Samtath,Abid, Anthony and Farrih babu they are very good cleaners, I loved their superb service provided, and they have provided me the best suggestions for all my concerns. I am so glad to have my cleaning service get done by them. Every corner of the room was spotless, fresh and perfectly arranged. The team of these four worked efficiently and paid attention to the small details that really made a difference to my hotel apartment! The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes and dietary preferences - we loved the variety of veg dishes, fresh fruits, juices, bread, salads, and Indian specialties. The hotel's location is perfect for families, with a peaceful atmosphere and no noisy surroundings. The staff at the entrance are always eager to help with luggage, which was a godsend when traveling with kids! The breakfast staff are attentive, quick to serve, and always happy to refill drinks and clear tables. We also appreciated the kids' club, chocolate hours, and complimentary shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Kite Beach - a great way to explore the city. Overall, Mövenpick Hotel Dubai is a great choice for families, with its warm hospitality, excellent amenities, and convenient location. Highly recommend! 😊

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience special was the exceptional service from one of the staff members, Aavash Acharya. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. His professionalism and warm attitude made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place, especially because of amazing staff like Aavash who go above and beyond for guests!

It’s been a really great experience during our business trip. The breakfast time (6:30–10:30) is very convenient — even after my morning exercise, I can still enjoy it, which is so nice! A big thank you to Imtiaz for assisting us with room cleaning every day. He always keeps our room tidy and spotless. Really appreciate his hard work and kindness! Also, Kumar always greets us with a warm smile every morning when we go for breakfast. He is very kind and gentle. Thank you for his nice and professional service — it really makes our stay more pleasant!

I had an incredible time at this bar! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really seemed to enjoy what they do. My drink was perfectly made — balanced, flavorful, and served quickly even though the place was busy. The music and overall vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy the night. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. I prefer the room to be between 18–20°C, but it never went below 23°C, which made it a bit uncomfortable—especially when coming in after a long day outside and during the night. The technicians did their best, but unfortunately couldn’t fix the issue. I don’t blame them. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Several staff members went above and beyond. Nixon, Mohammed, Hsu, and Himanshu were especially helpful.
