t been cleaned). Very limited (basically zero) storage space in the room for luggage, clothes etc - most of your possessions will have to be stored inside your own bag on a little rack. Probably good if you want to stay just for 2/3 nights and experience the busy nearby nightlife of Changkat. There are several discounts you can get at nearby shops and cafes if you show your room card for this hotel, which is a positive.
