Mövenpick Hotel & Apartments Bur Dubai

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Movenpick Hotel & Apartments in Bur Dubai for a family trip, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We booked two rooms for our group of adults, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and well-maintained, creating a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The real highlight, however, was the staff. A special mention to Mr. Nixson and Mr. Venket, who went above and beyond in making us feel at home. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made a huge difference in our stay. We truly appreciated their empathetic approach and willingness to help with any request. We also took advantage of the free shuttle bus service to Dubai Mall, which was incredibly convenient and made our shopping trips even easier. The meals at the hotel were another highlight – both breakfast and dinner were simply marvelous. The variety and quality of food was exceptional, and we looked forward to every meal. Overall, our experience at Movenpick was nothing short of perfect, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

During my recent stay, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service from the team. Casper (Bell Boy) – Warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. He made check-in and luggage handling effortless. Bawana (Breakfast Server) – Attentive and friendly, ensuring every breakfast was served with care and efficiency. Her cheerful demeanor made mornings brighter. Krishnan (Housekeeping) – Maintained my room in immaculate condition every day. His attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness were outstanding. Thank you all for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Service like this truly sets the standard!

booked being accor member and upon reaching found the hotel being grand. the lobby is superb and rooms are cozy. the bedding and linen is extremely comfortable though bathrooms are little cramped. the breakfast has been one of the amazing one i had with amazing spread and variety. the staff at reception especially noor has been very supportive so is jasper from concierge desk. a highly recommend.

It was a nice stay at the Mövenpick bur Dubai. The rooms, the pool and the hotel are very clean. The food was also always plentiful and good. The staff are all very courteous and nice. You are always greeted with a nice smile. |I would also like to thank Fonsah in the entrance area for always being friendly and helpful. He was always there when you needed a cab or advice. Aswell as Brigthon who was a nice Employe who always helped us out at the Pool. We wish all employees the best and hope to see you soon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was definitely the breakfast! The spread was impressive, with a great variety of continental options — but I have to say, the croissants were buttery and tasty. What really stood out to me, though, were the fresh juices. The watermelon juice in particular was so refreshing — I couldn’t get enough of it! 🌟🌟🌟 A big thank you to the lovely team members Devi, Bhawana, Nabina, Nischal, Aishu’s, Griffin, Imti & Syam who made each morning such a pleasant experience ❤️ They were attentive, warm, and genuinely kind.
