The staff is amazing. Felt welcomed the moment I arrived and the personalised little notes scattered around the room made my stay that little bit more enjoyable. Comfortable beds and great location within a few minutes walk from the rail station. Highly recommend

Stayed for 5 days in August. |The hotel is 3 mins walks from Berlin Ostbahnof, which makes it absolutely perfect for getting around the city with excellent transport links. Several SBahn and UBahn stops within easy reach. As well as a bus terminus. Also plenty of hire bikes/scooters in the vicinity. |Hotel staff were friendly, even provided my friend with a free cocktail when I checked in. The hotel has a great decor and feels like a space that is more than just a hotel. Also, always smelt amazing. |The room itself was clean and nicely presented. A kettle would've been great, but it not being there was motivation for me to get out early and explore the local area. |Which is great, lots of great places that you can reach by foot, Berghain, East Side Gallery. A little further in Warschauer, 1 stop on the SBahn, is RAW Gelende and you can also pick up the UBahn here to get into Kreuzberg really easily. |A great stay and would potentially consider returning for my next visit.

Unbeatable area. So easy to travel around via public transportation. On-site staff 24hrs was a huge plus. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The Queen bed rooms are small so not much space to hang up clothes and the ironing boards are in separate rooms. The lounge/lobby was really nice and clean as well. My only issue was getting charged 12 euros for "no physical credit card present fee" which I assumed they would ask us to put a card but they didn't. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.

You can comfortably get to hotel from Airport by taking the train. When I arrived, staff was friendly and very helpful, and I got to experience the same level of service throughout my stay. I was very jetlagged when I arrived and was offered a complimentary beer of my choice, got to buy some pizza which was really tasty or I was hungry, either way, amazing :D The rooms were clean and spacious which I enjoyed. If you're interested in visiting a large part of Berlin Wall that was left intact, the "East Side Gallery" is close by hotel. I would definitely stay here again. ^-^)/

Stylish and clean hotel with attentive staff. The vibe is great and it’s usually quiet, making for a comfortable stay. On the downside, the room had no wardrobe, the TV/Chromecast never worked properly, and you can’t call reception from the room. Breakfast also felt overpriced, and there isn’t a fridge in the room if you’d like to keep your own food or drinks.. Overall, a good stay if you value design and atmosphere, but a few practical things could be improved.

One of my favorite hotels in my trip around Germany. Rooms are clean. staff is very friendly and professional, location was perfect for us. Fredrico, Thomas and the other employees serving us at the bar were amazing. It was also a plus the bar stayed open 24hrs. Made for a great last drink after enjoying the nightlife until whatever hours. There are many landmarks within a 10 min walk from the hotel. I will be staying here again and again.

I have stayed with my friend in room 236. On the arrival he was asked to pay local taxes which he wasn’t aware but fair enough so he did pay. As we were checking out we’ve been told that we need to pay more local tax as not everything was paid so definitely someone not doing their job properly. 2 days before our stay finished we run out of shower gel and has not been refilled at all but before we left I have pointed this out to the staff member. They did apologise but sometimes that’s not good enough. Also attention to dust in the rooms should be taken care as even do our room was “clean” daily dust was still there for instance bedside table.

This is exactly the kind of hotel we needed in Berlin. The rooms were safe and clean, the staff were friendly. We asked for additional pillows and towels and were accommodated quickly. We also were allowed to check in WAY early. All in all, a great stay and we would recommend staying here.
