⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.7/5 I stayed at The Nest – Luxurious Studio Loft at MOV Hotel from 20–22 July 2025, and it was such a great experience! The room was spacious, cozy, and felt just like home. I especially loved the huge window with an amazing city view, and the living area was a real highlight—the big sofa was so comfy I could fall asleep on it (and I did!). It made relaxing after a long day feel effortless. Facilities were complete: welcome drinks upon check-in, gym, rooftop pool, and even a foot soak (available upon request). Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I had a really restful sleep throughout my stay. Although I didn’t get the chance to use the gym or pool, they looked great and well-kept. The staff were friendly and helpful—one of them even lent me an umbrella during check-out when it rained. Really thoughtful! The hotel’s location is also perfect: just steps away from Jalan Alor, within walking distance to Pavilion Mall and public transport like the MRT. It’s close to nightlife spots like The Rabbit Hole, where I had a meetup, so the area stays lively until late. There was a bit of music bass noise at night, but it didn’t bother me—I still slept just fine. If I had to nitpick, I’d say I wish the TV were a smart TV so I could enjoy Netflix or YouTube. But that’s a minor thing compared to how much I enjoyed everything else. Overall, I highly recommend MOV Hotel if you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Bukit Bintang. I’ll definitely be back!

What an incredible stay at MOV Hotel! I spent several days in Kuala Lumpur and couldn’t have asked for a better base than this stylish, welcoming place right in the city center. :)||I stayed in the Ascent room, located in the rooftop level — and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was large, filled with natural light thanks to huge windows, and offered an amazing view of the city skyline (yes, even the Petronas Towers in the distance!). The space felt modern, peaceful, and inspiring.||One of my favorite highlights was starting each morning with a sunrise swim in the rooftop infinity pool. Watching the city wake up while floating above it? It doesn’t get better than that for sure!!!!||MOV Hotel also has one of the best locations in KL — walking distance to public transport, famous food streets, and some of the TOP attractions. Whether you’re here to explore, eat, or just unwind, it’s the perfect spot.||This was actually my first stay here, and I already know it won’t be my last. The quality, the views, the atmosphere — it’s all amazing. Truly one of my favorite stays in Malaysia.||If you’re visiting KL, this is the place to book. You won’t regret it!!

My stay at Hotel MOV was overall very pleasant. The location is excellent – everything you need is nearby and easily accessible. One of the highlights was the friendly and attentive staff. A special shout-out goes to Daeower from Bangladesh, who works in the housekeeping team. He greeted me warmly every morning and was always very attentive. His positive attitude really made my stay more enjoyable. I also want to commend the security staff, especially those from Nepal – they were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The reception staff, on the other hand, were polite but rather neutral – not unfriendly, but not particularly warm either. All in all, a well-located hotel with dedicated staff. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed at MOV Hotel for a short trip and overall it was a decent experience. The location is a big plus — right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and easy to get around. The room was clean and modern, though a bit compact. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. However, the aircond wasn’t cold enough, especially during the day, and unfortunately the rooftop area wasn’t accessible during my stay. Still, it’s a good choice for a short city trip if you don’t mind a few minor inconveniences.

The rooms are modest with good views and the rooftop overlooks the city. Pool was a bit too shallow for me. Great hangout spots on the roof and a large game room in the basement (that can be accessed by a slide!). They also had a pitcher plant terrarium in the lobby which I loved. The location of this place is absolutely the selling point. You would never know it because you can’t hear it, but a block and a half away is the Jalan Alor Food Street, a must visit. There are so many vendors selling all sorts of delicious foods, and bars and massage parlors line the street perpendicular to it.

I loved booking at this hotel I always do. It’s my favorite hotel to be in whenever I go to Kuala Lumpur. The staff are always accommodating whenever I asked for extra towels or a bath. They would provide it to me. The swimming pool is such a relaxing and calming area. The hotel is really really clean and gives you an escape like feeling. I also live that the hotel always smells good. It immediately puts you in a calming mood .

During check in, staff wasn't very friendly but also not rude. Staff was instructed to decline request for free upgrade.Did not offer early check in. Had to pay money to check in a couple hours early, almost as the price of what I paid for 1 night. Checkout staff was nice. Location is nice. Pool on rooftop doesnt offer a very good view of the Petronas tower. They do offer water dispensers so you can fill water bottles. Also has slide for kids.
