I recently stayed at the Moxy St. Petersburg and was extremely disappointed. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I expected a much higher standard of service and amenities. Unfortunately, this property did not deliver.
First, it's unsanitary and unappealing to leave water decanters in the bathroom for guest use. This is a basic hospitality oversight that should be addressed immediately.
Second, there was no late check-out option offered, even for those at the highest tier of the Marriott Bonvoy program. This lack of flexibility is frustrating and uncharacteristic of Marriott properties.
Additionally, the bar menu failed to list ingredients, which is unacceptable for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions. It's a basic expectation to be able to make safe, informed choices about food and beverages.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The lack of attention to detail, combined with the poor guest experience, has solidified my decision never to stay at this property again. I cannot recommend the Moxy St. Petersburg to anyone seeking a comfortable or accommodating stay.
