Exceptional Staff, Disappointing Facilities: Below 5-Star Standard We recently stayed here for a family wedding, having previously enjoyed an excellent experience at the Mövenpick in Boracay, which set a high expectation for this resort. The single most outstanding aspect of our stay was the staff. Every member was extremely attentive, genuinely polite, and consistently courteous, embodying the very best of five-star service and Filipino hospitality. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable and is the only element operating at a world-class standard. Unfortunately, the quality of the facilities failed to match the service and the standards expected of an Accor property. While our room was well-maintained, the rest of the resort feels significantly tired and neglected: The main swimming pool is in urgent need of repair, notably featuring two holes in the floor. The beachfront façade exhibits substantial cracking paint and visible rust. The Ibiza beach bar was unexpectedly closed for renovation upon our arrival—an essential detail that should have been communicated in advance. The Spa showed obvious signs of poor upkeep, including paint peeling from the walls. The main Games area was also visibly deteriorating, with a clear hole in the roof above the pool table. These critical maintenance issues detract significantly from the overall guest experience and represent a failure to deliver the standard of a five-star resort. In conclusion, while the staff were phenomenal, the state of the facilities was deeply disappointing. We will be reluctant to book a return visit unless we receive assurances that a comprehensive modernisation and improvement programme has been completed.

I am from Cebu and this was my first time booking at Movenpick, although I have visited here multiple times for day passes. Considering the amount I paid via Agoda, I had high expectations. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a suite, which was lovely and fantastic. However, I noticed that the centralized air conditioning system was not functioning properly, resulting in a warm environment during my sleep, which affected my rest. Unfortunately, I did not sleep well. Given the cost of my stay, I was hoping for a more relaxing experience. The staff checked the air conditioning but were unable to make much of a difference. In response to my concerns, they waived the charge for a mini bar item and offered complimentary drinks. These were appreciated gestures, though the overall experience was not as restful as I had hoped.

We had such a great stay! The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel so welcome from check-in to check-out. The bed and pillows were super comfortable , we honestly just wanted to stay in bed all day haha! The pool area was also clean and kid-friendly, perfect for families. If there’s one small thing to improve, maybe upgrade the TV to a smart one with Netflix and YouTube for a more modern touch. Overall, an amazing and relaxing experience! 🌿💛

As a hotelier since the day I graduated from university—and having worked with Accor for 13 years—finally getting back to stay again at one of my favourite ACCOR properties, Movenpick Mactan Cebu, was something I truly looked forward to. From the moment we arrived, everyone we met—from the security guard and bellboy to the front desk team, breakfast staff, and even the lifeguards—welcomed us with such warm, genuine smiles. This is the true spirit of Filipino hospitality: not just doing a job, but serving from the heart. And of course, their breakfast never disappoints! As a foodie, I loved the egg live station, noodle station, local dishes, and the mix of international cuisines. Always a feast! Plus, JJ absolutely loved the kids’ activities—free childcare was such a blessing while I packed! Kudos to the entire Movenpick Mactan Cebu team. We had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Mactan. The staff were all incredibly attentive, always checking on us and even recommending great places to visit and dine. A special mention to Simon, the General Manager, who was exceptionally accommodating and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. He personally welcomed us, ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay, and even upgraded our room as part of our Accor Plus membership. The standard room was already spacious, but the suite upgrade gave us even more space and a beautiful view of the sea and pool. The hotel’s private beach may be smaller compared to some neighboring resorts, but it’s cozy, clean, and perfect for relaxing with drinks by the pool or beachside. We also learned that the famous Ibiza party area is currently under reconstruction after being damaged by a previous typhoon. We’re really looking forward to seeing it once it’s fully restored, it will definitely make this resort even better. We left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated, it’s one of those places that makes you never want to leave. Mövenpick Mactan is truly a well-kept hotel with outstanding service, and we can’t wait to come back

I recently stayed at the Movenpick and it was truly wonderful. The beach was stunning clean. The food was another highlight of my stay. Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of variety. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality was consistently impressive.||But what really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel welcomed. I especially want to commend Jasmine the OJT who greeted me with the biggest and brightest smile at the sails. She made me feel truly cared for from the moment I arrived.||Such a beautiful person inside and out.||Thank you Movenpick Hotel! Will surely Return!✨💯

A nice private resort on Mactan Island. Honestly amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Robert and Sarah for helping me with my proposal that went amazingly! One of the best hotels Ive stayed at! Definitely worth the visit! We will be staying everytime we come to Cebu for the foreseeable future!

