Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach

We had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach. Housekeeping was exceptional. Abhrani did an amazing job and was consistently thorough and attentive. At the front desk, Yoga was equally impressive, warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The company is very lucky to have both of them as part of the team. One thing worth noting for future guests is the view. Based on the photos, I expected a clearer beach view from the room. While the beach is nearby, our view was partially blocked by buildings in front. This is just something to be aware of if a direct beach view is important to you. The facilities were excellent. The gym was well equipped, and the sauna and steam room were a great bonus. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and very good quality food. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great amenities and outstanding staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach. The hotel’s location is perfect, right by JBR Walk and the beach, making it ideal for both relaxation and convenience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and professional. I would especially like to appreciate one of the staff members, Divya. She was exceptionally polite, professional, and genuinely caring. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference and reflected the high standards of hospitality at the hotel. Thank you to the entire Mövenpick team for a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and would happily stay here again.

My friend chose this hotel for our ladies trip with another 8 others who decided to book elsewhere and then had big problems with having to find other accommodation? We had a small balcony which showed a bit of an ocean view. Very clean hotel and great location. Room service food was good too. The main point of this hotel for us was the friendliness of the front desk staff especially and the other staff was how very helpful they were and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was good too with not an over abundant choice but you could always have something that was good. Their prathas at the curry table were great. We would go back there. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We’ve been coming to Dubai every year and I don’t think I would want to be anywhere else but here. The service is amazing with very friendly staff, top breakfast, and spacious clean rooms. We had a partial ocean view on the top floor, a balcony, a large desk, and a sofa sleeper for our daughter. We appreciated the small gestures such as getting us chocolate and fruits, even at the time of departure they left a small cookie box in our car. Needless to mention the prime location close to the Marina and JBR. I highly recommend this hotel, it truly checks all the boxes. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay exceptional this year!

I want to give a special thank you to Mohammed Ezzeldin, the front office manager at the Movenpick JBR. We accidentally booked the wrong location through a third party site, which was listed as non refundable. He spent hours working at this for us to get the other hotel to agree to refund the booking and even let us stay in a room while we waited, which was incredibly helpful as we’re travelling with a 4 month old baby, so I was able to feed her and allow her to nap while we were dealing with this. He was so helpful, kind and thoughtful throughout the experience. This is a great hotel and the service is truly magnificent.

Lovely experience! The hotel is very clean. The housekeeping staff — Abhirami and her supervisor Cherie — were always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. Such lovely people!
