The structure is designed with a very modern format and the furnishings are designer.
The room is very minimalist, too much so, I'd say, even for those traveling for a weekend or a few days. There's no space to hang clothes, just three hangers hanging from a doorknob at the entrance. Carpeting everywhere, which is a real problem for allergy sufferers, especially in the morning, considering the room only has one window for ventilation. The bathroom is small, modern, and minimalist. The shower is large but windowless, with no fan at all, resulting in post-shower humidity. Overall, the room does its job, but a few adjustments to ensure a certain level of service and customer care would be appreciated. The staff at reception, which also covers the bar area, breakfast area, aperitif area, and practically everything else, struggle to express themselves in English and it becomes extremely difficult to make themselves understood. During our five-day stay, breakfast was handled differently every morning by the staff, probably based on my perception of them, which was completely nonsensical. If you decline the full breakfast package for €23 per person per day, you'll be snubbed. You can help yourself to a coffee from the machine. Sometimes the staff will make it for you, sometimes you'll find the breakfast area cordoned off, and sometimes they'll ask for your room number. In short, the service is at the whim of the moment, unprofessional, and there's no standard of quality or consistent service. The only noteworthy member of the staff at this establishment is the guy with glasses at the reception/bar. He's kind, helpful, attentive, and always smiling.
We ordered gin and tonics, and the blonde girl at the bar asked the other girl at the cashier for directions; she didn't know how to do it. There's little organization. I wouldn't go back there, sorry