We have stayed at Movenpick Cebu twice and always on our way home as the airport location is near. I am most impressed with the staff of enthusiastic professional and friendly Filipinos. Gorgeous smiles and eager to please the needs of the patrons. It will melt your heart and makes a person eager to return. Location is beautiful, but I'm only disappointed with mother nature as she destroyed Abisa club that has given me fond memories. Until next time.

The best thing about Movënpick is the staff. They're awesome. The grounds especially the pool area was very nice. The room was nicely decorated and clean. They have an in-room safe which was pretty secure. The restaurant was pretty good too. Breakfast was Buffett and again the staff was very friendly. Tip them extra and you get even better service. You could sign up for excursions at the hotel. Be warned that the stores in the hotel only take pesos. They don't take credit cards.

This has been my FAVORITE hotel while traveling through Coron, El Nido, and Puerto Princessa.. this place is absolutely beautiful, offers PHENOMENAL food & drinks!! I'm super picky about places and small details but this hotel has exceeded the expectations. As soon as we got to our room, room service came with fresh whole fruits and even offered to cut them for us!! I would have loved to stay here for more than one night but we will be heading back to Tokyo from here. I couldn't recommend it enough!! Also, the service here is way more attentive than the other hotels we've been to, (The Funny Lion to be exact) Only downfall I've noticed is the hotel hallways smell a bit like mildew or just something off. I'm so disappointed to see the low stars on other peoples reviews:( I feel the hotel room is quite clean, and gives you everything you need in a hotel room. It's not like you'll be spending your days up there anyway! I think as construction goes I haven't really experienced any issues with it. The beach looks very clean and something I'd swim in which says a lot! This is a hotel that should definitely be given a shot by newbies to the Philippines I love it and would recommend it to my closest friends/ family! Hope to be back in the near future.

Misleading advertisement that it's a great hotel. The beachfront was all muddy from the Ibiza construction ( they boast of a breakwater dining area which does not exist as i write this review). The water was murky! I was there with my partner last January 2024 and we bolted out and went to Shangrila Hotel nearby instead. Imagine saving your vacation days for a trip to Cebu and only to find out that the photos up online of this hotel were not true! Shangrila is best to go to! This place has no water sports nor fun activities in its resort. Their gym has old equipment and the condominium adjacent to the hotel were all padded and dirty. They have an over rated expensive spa that isnt any good at all. Please please save your money and bring business elsewhere.

Service is fantastic. Kind, courteous, friendly, welcoming, easy to try to get assistance. The location is on the same level. It's besides the water, a private beach, away from the main party of the island. Rooms unfortunately are not as great. It's an area that is slowly being gentrified with buildings being made all around, new additions including this one. My wife booked our family stay so when we paid upon our arrival I was hoping the premium price would reflect the premium everything. Construction was happening all around the campus. In the separate tower where the 24/hr gym to the beach/coast. They weren't considered a small job. Big plane glasses, heavy machinery, teams of people taking measurements, and drilling on the far end of the water to break concrete. The project on the water was already being heavily advertised to the point that it was included in their campus map (paper card holder size) that we received when we got our cards for the room. The "Ibiza" location is on the map and advertised on the website but when I look out my balcony...nothing. I walked to the area on the card holder map and I was greeted with a tall construction wall decorated with "Ibiza coming soon 2024". Review made January 2024. Unfortunately the construction is still in the early stages as they are still working on the foundation and have yet to begin the structure. The thing is they invested a lot on marketing this Ibiza but it's not even ready yet. I checked the website and it doesn't have the date on which it is ready. So to people looking at their website can get mislead believing that they'll be able to enjoy it. There are pictures of what to expect and what is offered, but currently it doesn't exist. The structures/fixtures of our room weren't working properly Sensor to our TV wasn't taken into consideration as the remotes would only work if we sat up or got closer to the TV while we laid in bed. Some outlets weren't working, things on the wall were painted on instead of around or removed before painting was done. Poor ventilation in the bathroom, so despite keeping the door open during a hot shower the whole bathroom and mirrors became incredibly foggy. I highly recommend the majority of the food from the kitchen. I was not disappointed by anything I ordered for room service or the buffet. If you're looking to save a bit you can buy water, soda, alcohol, snacks from general stores that are walking distance or 711 down the street (15 min walk).

