I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel truly deserves an honest one. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.
First and foremost, the staff—though I believe the real problem lies in poor management rather than with them personally—seemed completely unmotivated and overwhelmed. There were only two or three people trying to handle a large number of guests, including breakfast service, which was, to put it mildly, very poor. Dinner and other meals weren’t any better; I’d strongly recommend avoiding them altogether.
I had major issues with my room access. My key card stopped working twice during the stay, and after the second time, when I understandably raised my voice out of frustration (after a 12+ hour workday), one of the employees—let’s just say a bit of a “snowflake”—threatened to call the police simply because I asked them to fix the issue. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
The root cause, I believe, was a mix-up with room allocations. Several colleagues and I were staying there on a business trip, and when we tried to cancel one unused room, they refused. My guess is that they re-rented that room, which led to confusion and these technical problems.
To make things worse, because of their mistake, my room wasn’t cleaned once during a six-night stay. The price-to-quality ratio is absolutely terrible, and overall, this place feels like an excuse for a hotel rather than a real one.
In short: save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs
