Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach

My experience at Movenpick Jumeirah Beach was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were absolutely lovely—warm, attentive, and always ready to assist, making me feel truly welcome. The customer service was excellent and I was delighted to receive a room upgrade thanks to my Platinum membership status. The location is perfect. While Dubai Marina is known for its traffic, the hotel is conveniently situated on the outer section, making it easily accessible without the hassle of navigating deeper into the area. This made getting around so much smoother compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Overall, a fantastic stay with top-notch service and a prime location. Highly recommend!

The hotel stay was faultless, from the moment we arrived. We arrived early in the morning and we were given access to the Executive Lounge while waiting for our room. The room was so clean and very spacious. All the staff were so helpful, always happy. Special mention to Irene who arranged a takeaway breakfast pack for us the morning we were leaving as we checked out early. The location is fantastic and I love that towels are given for the beach and the pool. Food was fantastic especially the choice on the seafood buffet night.

I have booked Movenpick Jumeirah Beach Hotel to accommodate the group of my client and arrange 3-day corporate event (year-end staff gathering). Everything was so perfect from start to the end: rooms, amenities, food, views, location, cleanliness. Conference room was spacious, beautiful, with all necessary equipment and there was always a person on duty present during the event, who assisted with any queries. Thanks to Asim and his team. Gratitude to ladies from Sales department Salka and Raouene, who were in contact with me almost on a daily basis, making sure that each and every detail is highlighted, noted and smoothly arranged and for every concern I was offered a suitable solution/alternative. And very big thank you and deep bow to Ms. Donia Mohamed, who is a very hardworking and dedicated person, she went beyond her defined responsibilities, was always on standby and helped us to resolve all the concerns, even on her weekend and during non-working hours. We had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach. Housekeeping was exceptional. Abhrani did an amazing job and was consistently thorough and attentive. At the front desk, Yoga was equally impressive, warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The company is very lucky to have both of them as part of the team. One thing worth noting for future guests is the view. Based on the photos, I expected a clearer beach view from the room. While the beach is nearby, our view was partially blocked by buildings in front. This is just something to be aware of if a direct beach view is important to you. The facilities were excellent. The gym was well equipped, and the sauna and steam room were a great bonus. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and very good quality food. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities and outstanding staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach. The hotel’s location is perfect, right by JBR Walk and the beach, making it ideal for both relaxation and convenience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and professional. I would especially like to appreciate one of the staff members, Divya. She was exceptionally polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference and reflected the high standards of hospitality at the hotel. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick team for a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and would happily stay here again.

Lovely experience! The hotel is very clean. The housekeeping staff — Abhirami and her supervisor Cherie — were always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. Such lovely people! We stayed for 3 days and had a great experience. A big thank-you to both of these ladies. Hope to see you again with your lovely smiles!

My friend chose this hotel for our ladies trip with another 8 others who decided to book elsewhere and then had big problems with having to find other accommodation? We had a small balcony which showed a bit of an ocean view. Very clean hotel and great location. Room service food was good too. The main point of this hotel for us was the friendliness of the front desk staff especially and the other staff was how very helpful they were and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was good too with not an over abundant choice but you could always have something that was good. Their prathas at the curry table were great. We would go back there. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, very good price value with nice views for certain sea view rooms. Great hospitality by the team especially receptionist “Fatima” from the moment we arrived, she set the tone for an exceptional stay, she was incredibly professional, attentive and truly listened to all our requests with care, this initial interaction was courteous and efficient and we couldn’t have asked for a better start of our vacation at this hotel, also Bala from concierge team was super helpful.