While vacationing in Cebu, stayed at the Movenpick Hotel for a couple of nights. The pictures online made it appear as this amazing hotel and resort. Some parts of the hotel were nice. However, as an overall viewpoint, it was not the nicest in my opinion. Realize that Cebu, Philippines is a third-world country. However, other resorts in the area were much nicer and cleaner. The lobby area had a very welcoming feel. No doors, just open air lobby. It was nice. But on the journey to the guest room and hoping it would match the welcoming feel of the lobby, the guest room was less than par for me. It was slightly dirty, had an odor to it and just did not provide me with what I looked forward to as a resort. Tried to make the best of it and utilize some of the facilities, but was not 100% satisfied. The outdoor area was nice with the private beach and the Ibiza Beach Club area. Restaurant inside the resort was nice as well. Had the best Adobo Chicken there. But those were truly the highlights of the stay at Movenpick.

Cebu is a place that struggles with an identity crisis and trying to become a destination vacation in the Philippines. Many people visit Lapu-Lapu for the resorts and restaurants but it is still not quite there. The premier destination in Lapu-Lapu is still the shangrila. The Mövenpick, which is around the corner, was a place I thought I would try out since I had stayed at the shangrila previously. It was a little disappointing. The check-in process was riddled with confusion. The room had a slightly dank smell, beds were small (thin and short), and overall underwhelming. Breakfast was just OK. I had stayed at the Radisson Blu across town and their breakfast was far superior (included in the rate not an additional fee like at Mövenpick). The pool area was well manicured and the beach, though small was nice. The Ibiza Beach Club dining area was good and the view was excellent. They Gym was nice but the steam room (in a different location from the gym) was malfunctioning during this stay. The lobby was nice and comfortable but did not make up for the lack of attention to detail in other areas of the stay. Though they have tried to make this hotel a high end destination place in Cebu it falls short. I think attention to detail may help but the shangrila is definitely the place to stay.

Finding a hotel in Cebu was a bit tricky as there are many different places to stay there and different tourist locations. We decided to stay in Mactan island, which seems to be the most popular tourist location. The second we stepped out the taxi, to when we checked in, the service was great. We stayed 4 nights, 3 days with their breakfast package. This is a must if you do decide to stay with them. Their breakfast was great, they had everything from a Korean section, dim sum, American breakfast to gluten-free. Their rooms are a second size, we stayed in a single king bed, and their bathroom had both a shower and tub! The beach, unbelievably beautiful. The amount of people taking photos is insane, i didn't have to feel ashamed of taking too many photos! Their pool/ beach food, a little pricey... but that comes with staying at a 4 star hotel. Their second restaurant is located on the side and off the beach, which included happy hour, a la carte, and a 15 course meal. And at night turns their is a performance, as turns into a night club. Excursions, we did island hopping which was only about 5 hours total. Most people go to Cebu to visit the Kawasan Falls and to do whale shark diving.. but that was about 4-5 hours away from the hotel so we passed on that. That just means we need to make another trip to Cebu!

My daughter just had her garden wedding this Jan 2019 and I'm very happy about it. 80 percent of our guests are from USA. We all booked in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a nurse and Dr available at the hotel when I needed it few days before the wedding. My daughter needed medicine the morning of her wedding and I recommended the nurse who helped me. It could have been crazy without help of the nurse. The view was fantastic. The crew were very nice and respectful.

