Mozaika Burger & Co.

I so much wanted to love this place but they messed up every step of the way so that's now game over. The good: it's a nice place with an authentic gourmet burger feel and their own brews of which I recommend the original "Apollo" as it is both light and herby. The bad: the service was excruciatingly slow and after 50 minutes we were rewarded with good looking but barely cooked burgers. The evil: No excuses, no explanations, no apologies. Well, no good review!

Truly great burger, even considering a very decent offer of burgers in Prague. I also had Parmesan fries - an interesting combination. They also tasted well, but I think next time I’ll go for a dip instead of Parmesan. The service was really nice too, resulting in a great experience overall. We live in the area, I wish I had visited this place much earlier.

Had a really great time here for my friend's birthday. The food was really good. Service could be slow at times but overall enjoyed it immensely.

Juicy and tasty burgers. I wasn't that excited about fries but that's no problem. Also Matuska beer is a highlight. Altogether cool place to visit for an informal night out.

When it comes to burgers, its all about pickles. Mozaika burger's pickles are exceptional and that's all I have to say about that.

This pub is great to have a good and local beer. They offer three different types of Matuška, which is a brewery of unfiltered beer from a small city next to Prague. And they are really tasty!! They have one vegetarian option for burgers. Plus, there's free wi-fi 😁

Got there and was a bit lost, I had to ask if I could have a table as all the table had a reserved sign on them. I don't know if they have an English menu as I did not ask so I ordered the Mozaika burger but I did not get any side with it. The burger was absolutely delicious!! I really enjoyed it even though it was not really easy to eat with my hands (I hate eating burgers with fork and knife :) ). I wanted to take another burger after but that would have not been nice for the summer diet :D There are some pop art in the restaurant, the toilets doors are awesome and toilets are super clean. There is also a terrace. Definitely a good gourmet place for burgers!

This place is so good! It's slighty below ground level and has a modern yet warm and cozy feel. They serve Matuska beer which is some of the best craft beer in the CR. The menu had a lot of great looking items but I went with a couple of sliders. The one with Olomouc cheese was my favorite. I wish I was staying in Prague a few more days so I could come back again!

Very nice place to be. Fancy burgers and craft beer at its best! Meat and side dishes are great in quality and price. I recomend the Pivovat Matuska. Very special small batch beer. Sooooo tasty and fresh. Wifi for free. Come and see. Very special are the small burgers. They make you abel to try several types. Don't be afraid to taste the pulled sweet burger with porc meat. REALLY great!!

There are many burger joints in Prague and this one doesnt stand out from the crowd. On the positive side, most of the food is home made and freshly cooked and the Matuska beer is really something different. On the negative side, the cooks dont really do justice to the good quality components and, as a consequence, value for money is average at best. The interior is fairly spacious and pleasantly designed. The service is ok, according to Czech standards... Overall you will get there fresh burgers with excellent beer and enjoyable surroundings for a bit too much money and not enough attention to details.

Well after a week of goulash, duck and a few other delicious Czech delicacies. I needed my burger fix. I was blown away by the quality and service here I ordered the slider size Mozaika and the fam ordered the bbq, Krystal and hummus (verge option) burger. The meat is top quality and they recommend med-rare. Everything is home made from the starter chick pea soup to the buns. Had to be the best burger I've had in several years. The service was top notch. Highly recommended.

Thanks to a kind gentleman in the grocery store, my friend and I got a recommendation to this place. We ate there our first night in Prague and loved it. They have "proper cider" which really is proper cider. I ordered the fried pickles - which are something I love and are hard to find. They were better than the ones I had down south in the States! The onion rings were melt in your mouth perfect. The dipping sauces were great. I also got a shrimp appetizer that was both surprising, delicate and flavorful. My friend got a burger and loved it. Friendly and great service.

I had an excellent burger & the wine suggestion was good. but its a shame they served the most basic frozen fries they could purchase with the burger. I also have to say music was a bit too loud.

I visited the restaurant twice and each time I left completely satisfied. Modern menu offers the ideal number of items - it's not too long to read and it offers something for everyone. The food is simply excellent. Doesn't matter if you go for burgers, salmon in nori seaweed, or one of the daily specials, you can not make a mistake. Have Matuska beer, homemade lemonade and enjoy attentive and professional service. Basement space with vaulted ceilings is also a pleasant place to sit in the hot summer days.

This place has the best burgers I've had in LOoooNG time. The 3 sliders is a no brainer option if you want to sample a bit of everything. And the term slider is a bit understated, these were more close to full size to me ( come hungry :) . The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is very cool. Definitely recommended.

This is a great place, and well worth a visit. I ate the Mozaika burger (I think) and damn, it was really, really good. Homemade fries were good as well. If you'd like a burger for a very decent price, this is a great place. Service was very nice too.
