I had a pleasant two-night business stay at the Moxy. The boutique aesthetic is charming and the reception staff is consistently affable and helpful.
The room was well-appointed, and the recently remodeled bathroom, with its large shower, was a highlight.
However, there are a couple of points future guests should be aware of. First, the lack of in-room coffee-making facilities was an inconvenience. More significantly, the street noise was quite noticeable, interrupting sleep on both nights of my stay. The hotel's immediate surroundings include some less-developed areas, and the presence of individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction is apparent.
Overall, the positive aspects of the hotel outweigh the negatives, and I would recommend it. For those sensitive to noise, I suggest packing earplugs.