The gf and I stayed here for 5 nights. The drive from Cebu Airport to Movenpick is about 20 minutes(the hotel provided a shuttle for 575 pesos) without traffic and trust me, traffic is horrific here especially during rush hour since there is only ONE road that takes you here! The facility itself is a modern design, open air, and very ambient especially with the jazzy and sex-on-the-beach type of music played in the lobby/pool all day. I booked our stay through Agoda.com which means NO REFUNDS. PERIOD. The majority of the guests here are Koreans, some Japanese and a few Europeans. The property does have it's faux white sand beach which allows its guests to do some snorkeling on their private beach. I find their imported white sand grains to be quite painful on your bare soles so bring your flip flops! Pool service is very accommodating as the employees always address you by "Sir" or "Miss/Ma'am". We opted for the Deluxe King w/ full ocean view room. Room was clean and tidy. I'm pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, especially in the shower and tub. Our view from the room overlooked the entire seaside portion of Mactan Island. Quite a sight to wake up too. Only drawback was the couple above us on the balcony sexing it up loudly(like they wanted us to hear them) as we're trying to enjoy our bottle of wine and fireworks one evening. The Ibiza Club was just aite. Looked cool from our balcony at night but I found their drinks and "wagyu" beef overcooked and flavorless. Quite pricey too, but hey, this is a tourist resort. They did have a live performance though which was okay. They sang mostly oldies and current top 50s pop. Walking out of the resort driveway puts you back into reality, the daily lives of millions of Filipinos who live in poverty. Lots of slums right outside the gates of Movenpick. Avoid all the guys outside no matter how friendly they are offering trips or as guides. If you don't wanna wait for a taxi at the hotel then hop into a colorful jeepney for 8-10 pesos will take you to the Marina Mall. Oh, and if you're in blood sports like I am you can bet on cock fights in the morning. I swear I was lost 200 pesos because my cock's razor blades weren't as sharp as my opponents. Caused my bird to bleed to death. It was rigged I tells ya! Overall, try to book during their dry season. We came during late October and it was nothing but clear skies. I would recommend this place for friendly service and being a fairly modern facility.

Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms and pool. The staff was beyond friendly. Chocolate hour is from 3-4 at the hotel lobby everyday. Great mid day snacks, poolside and beach snacks.

My friends and I went to Movenpick for a day trip because we heard that the hotels interiors and beach club were a must see. From the moment we arrived, we knew we would definitely have to book a night next time we visit Cebu! The lobby is bright, clean and breezy plus the furniture is just beautiful! The staff allowed us to look around even though we were just there to check out the Ibiza Club. All guests have access to a white sand beach with clear blue water. There is also a pool with lounging chairs. Of course, complimentary beach towels are provided. Though we didn't have access to the beach, we had The Ibiza Club for ourselves that afternoon. The club is just stunning! There is a deck which hangs over the ocean and you can lay there all afternoon with a drink in hand. :) Also, they serve tapas and there is always a Happy Hour! This is a great place to have a drink and take in the beautiful view at the end of the day. Even though we stayed for a day, we absolutely loved it! It was a good getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you can afford it, book yourself a night or 2 here so that you can enjoy the whole experience of Movenpick. Overall, this is a great resort, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation in Cebu. :)

I stayed in the condo building so I cannot comment on the hotel rooms. The arrival staff is excellent. The common areas are clean to the highest level. The pool is beautiful. The beach and swimming is flawless. I found the lobby very comfortable for early morning work, news catch-up, and coffee. I would recognize two employees as extraordinary. One, "Em" was at the coffee bar in the early morning, her courtesy and professionalism was welcome. Two, a gift shop employee, Leah, was professional, courteous, and helpful. The food is fantastic. The breakfast buffe,t will leave you full for the day!

Hotel is nice. They adopted the popular known Ibiza beach club. It's a must try. But, please be attentive on what you are ordering. Their soda that is inclusive to their buffet w/ drinks is ONLY limited to 2 famous sodas. You'll be charge a hefty hefty price. 10% service charge + VAT+FOOD+BEVERAGE TAXES. . Wotwot! cause they have hidden surcharges that they wont tell If you do want to visit Ibiza Cebu, order Ala Carte which is so much better compared to their ala Brazilian buffet for dinner, Place is nice. Ambience is nice. Their entertainers are good (dancers) but could use serious body shaping & toning. Highly recommend Saturday dinner not weekdays. Sundays is rest day. That's all folks!

