In a city where even beer is overpriced, it was really refreshing to run into this place. The location is great because you have other restaurants and bars around, son it’s very lively. My wife and I had dinner. We weren’t too hungry and decided to share everything: started with the burrata which comes with different varieties of tomato, avocado and pistachios. Best burrata I’ve had in a long time. Then we had the San Daniele prosciutto. I highly recommend it. Finished with the milanese al limone. Very good and comes with a deli bowl of mashed potatoes.
The service was excellent by Vincenzo. I wanted a beer and he suggested I tried their Spritz. What can I say? Andrea, the bartender is just as meticulous as I am when it comes to making cocktails (we sat just next to his bar so I had a great view) and his spritz were AMAZING. Try the Framboise and Chinato. You have never had better spritz.
Lastly, I want to mention that even if by the end of the night you are not hungry anymore, you must try the gelato mantecato. Its simply delicious! Try it with the cherries, caramel and chocolate. 👌
