Moxy Frankfurt Eschborn

One of my favorite hotels to stay at! Staff is always really friendly, rooms are nice & clean & the breakfast is great. Also love the cozy lobby area!

In a quiet neighbourhood, a very well organised hotel, with great staff. Rooms are super and clean?. Update: I visited this hotel a few days ago and I was being informed that they don't clean the rooms if you don't ask it.

Another classic Moxy at Frankfurt Eschborn, it's located as t the business building area, very convenient if you're visiting customers here. Got the room facing west, pretty nice sunset 🌇 view from the window.

Very good hotel with good staff at the front desk. Location is great with complimentary parking on-site.

It's a functional business hotel which is absolutely ok for a short business trip. Staff are great but the rooms especially bathroom are already looking worn. Biggest concern was that the AC isn't very good and are room was too warm despite AC being on max.

Probably the worst choice in the area (tested most of the hotels there). I don't understand how other customers are delighted with the design - it's not special and above all, it's not functional. This hotel is located in a business district, so most of the clients are probably on a business trip. From this point of view hotel rooms are useless. Very small piece of glass (pretending to be a desk) unsuitable for any work, no chair (only a small pouffe), no shelves, no fridge, kettle, or even one bottle of water (Hotel Owners, are you serious? Bottle of water, not champagne). No phone in the room so with any problem you have to go down to the reception (super “convenient” when you discover the problem when already in bed). Cleanliness is also not impressive - night tables covered with a thick layer of dust, dark hair (not mine) on the bathroom floor. The only positive thing is the friendly service, but that's not enough. For the price there are so many better options. Will not be back.

It's trying very hard to be cool, but isn't. Especially when located in a German industrial park... But the staff is nice, the rooms are clean, the gym is empty, the parking is free (albeit limited) and the breakfast is price worthy. Stay for a night, don't make it your holiday destination....

Your first warning, is that this is a "hipster" type of hotel, not your traditional white glove full service hotel. The environment from start to finish exudes a fun and casual vibe. From the decor, to the staff, and the complimentary cocktail you are offered while you are checking in, this is a pretty cool place. The price of the room is super reasonable. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and there is negative closet space, but this is europe, and the rooms are consistent with the theme of this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned satisfactorily every day, the heater and tv worked, and although small, the bathroom was adequate. The food at the restaurant was solid, we were always able to find a free parking spot for our rental, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, the room was clean and in working order, and the price was awesome! We really enjoyed this hotel, so much so, that we are staying at another Moxy during our next trip to another part of Germany. Easy 5 stars from me.

I stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was really comfortable. It's designed for what Marriott apparently thinks Millennials want. Super weird art, fruit loops for breakfast, no phones in the room and a gym in the open concept lobby. The challenge with this is there were no Millennials, instead the lobby was filled with a bunch of Gen Y and Boomers sitting on a Superman couch eating children's cereal in business suits. The price is definitely right, and the "vibe" certainly was fine for me as a boomer. Breakfast was 10Euro and I definitely don't recommend it. Unfortunately, it's kind of in a weird area so not a lot of food options nearby. There's a fantastic BIO market not far away to stock up on snacks. It's about 30 minutes from downtown Frankfurt. I'd stay in a Moxy again.

It works if you need a quite hotel for 1 night. Wouldn't stay any longer than that. No phone in the room, no official bed sheet with elastic, they pre-placed soap and hair/body wash was near empty and never filled up for the next guest. Reception never followed through with my guest request for two nights in a row, just asking for more pillows. Pros: big tv limited channels, an American Queen bed.