The hotel lobby was nice and the staff welcomed us well. There was a bit of a screw up with the payment-we had to pay in advance for a few night's stay. Then we found out later on we were charged twice on our credit card! Huff!! The deluxe room was okay-a bit on the small side but not too bad for us three. The king size bed was massive and very comfortable. However, as I was doing my initial rounds, I noticed how DIRTY the bathroom was. The shower sink hole appeared to be broken and covered in hair. My husband managed to get the bathroom floor wet as we found out that there was a gap in between the shower door so we stuffed the gap with a towel. Not good! Not unless they get their act together on cleanliness-I won't be recommending this hotel to anyone.

There's nothing much to do at this hotel if you want to lounge around during day time and it's gloomy and raining outside. They close one of the only two restaurants they have here when it rains and if your flight is later and you check out before that, the executive lounge is for current guest only and seem like they don't really bother much to see if you still want to use it if you checked out that day already. Room is ok the air con is pretty old it's smells humid if you put at 24C or a bit higher and if you put lower its freezing and there is no auto mode. No late check-in allowed though they let us checked in early, 10am. Buffet breakfast was good for 1280 pesos. That's about the only thing exciting about this place. Would not book at this place again though

Stay here (was visiting from Spartanburg SC) Loved it here. The price and amenities were excellent. Pool was amazing... though not hot tub. Beach area was great, good size, good for snorkeling even. They will bring drinks beach side along with food. Great restaurant over the water with live nightly music. Staff was beyond friendly and very kid friendly hotel. Morning breakfast buffet was amazing with a great selection of quality food, fruits, breads, drinks and more. The espresso bar open all day was great as well. Rooms were great size, bathrooms were nice clean and large. We were a family of 3, stayed in a King size room and had more than enough room. Nice balcony. Will def be back here. I don't recommend using their services for reservations of boats, jet skiing, tours, etc. If you can speak local language and/or feel comfortable go outside the resort and ask for Jay. He helped us with boat to go snorkeling which they brought us a jet ski. Had coolers with beer for us, took us on city tour, took us to local massage place, got us really nice shells, took us to a water restaurant (though that was over priced) Everything he took us to was reasonable prices and the experience was amazing. The island hoping was great and amazing snorkeling. We had a huge boat to ourselves and we were 4 adults and 1 child. Even held the kid for us as the adults went snorkeling. and then watched her during nap!

It's been a while since I've been here but the pool isn't too bad, the beach is nice to swim in. Food is expensive since it's in a resort and I'm not a fan that they charge money for extra blankets. Still a nice place to relax and enjoy the beach.

I had a great time at movenpick. This was my first time at any movenpick and I really liked the intimacy of the hotel/resort. I thought it was interesting that they catered to mostly an Asian market - predominantly Korean and Japanese but that added to the experience. They have a cute little man made private beach where you can take a nice swim or lounge out and then at night you can walk over to their in house club - Ibiza which has its own Dj.. Just to see what Shangrila was like we took a walk over next door - and it felt like any other American resort/hotel...

Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu welcomed us with its pristine lobby. What a grand entrance! We arrived while outgoing guests were checking out so the lobby was quite packed, and the queue at the reception desks were long. We, patiently, waited for our turn. We're grateful that we got our Deluxe Ocean View rooms before the 2PM check-in time. I give the staff a star for being very courteous and welcoming. Another star for the impressive look of the entire hotel. The food deserves a star, too, especially the breakfast buffet. Although, I didn't enjoy my meal in The Forum too much. It was too hot to eat outdoors and the food (chicken wings, pasta, and cheese sticks) was so-so. The last star goes to the room. It had a relaxing and peaceful effect on me. I am a night owl so I was surprised to have dozed off before midnight. The bed -- who doesn't love hotel beds? It was Zzz-lightful! Why only four stars? The bathroom. It is the first room I check when I enter a hotel room. Yes, it was clean. But it was very outdated. It didn't match the modern feel of the bedroom. It turned me off. However, I didn't let the bathroom fetish ruin my overall experience. Besides, it's just aesthetics. I'm sure bathroom renovations are in the works (hint, hint).

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Never coming here again. I got attitude from two employees (Rina and Julie) and they were COMPLETELY useless and unhelpful. Everyone was nice & deserves a raise. These two, need to be fired immediately.

