Mövenpick Resort Sharm el Sheikh

I'm general we really enjoyed our stay at the Mövenpick hotel. We stayed for almost two weeks in February, so the weather was a bit chilly for a few days but the rest were warm and sunny and we enjoyed both the sea and the pool. The staff in the hotel were very professional and friendly. The hotel has a great location, amazing views and is very clean.

My stay at Mövenpick Sharm El Sheikh was absolutely incredible! The hotel combines a perfect location, excellent service, and a luxurious atmosphere. Location: The breathtaking view of the Red Sea makes the stay truly special. The hotel's elevated location offers a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding natural beauty. Service: The service was beyond exceptional, especially the Beach Boys team, who were extremely professional and welcoming. A special thank you to Salem for his outstanding service and attention to detail, making our beach experience truly memorable. I would also like to express my gratitude to the Open Buffet Restaurant team for their excellent service and delicious food. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed, the restaurant manager, for the exceptional organization, and to all the staff who were always friendly and helpful, especially Ahmed, who served us with a warm smile every time. Rooms: The room was clean, spacious, and elegantly designed. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was absolutely mesmerizing. Food: The restaurants provided a diverse and exceptional dining experience. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, offering options to satisfy all tastes. Dinner was filled with fresh flavors and a mix of international and local dishes. Facilities: The hotel’s facilities were perfect, especially the private beach, which was peaceful and clean. The swimming pool was large and family-friendly, and there were plenty of entertainment activities available. Conclusion: Mövenpick Sharm El Sheikh is the perfect destination for anyone looking for relaxation and luxury in Sharm El Sheikh. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a truly exceptional holiday. I will definitely return for another stay!

I had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Resort Sharm el Sheikh. The hotel offered exceptional comfort and stunning views. The restaurant was a delight, with delicious meals prepared by talented chefs who made every dish with care. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I truly felt pampered and relaxed throughout my time!🤍🤍

Our family just completed our stay. The location, the rooms, the views are stunning. The food was very good. Excellent chefs. The service, particularly the front desk, was surprisingly bad. Twice we were charged with consuming goods from the mini-bar, which we had not consumed on either occasion. At the restaurant, we were often ignored, simple requests for water with our meal not being served. The worst issue however was at checkout. We were short 2 cards for beach towels, as my son had returned these towels after the cabana staff had left for the day. The hotel staff locked the gate and would not permit us to leave the property without paying for these items. We paid these ridiculous charges to be able to leave the resort and make our flight. We have travelled extensively, and have never been treated like this. Imagine - travelling internationally and staying at a 5* resort - to be accused of stealing towels and mineral water. It is a shame, as this is otherwise a beautiful place but management has completely misunderstood customer service.

I am spending my vacation at this hotel, and after a week, I can confidently say that the stay has exceeded all expectations. Location and Rooms: The view of the bay is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. It’s always easy to find free sun loungers on the beach, which is especially important for a comfortable stay. Dining: The food here is exceptional — the variety of dishes will satisfy even the most demanding guests. Fresh vegetables, beef, fish, squid, as well as crabs and tuna, make lunches and dinners a true culinary delight. Service: Special thanks to Mr. Zakir, the chefs, and the waitstaff for their excellent work. The bartenders at the beach, the pool, and the lobby, especially Nader, are always friendly and professional. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is maintained at the highest level — from the rooms to the public areas. The only thing that surprised me a bit was the restriction on alcohol service until 12 PM. However, this didn’t spoil the overall impression at all. There are many returning guests at the hotel, and now I completely understand why! This is a place you would definitely want to come back to again and again.

The animation group was amazing! My sister and I were truly spoilt. The team were all so nice, day time activities such as Zumba, stretching, darts and aqua aerobics were super fun. In the evenings my sister and I joined the team to go to the clubs. Special shout out to Mando,Tito,Olya,Ahmet,Diliara and Alex. They are such kind, lovely people and created a wonderful holiday for us. They are Always happy to help with whatever you need, no matter what. We will never forget our time here. ||-Hope

From the moment we stepped into Mövenpick hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing views and such a peaceful vibe. Our room was super comfortable and always spotless, thanks to the attentive housekeeping. The beaches were absolutely stunning with vibrant coral reefs that are perfect for snorkeling and the beach staff were always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed. The warm pool was a hit with our little one, and it was so nice to have a spot where our kid could enjoy swimming all day long. The kids’ club was another highlight; we could leave our child there to play and join activities, knowing she was well looked after. A big shoutout to the animation team—they were incredible! The shows they put on were a lot of fun, and our kid especially loved the kids’ disco every evening. They really made the experience extra special for families. Overall, the hotel had such a great energy, with friendly staff everywhere we went. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway, and we’d 100% recommend it to anyone.
