Moxy Tbilisi

I love Moxy Hotels. I think they are a great style of hotel that bridges the gap between full hotel service and a basic hotel. One of the best features of you can buy your own food or drink etc from m outside ands eat it in the shared lounge areas.. or even get take always delivered to site and eat them there. We stayed here for a week in May 2025. And as I expected I wasn’t disappointed. It was nice and clean, staff were great and nice and friendly (as I always find) and it’s a very relaxed place to stay. The rooms do the job well… although they could do with offering a bit more clothes hanging and drawer space. Beds were bang on. Another down side (for us) is there are no more than 2 beds to a room. So when we travel as an odd number you always have to get another room for the single person. So groups of 3 need 2 rooms and likewise families of 5 (like ours) need 3 rooms so this bumps the price up compared to other hotel offerings which usually offer an extra bed for a 3rd person.. (Just saying). Our stay in this Moxy in Tbilisi did the job well and I’d deffo use again and recommend to others.

We ate at the restaurant a few times. As tourist loved the place. Good atmosphere. There are seats overlooking the river . Service quality good. Washrooms are well maintained. Lift button for going up and down are on different walls of lift.

During a difficult time for my family, this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. From the moment I arrived, the staff showed genuine compassion and care, offering thoughtful gestures and accommodating every need without hesitation. They provided a peaceful, clean, and quiet space that became a much-needed refuge during a family crisis. Their kindness and attention to detail made a world of difference and did not go unnoticed. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and professionalism especially the manageress Marina and the head of security Giorgi—this hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a place that cares.

The location of this hotel is perfect, at the same time it's not in the main streets (where some protests has been happening March 2025), service was fast and on point, rooms were very clean and nice but a bit on the small size if you have a lot of luggage. The rooms don't have phones but you can instead scan a code and chat on WhatsApp if you want food or drinks to your room. Check in and check out were very smooth and fast. The hotel is close to a supermarket and a pharmacy, and it's very easy to get a Bolt any time of the day-night over all our experience was very good. Wheelchair accessible.

From the moment we arrived at the Moxy Tbilisi, we felt truly welcomed. Sophia, Anastasia, and Mariana at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed, always greeting us with warmth and genuine smiles. Their professionalism and friendliness did not go unnoticed, and they handled every request with remarkable care. A special mention must also go to chef Nino, whose delicious creations made breakfast a highlight each day. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a truly memorable stay in Tbilisi. Kudos to Sophia, Anastasia, Marianne, and chef Nino for making our experience exceptional!

very bad！ Moxy is by far the worst brand under the Marriott group. I’ve stayed three times and never had a good experience. I will never choose Moxy again. The nearby Radisson Red is so much better, and the price is about the same. I only stayed here because I wanted to try a different hotel — I really regret making the switch.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff is always helpful and courteous, access to a gorgeous restaurant and cafe and easy access walking to city centre. Thank you for everything
