Moxy tries to keep up that modern, “cool” vibe it’s known for, but honestly, it feels a bit outdated now. The rooms are comfortable, yes, but also somewhat old-fashioned—like the design is stuck in an older idea of what “modern” was supposed to be.
The service, though, was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and really made the stay better.
The least pleasant part was the breakfast situation. They’re very strict with the schedule: by 00 they had already taken everything away, and the way they did it felt a bit too aggressive for that hour. There didn’t seem to be much flexibility or consideration for guests who arrive a bit late.
Overall, Moxy offers good service and comfortable rooms, but between the slightly dated design and the rigid approach to things like breakfast, the experience could be much better with a bit of updating and a more guest-friendly attitude.