Blown away. My experience was amazing. I visited here in November on a vacation from Washington, US and received nothing but kindness, amazing breakfast and dinner buffets, and wonderful hospitality. The resort I had been at on Palawan paled in comparison to this. Comfortable beds, fun nightlife, and beautiful atmosphere. 10/10! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Everything started pleasantly, great service, complimentary mango juice at check in, upgrade to a one bedroom suite. Then it started going downhill... Our luggage didn't arrive for 45 min after being brought to our suite (which we had already waited half an hr for, but no complaints since we were getting an upgrade.) The beach was nice, a little small but quaint. Ice cream was super overpriced - worked out to almost 370 peso for one scoop, being a Movenpick resort I had to have a scoop but this is more expensive than Switzerland. Then the worst experience. We wanted a cab to go to dinner called Lantew floating restaurant and we read that it was a little far. Originally when the front desk made a reservation for us we were offered a transfer (for a cost of course) but when we enquired about it we were told no transfer was available but a cab ride shouldn't be more than 15-20 min. So we went to the lobby and asked for a cab, we waited in line but when we were called we thought it was odd that the bellboys were all huddled chatting to one another and none came to the cab with us or gave us a ticket of the cab license plate like they did at Radisson Blu in Cebu City, also a 5 star establishment. After getting into the cab and telling the driver where we wanted to go he wanted 1400 peso for a return ride as he claimed the trip was over an hour. We persistently asked him to turn on the meter which he refused. He continuously tried to bargain with us then when it became clear we weren't going to budge he wanted to drop us off on the side of the road to get another taxi. The only positive experience from this was when we refused to get out and asked to be taken back to the hotel he did (not before asking us to pay for the drive back, to which we also refused and told him to take it up with the hotel). Once back at the hotel my friend and I were extremely shaken up and upset by the whole experience and told the bellboy as we came out of the taxi and front desk. This is where the hotel management handled the situation poorly and not of a 5 star standard. The front desk advised the duty manager who spoke to the bellboy who denied not speaking to the taxi driver and came back to us to advise that they would investigate. There was no apology, no offer of alternative transportation/solving our dinner reservation issue (our original reservation was 8pm and we were still told to sit and wait at 8.45pm), not even an offer of a drink of water. We repeated asked management for a way to either get to the restaurant or alternate dinner options as we have a 6am flight next morning, to which we continuously received comments of they are discussing, they are investigating and really, is an apology so difficult?! We were appalled at this treatment and by now it was 9pm so we told them that we were just going to eat at the Ibiza beach club to which we were told they require reservation and may not have capacity. Regardless we told them that we were eating there and only then did the manager offer a bottle of wine (we later discovered, only the house wines) for our troubles. The dinner at Ibiza beach club restaurant was lovely. Service was impeccable and friendly, we were well looked after by the staff. They received the the one star of this review as we felt they were providing excellent service (whether it was because they treated all guests so or they had been advised to by management - who knows at this point). Overall the handling of this terrible situation which was largely the cab driver's fault was poor. We were not looking for their investigations, we wanted to advise them of what had occurred and wanted a solution to the situation as we no longer felt safe catching a cab. Unfortunately the management at Movenpick were too busy trying to point fingers or negate blame before being concerned for the welfare or even comfort of their guests (was offering a glass of water so difficult?). We had been in Cebu for 4 days both in Cebu city and Macatan and this was the first time and only time we felt unsafe and shaken up.

This Hotels restaurant has some serious issues. Service is mediocre. Wait for food is ridiculous and disappointing , almost 45 min for spring rolls and they still never came out. Iron in room didn't work and they never came right away like they said so I had to change my outfit. Very disappointed so far. They finally brought me the check and on top of everything, they had stuff on there from a different table!! I addressed the issue to a different manager and he was very helpful and understanding, unlike the manager at ibiza bar. It's been fine so far. Jake the manager has been fabulous!! Thank you for making the rest of my stay great!

Great place, great service and really good food. Had my wedding here and was truly amazed at how we were treated during our stay there. Recommend if you are in the area to go a visit. Chocolate happy hour!

they gave us a poorly maintained room for -- broken tiles, chipped mirror, stains on the floor, paint cracks for $400+++ a night. to add insult-- the room was dirty! sticky surfaces, hair on the wet (!!!) bath tub when we arrived, dusty corners. don't take chances with this hotel.
