I had the opportunity to stay at the hotel for 4 nights with my children. At first glance, the beautiful design of the lobby and reception area caught my eye. I was assisted by a very kind lady at the reception, who greeted us with a smile every day and offered her help whenever needed. Ms. KC 🌸 is definitely the right person for this position – sincere congratulations on hiring such a professional and lovely person. 🤗🤗🤗
There were plenty of attractions for children, and my daughter was delighted. The pools had warm water, and the large playroom made a great impression on the little ones. The outdoor pool was well maintained. Our room was very clean, with small daily surprises – even upon arrival – which were thoughtful gestures from the hotel. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly :) Another huge advantage is the proximity to the lake and the care taken of the greenery around the property. Breakfast was a bit monotonous, but dinners were fine (although drinks had to be paid for separately – which I found a bit disappointing). In my opinion, at this standard, water should be provided free of charge to the guests. I was traveling with a 2-month-old baby, and at every step, the staff eagerly offered their help. At the hotel bar, there was a wonderful bartender, Mrs. Happy🍸, who served us delicious alcohol-free Hugo cocktails – another staff member who truly puts his heart into his work. Honestly, thanks to people like him, you really want to return to this hotel, because guests felt genuinely cared for. We were always greeted with kind words and a bit of humor :) Great respect for them and warm regards 👋🏻
As for the negatives, definitely the animations for children. The staff there did not seem interested in the kids at all, nor did they come up with any engaging activities. It felt boring. They were great at face painting for the little ones, but beyond that, they mostly kept to themselves. The cleanliness of the windows in the restaurant area also needs more attention – guests should not have to look at insects, cobwebs, and dirt on the glass while dining. Another downside was the extra charge for drinks at dinner, as well as the fact that only one elevator was working. Sometimes we had to wait 10 minutes to go up or down with a stroller. The staircase was at the far end of the corridor, so everyone depended on the elevator. Other than that, everything met our expectations. It’s a great base for cycling trips, with many bike paths nearby. There’s also a beautiful lavender town not far away. We would gladly return again :)
