Great stay for 3 Nights in Copenhagen. Very easy walk to the subway to be able to get to the city center. Staff very friendly and hotel clean and trendy. Lobby was great with games to play and tasty drinks. Got the breakfast add on and it was very worth it. Only thing would be great if some more hooks/wardrobe could be put in the rooms. Would totally come back!

We received the very best of service from Jaqueline who was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. She arranged the parking (150DK per day) and offered us a choice of rooms on a couple of different floors. ||The hotel is quirky and inviting with a host of games and seating options in the lobby and bar areas. There is a Fussball table, Table Tennis Table, numerous cards and board games. The rooms, whilst small, are clean and comfortable with a modern style and fun decor. The fact that you can add points to your Marriott Bonvoy Account is a bonus.

A very comfortable and clean hotel. The reception crew are wonderful, always greeted us with a smile and were always happy to help. A big shout out to Alexandra and all the reception crew. Our room tho on the smaller side was clean and bed very comfy. Sheets, towels all good quality, The bed light sensor was too sensitive, but not really a problem. A few minutes walk to the train station. Palermo Pizzeria | also just a few minutes walk from Moxy was good value. Overall a most enjoyable stay .. thank you.

Stayed at this lovely hotel and couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. The communal spaces are full of quirky, thoughtful touches that give the place real character. I was especially pleased to discover they offer accessible guest rooms—something surprisingly rare in Copenhagen. A fantastic blend of comfort, personality, and inclusivity.

Our stay met expectations. Room was clean and had everything we needed; well equipped lobby with free coffee and tea, computer, wifi; and staff were friendly and quick to help. Location is good especially if you have a bike. Easy 15-20 min bike ride almost anywhere in the city. In terms of value for what you pay, I thought this was a very good deal.

Loved the vibes of this hotel! Breakfast was not only free but also very good and full of variety. The decor of the lobby and halls is unique, and the rooms are clean and stylized very elegantly. Only gripes are how tiny the rooms are despite how gorgeous they are and the location - wish it was closer to a more lively part of town. Otherwise, I was very happy with my stay with Moxy!

We had an excellent stay at Moxy Hotel Copenhagen! From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and professional service. The lobby has a vibrant, modern vibe that sets the tone for a fun and comfortable experience. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and efficiently laid out—perfect for both relaxation and getting work done.

Google
Wonderful stay at Moxy Sydhavnen. The front desk team was really helpful and welcoming throughout our stay from check in through to check out. The location was slightly outside of the city center but the train station is a short 7 min walk away and bus stops are equally nearby. Rooms were spacious considering the cost which I found was good value. Would stay at this hotel again if I find myself back in CPH.

Yelp
Definitely a solid hotel and would strongly consider going again. The staff is absolutely wonderful and this one lives up to the Moxy brand. If you haven't been to a Moxy its a "lifestyle" brand hotel that geared to young and trendy vibes. The welcome drink is free and absolutely delicious. The breakfast here was only okay and would go to local bakery or something instead. The location is near train line that is super easy and quick into downtown. There isn't really anything around the hotel itself, it is pretty remote and residential.

Yelp
Clean and modern. yes rooms are small with no closet but its Europe and just fine for a 1-2 night stay. Easy easy parking right at the front door for 150Dkk (maybe $20USD or Euro) per night. 3 minute walk to the train/metro and a bus stop right across the street. Maybe 10 minute drive from the airport and easy on/off the main motorway.

Yelp
This is a minimalist hotel. Some might call it a hostel. There is no closet or furniture with drawers in the room. The room itself is small. There were no wash clothes in the room either. That was a surprise. They do provide a breakfast that is plentiful and good. In particular, their scrambled eggs are very tasty. Coffee choices are excellent. They have a bar with limited wine choices. The staff were very nice.

Yelp
Listen, you get what you pay for. And for the relative cost it is good. The room is small but clean and quiet even though I was right across from the elevators. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. The staff were curious and helpful. If you are looking for a luxury experience this isn't it but if you need a clean economic place close to the train this is it.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our hotel stay at the Moxy in Copenhagen. This brand isn't going to be suitable to those that are used to a Courtyard, Marriott, etc. The hotel is hostel-esque. The rooms are quite small, but then they have a large common area in the lobby which is great for lounging and hanging out. The room itself was very clean, the bed was comfortable and just enough room - but not an inch more. The shower was hot, water pressure strong and the hotel is very new. The hotel is very quiet as another reviewed mentioned. The construction is very strong. They also have a really nice energy program which even the corridor lighting adjusts. This is a brand that is focused on a bar and cocktail program - and food is an amenity to the cocktails. This is not a full service hotel - so you shouldn't expect to have a full meal here - outside of breakfast. They do have some simple options in the evening. The staff was fantastically friendly. The hotel is also just a short walk to the train.

Yelp
We stayed at 4 different hotel brands during our trip throughout a few countries and this was by far our favorite. It has fun branding and feels fresh and new. It's geared toward young adults. Some things might be awkward for families with young children. For example the do not disturb signs have a shirtless man sleeping and the elevator says save water shower together. Things this hotel had that our others didn't: -USB plugs built into the outlet -We could watch Netflix and YouTube on the TV through chromecast. Other hotels had this on the TV menu but this is the only hotel where it actually worked -Curtains that close all the way - the curtains are on separate tracks that cross each other so they completely close -Bathroom door that shuts tightly -Second bathroom light that's not as bright -Free welcome drink rum punch -Bike rentals The staff was the most friendly out of everywhere we stayed. I felt very welcome as an English speaker. They seemed to know several other languages too. This was also one of the quietest hotels we stayed out. There was construction outside our window and we couldn't hear it with the window closed. The location is close to a train station and a few restaurants are within walking distance. Check out South Harbor Cafe. The only thing I did not love is the light under the bed that automatically turns on when you step out of bed. Ours was more sensitive and would turn on when we moved in bed. It would be great if there was an off switch, but still turned on by sensor when switched on. I would still stay here again because I loved everything else, but bring an eye mask.

Yelp
We had never stayed at a Moxy hotel before and were concerned about the quality before arrived due to the price which was so much lower than other options. This hotel was excellent. Clean rooms, friendly staff and perfect location close to metro (both train and bus stop). The only complaint I had was the food options near AND at the hotel are very limited. We didn't plan appropriately one evening and ordered snacks from the bar when we got in after a full day out.... nachos and flatbread - honestly we couldn't eat them. Very bad. Hotel should have a few tasty things to order not microwave food.

Yelp
These guys rocked it. We got in late one night and were told they didn't have any rooms left due to something that had happened on one of the floors making those rooms unavailable. They had contacted everywhere else and no one had any rooms left. When we got there they were extremely warm and welcoming - set us up with some food and drinks until they had a room for us. They let us just hang out in the lobby all night while they reorganized and got us situated in rooms. These guys were rockstars!! If I'm ever in Copenhagen again, I will definitely be back to Moxy.

Yelp
I am a Platinum guest with Marriott (60-70 stays per year) and wanted to try the Moxy since it is quite new. On night 1, I had no issues, good AC and comfortable beds. I had read other reviews indicating the AC was having intermittentissuesl. On night #2 the AC stopped working. The thermostat would jump to 23 even if you put it down to 18, or lower. It would simply not activate. The Front Desk confirmed that there are occasional issues. I moved rooms and had the same issue at 3 AM. The hotel refused to refund my 35,000 points and has been unresponsive towards these issues. Other than sleeping with no AC the hotel is just fine. I would not stay here again.
