Mövenpick Karachi

It is always a pleasure to stay at Movenpick. I love the room, food and on top of everything, staff. Very hospitable and courteous. I also loved the iftar at pool side with such a nice ambience and overall atmosphere. I would like to mention in particular about Ms Farhat and the reception staff, whom i found to be very professional and welcoming. Always a pleasure to be your guest. Thank you.

This is definitely a 5 star hotel, regardless of what others stay. We all have to remember this is Pakistan and not a high end resort in Hawaii or Mexico or Maldives. All the staff were amazing and friendly. Especially the following staff who went above and beyond when providing exceptional customer service:||Khalid Mehmood - Out breakfast server. Whatever we needed, he would always be willing and ready to provide. Thank you for your prompt service. |Hari laal - Housekeeping - Whatever we needed for our rooms, he would get it for us within seconds of our request. Truly an angel.|Muhammad Sajid - Concierge (Bell Boy) Manager- We had so many suitcases (almost 20 in total) that we had no idea how we were going to get to the airport for our return flight back to Dubai. He arranged everything for us without any hesitation and kept assuring us that everything would be fine. Thank you for helping us, during a stressful time, given the craziness of the number of luggage we had.|Check-in Clerk- I am sorry but I don't recall the name of our check in clerk but I am sure you can find it in your system. He was a younger man who ensured the correct room that we had booked was available and ready for us. ||This was my first time in Pakistan and I was truly impressed with the Movenpick.

Service was very good, internet was excellent, all the food included was good. The bed was comfortable, location is well secured and isn't far from Dolmen Mall.Airport shuttle was punctual too.Cleaning was good but the carpets are pretty gross and should be changed.Nonetheless, it was a very satisfying stay. 

The breakfast at Mövenpick is truly amazing and easily one of the highlights of the stay. The buffet is exceptionally well-organized and offers an impressive variety that caters to every taste. From freshly baked breads, croissants, and pastries to a wide selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and seasonal fruits, everything feels premium and thoughtfully curated. What really stands out is the live cooking stations. The omelets, eggs, and pancakes are made to order, always fresh and perfectly cooked. There is also a generous spread of hot dishes, including both international and local options, so whether you prefer a classic continental breakfast or something more traditional, you are spoiled for choice. The quality of ingredients is evident in every bite—fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced. The beverage selection is equally impressive, with fresh juices, smoothies, high-quality coffee, and a range of teas. Even small details, like the presentation and temperature of the food, are clearly well-managed. The ambiance of the breakfast area is calm and welcoming, and the staff is attentive, polite, and quick to assist without being intrusive. Overall, Mövenpick’s breakfast is not just a meal but a complete experience. I would like to sincerely appreciate Govinda and Shabbir Hussain for their exceptional service. From cleaning the carpet to adjusting our bed according to our needs, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. This hotel truly deserves a top rating. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The overall hospitality was excellent, and it made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay at Mövenpick Hotel Karachi. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. My room was cleaned perfectly every day. Special thanks to Mr. Govibda and Mr. Anas for their kindness and great service — they were truly professional and welcoming. The hotel guards were also respectful and made me feel safe at all times. Overall, the staff is amazing, and the hospitality is outstanding. Pakistani people are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

Perfect (special thanks to Mr. M. Yousuf) From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm and friendly welcome. The staff were always helpful, respectful, and attentive, making the stay truly comfortable. They even asked how to say things in my language, which showed genuine care and hospitality. The meals were very nice, the rooms were extremely clean, and everything was well maintained. What truly made this stay exceptional was Mr. M. Yousuf. He is extremely polite, neat, professional, and always welcoming guests with a sincere smile. His attitude, kindness, and constant willingness to assist reflect true hospitality.He deserves special appreciation. I also really enjoyed the Pakistani tea, which reminded me of Ethiopian tea a must-try when you visit.

Excellent housekeeping service at the Mövenpick Hotel in Karachi. The rooms 947 and 948 were spotless, with very comfortable beds, clean and well-maintained bathrooms, and fresh, neatly cleaned carpets. Housekeeping was professional and attentive throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. A-Wahid for his outstanding service, courtesy, and attention to detail. He truly made a difference. Highly recommended.
