Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach

Me and my husband came to this hotel for our Honeymoon— upon arrival we were greeted by Yanha and the reception team! They were kind and very welcoming! They went above and beyond for us, sending us a congratulations cake to our room and recommending places to go. Sunil B.K cleaned our room daily, he was lovely and left the most amazing towel art! As well as cleaning, he restocked our water and the coffee, which we were very thankful for. The food every day was amazing, with a range to choose from! Everything tasted delicious, the food was creative and looked like something you’d eat in a very fancy restaurant. The location was perfect for us, with the public beach, shops and restaurants a short walk away, creating the best atmosphere. But if you didn’t went to go too far, then the hotel had a lovely swimming pool and the lifeguard never failed to get you a good sun bed in the sunshine. We will truly miss this place and hope to return one day! We highly recommend!

The hotel was excellent — clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Juliah, who was incredibly professional and helpful. She paid attention to even the smallest details and made sure we felt completely cared for during our time at the hotel. I visited Bruno’s during Oktoberfest and was absolutely delighted! The authentic atmosphere was amazing: live music, traditional flair, friendly staff. The food was excellent — the sausages were particularly impressive. The beer was superb, with an excellent selection. The portions were generous. The service was outstanding, and the ambiance was cozy. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to experience the true spirit of Oktoberfest! 5 out of 5!

Loved it! I spent 6 days there and all i can say is that i can't wait to go back. I enjoyed every minute of it. All the staff were very helpful - starting from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the pool staff - all were ever-ready to take care of our needs. Special thanks to the Rwandan lady/chef (not sure!). Very attentive particularly when I was late for breakfast! Highly recommended!

Great hotel and location.we went all inclusive and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was really amazing and a good variety. As part of the all inclusive you could use the soul restaurant and we did 3 times in the week. Big shout out to the soul staff who are great and very attentive with drink refills. On the last night (tonight) they noticed I did not feel well and couldn’t do enough to help. Lovely lightning and atmosphere and we had a great time there. The pool is great and the 2 lifeguards are lovely and got us towels and sunbeds and put up sunshades and moved them to accommodate us. They also rushed to open the doors for us. Rooms are cleaned well daily and are nice and spacious. We had a balcony and the air con worked well. The people who greet you for the breakfast and buffets were always happy and friendly and asked if they could do anything further to help with the stay. All in all a lovely hotel and amazing staff.

The breakfast here is honestly amazing! Everything is fresh, tasty, and there’s such a good variety to choose from. You can go light with fruit and yogurt or really treat yourself with eggs, pastries, and hot dishes. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. But what makes it extra special is the staff. Irene, who leads the breakfast team, is absolutely wonderful. She’s so kind and caring she even remembered our names and asked about our day each morning, which made us feel right at home. It’s little touches like that that really make a big difference. Highly recommend starting your morning here, you’ll leave full and smiling!

I stayed at this hotel for over a month, and overall, it was a very good experience. The location is excellent, and the hotel has everything one needs for a comfortable stay — a good room, great facilities, and even better service. Since I stayed for so long, the hotel began to feel like home, and the staff became more than just employees — they became like family. I want to mention a few of them by name. Breakfast was always enjoyable, but the hosts made it even better — special thanks to Robin and Irene, who always greeted me warmly and found me a good table. I used the gym daily and occasionally visited the spa for a massage — Ayu was excellent. I also spent a lot of time by the pool, which was always clean and refreshing despite the +40°C temperatures. Murgan and Suresh made sure I had the best sunbed every time — their attention was truly appreciated. The concierge service was spot on. I needed help with printing documents, and Leica and Muhammad Yahya helped immediately without hesitation. The reception team was also always helpful and welcoming. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday, and I was surprised with a cake and a card from the hotel — a kind gesture from Isabella that made my day extra special. My room was always spotless, thanks to Sujith, Sunic, Jefrin, Darsie, and the rest of the housekeeping team. The Sports Bar was also a great spot for quick bites and soft drinks — special thanks to Primerose, who was always friendly and attentive with guests. I’m really sad I didn’t catch all the staff names, because every single one of them deserves recognition — and probably a raise! Can’t wait to come back!

Overall, a very pleasant stay in a lovely hotel. The catering team - Aung, Ishfaq and victory always smiling and happy to help. The pool area nice with attentive lifeguards. Very much enjoying our stay and would definitely come back.
