This hotel was very good and convenient. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It's proximity to the airport allow you to pay for a shuttle or get the airport train transport. As I was needing assistance, I took the shuttle which was great and the driver was so helpful. I deducted two star for service for two reasons: upon check in, I fractured my leg and was using a crutch. The staff did not notice and did not offer help. When I asked about the shuttle service - they insisted I use the train until I held up my crutch and stated, it would be too difficult. Again, during the morning, I was on my own and the man behind the desk stated I needed to wait at 5:25 am for 10 mins. Waiting was in the basement car park, on my own, for 10 mins, no reception?? Am i the only person that finds this unsettling. Which, the area maybe safe, however, no confidence was given to the area by the staff member I was dealing with. They need to be friendly, professional, observant and helpful. I only found the staff professional and cold.

I stayed at Moxy Hotel near the airport for one night due to a layover, and overall, the experience was decent. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages — it's very close to the airport, making it ideal if you need a place to rest between flights or for a short stay of 1 to 3 days. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly basic but have the essentials: a small fridge, a TV, and a comfortable bed. However, the cleanliness could be improved. There was some noticeable dust in the room, and the carpet was a bit dirty, which detracted from the overall impression. Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good, with a decent variety of items to choose from. It's a nice touch for travelers needing a quick meal before heading to the airport. The atmosphere of the hotel is trendy and youthful, like most Moxy locations, but the room quality doesn’t fully match the price. I felt the rate was slightly high for what was offered, especially considering the room conditions. In conclusion, Moxy is a solid option if you need to stay close to the airport for a night or two, but don’t expect luxury. It’s convenient, functional, and gets the job done.

I'm a longtime BONVoy member, and this 3 star hotel and staff don't meet Marriott standards. Made my reservation on the BONVoy app. At check-in, front desk guy told me my rate of 110 Euro changed from when I made the reservation to 153 Euro at check-in, and that this rate change is standard practice with Marriott. Come on! Finally got a manager who said their computer makes this common error. What?! She corrected the room rate. I asked and she took a screen shot photo on my phone to assure me everything would be okay upon check-out the next morning. It wasn't. The front desk told me they didn't know anything and insisted to charge me the higher rate, until I showed them the screen shoot photo and name of the manager who helped me. CAUTION! Be sure upon check-in that the room rate is the rate you made on your reservation. This changing of the room rate to a higher price seems to be common practice. As for the food. Skip it. Not worth it. Be aware there is no room safe to store anything of value. Room temperature was cold and controlled only by the hotel. Only good thing was the bed was decent.

The people were nice and I wanted to like this place… I’ve realized the Moxy is basically a hostel for adults. Cheaper and the social aspect is nice in theory Here’s the issue, rooms were weak, uncomfortable but not terrible mattress and the AC was broken in our room and guess what? No phone so I had to pay on my mobile to call the front desk and they switched us to a room with working AC but super annoying after a long day of travel when we just wanted to shower and lie down Speaking of showering, bathrooms were gross not dirty but the drains seemed to have a sewage stench coming out. Closed the drain in the sink (again inconvenient) but that kinda worked but nothing to do but have a quick shower and get the heck out Look for a quick stop at the airport this was tolerable and it was the cheapest option in this complex but I would gladly have paid a bit more for the courtyard or residence inn if i understood what the Moxy was Again the people were nice we had a nice drink and dinner at the bar down there and I can see the communal aspect appeal to some (including me at the beginning vs the end of our trip) but I will be avoiding the Moxy for future leisure travel

My friends and I have stayed at the Moxy five or six times. It is convenient to all the CDG terminals via the free CDGVAL train. This is a casual and fun place to stay. Every time we stay there the young lady at the check-in side of the bar that always wears a flower in her hair is helpful and courteous. She even helps with my limited French language skills. Another staff member Eric K is always hustling but helps us even when he is busy. Thank you both!. One change at this hotel is not good. The welcome drink is now limited to a purple gin punch drink. Previously, you were given a choice of a draft beer or a glass of house wine. This purple punch is not good and this change is a really, really, really bad idea. Salut

Very convenient location and comfortable stayThe hotel is super easy to reach from the airport. Just take the CDGVAL from Terminal 2 and get off at the “Parking PR” stop. From there, it’s a short and straightforward walk to the hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.Perfect for a stress-free stay near the airport.

I stayed one night due to unplanned long layover, the hotel is about 8 minutes ride on the airport train (PR station) and a few minutes walk to the hotel. everything was clean and inviting, the stuff were nice, I arrived late and the kitchen was closed but they had a pre made meal in a glass jar to be heated in the microwave, a decent solution in my mind for late hours. the breakfast was nice and included eggs, cheese, sausage, bread a tasty fresh croissants and a few more things. overall the experience was very good and I will be back there if I'll be in the area, recommended!

I took off one star because the air conditioning didn't work. The unit would run but no cold air came out. Otherwise we loved this hotel and the staff was the best! It's on a little "island" of hotels in the middle of Charles de Gaulle and easy to reach with the airport tram. The room was pretty spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet.
