Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai

This is our second time staying at the hotel and this time is even better. Our room (a 2 bed apartment) had been refurbished just days before and is as big as our house back home. It was perfect for us and our little one. Breakfast was included and the service at the fountain restaurant was amazing. I don’t know how all the staff are so calm and collected and friendly when they’re so busy and not all the guests are that friendly! Goudie somehow remembered my breakfast order when he must serve hundreds of people in a day and Kajal was always a friendly and welcoming face, seating and helping us. Order off the menu - the food is great! The boss man is great too but not sure of his name! For those with little ones ask about the little birds children’s room - we’ve been up a couple of times and one time there was a whole buffet at 4ish for the kids. Haven’t quite worked out the program but it’s useful when it’s hot outside and you need to kill half an hour. The pool staff at the main pool are so helpful and nice too. It really helps when you have a 2 year old in tow. The location is amazing too which was the main driver for staying here again having stayed in many areas of Dubai before. Highly recommended.

The service at Somerset’s bar is unmatched! We were attended by Ansiva Vaz who was attentive, ensuring we had everything without being overbearing. She offered great suggestions and made the whole experience special. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed evening. Their staff Severa,Sky Himanshu,Javed and Ansiva are super friendly. You can tell customer satisfaction is a priority here. A must-visit!

Every team member, from reception to housekeeping, was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds were outstanding, and the pillows were exactly the way I like them — which made our sleep quality exceptional. Cleanliness throughout Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai is clearly a top priority. The location is excellent, with easy access to many key areas of the city. Another big advantage is the free shuttle service to the beach and shopping malls, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, location, and outstanding service. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

What a delightful Christmas lunch buffet at the Mövenpick Hotel – The Fountain! From the moment we arrived, the festive décor, cheerful atmosphere, and beautifully arranged buffet set the perfect holiday mood. The spread was generous and impressive, featuring delicious Christmas classics alongside a wonderful selection of international dishes — everything was fresh, flavorful, and indulgent. A huge thank-you to Imti, Avas, and Faraz, who truly embodied the Christmas spirit. Their warm smiles, attentiveness, and thoughtful service made the experience even more special. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A heartwarming, festive dining experience filled with great food, wonderful service, and holiday cheer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate Christmas in style!

Samtath,Abid, Anthony and Farrih babu they are very good cleaners, I loved their superb service provided, and they have provided me the best suggestions for all my concerns. I am so glad to have my cleaning service get done by them. Every corner of the room was spotless, fresh and perfectly arranged. The team of these four worked efficiently and paid attention to the small details that really made a difference to my hotel apartment! I am really glad to get my service done by these kind and trustworthy people.

The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was no hot water in the morning, and the beds were not made until late in the afternoon. Overall, it did not feel like a true five-star hotel experience.

We’re staying in the three-bedroom apartment-style part of the hotel and came down for Christmas morning breakfast as a family. While the breakfast was quite limited in terms of food variety, it does offer some great healthy options. The real highlight, however, is the staff, incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely caring. A special shout-out to Nang/Min for being so attentive to our table and thoughtfully offering options for our two-year-old toddler. We’d also like to commend the housekeeping team, especially Anthony, Abid, Babu and Sampath, who have taken exceptional care of our family throughout the stay. Their attentiveness truly made us feel comfortable and well looked after.

I spent my holiday in a 3 bed apartment and the overall experience is good. The apartment was newly renovated so some appliances were faulty. We reported the issues and there were handled swiftly. |The apartment was cleaned daily, shout out to Manoj, Fereh, Anthony & Babu. |Younus at the poolhouse was available to assist my boys while playing ping-pong and swimming 🙂.
