Moxy Frankfurt Airport

Good room and good accessibility to the airport.. However if they charge extra for breakfast I feel could have included more options for the cost... No doubt the quality was good but would have likes more options both in vegetarian and non-vegetarian... And also vegan

Excellent budget hotel. Comfy, modern and clean rooms. Friendly & quick service. Tasty breakfast. Very close to the airport, yet quiet. Gym with full dumbbells rack and bench. Big quality grocery store next door. Recommended!

We stayed here because a delayed Lufthansa flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. Lufthansa may have a deal with this hotel. This modern hotel has a great location with only a short walk to the subway. The restaurant is ho-hum. It’s a self-serve basic restaurant. The facilities are clean and well maintained but it’s not high-end. If you just need a clean room and a bed this will be fine.

Very reasonably priced for it's location to the airport and train station. Only one stop from the airport and about 25 minutes to old town Frankfurt. Rooms were nice and clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast was great and had many options. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly

This is my preferred hotel for staying 1 night before leaving Frankfurt from the airport. This is because I like the vibe of Moxy hotels, very chill, laid back, not corporate or bland. Other than that the rooms are fine, the parking is very expensive €25 per day but it is secured parking in a garage underneath the hotel. Staff is fairly friendly and helpful as well.

Very poor place. I would never stay there by choice. We were placed in this hotel by the airline after we missed our connecting flight due to their delay. We were supposed to have dinner and breakfast included. It’s clear they don’t care about people at all and are completely indifferent to the fact that someone might be coming off a long flight — this dinner isn’t just a box to tick off, they’re getting paid for it. The dinner was terrible, and this morning’s breakfast was just as bad. By 9:30 there were no scrambled eggs left, the buffet was empty — and breakfast was supposed to be served for another hour. I asked the staff if they would refill anything, and the lady replied, “No.” :) I don’t recommend this place. As for the staff — the ladies on duty yesterday were very kind, so maybe the issue is that you’re taking money and not delivering what you’re supposed to.

I chose this hotel because of the Brand and the vibe. Completely disappointed. The staff at the Reception / Bar are lackluster. No eye contact, lack of sincerity. Cold. Was not made to feel welcome. I get it that the room is functional and small. No issue. But the attitude of the staff is inexcusable. There is a reason this property is ranked #70 on TripAdvisor. ||Ended up at the Hyatt around the corner for drinks, dinner and also breakfast the next day. Please fix the concept if this is to be a Moxy.

I don't have too much to say about the Moxy as there really isn't much there at all. Super basic rooms, tiny bathrooms you can barely fart in, breakfast is decent but spartan. I'd say the cleanliness might have been the only standout. The biggest disappointment is the proximity to Frankfurt airport. It's a 15 minute taxi ride - due to a plethora of vicious U-turns and freeway on and off ramps between where you are and where you wish you were. Next time I'll try the "on-campus" Marriott or Sheraton.
