This is about the restaurant on the top
Floor: It was a sunday afternoon, and we were two people.
1st irk was I ordered Sparkling water, and they didn't have it, so asked for Tap water instead, when the food came I asked for another glass of water and told that I would have to pay R20 bucks for a second glass of water, and was being forced to order some kind of drink(which I didn't want, I was hydrating that day).
2nd Irk was I ordered a lamb shank (that comes with mash), I was also told that there's no mash, so I asked to be served with rice... you can imagine my surprise when the plate comes in front of me, and I get served Oxtail with mash. I had no choice but to eat it, as I was told it will take about another 30+ minutes to get what I wanted.... I was way too hungry.
3rd Irk, the person I was with also ordered tomatoes pasta and requested Penne with it, she was served with spaghetti and just told there was no penne, she did say the mocktail was good though, so I guess that's something.
In summary the place is aesthetically pleasing, friendly stuff, and nice view... the service is terrible and overpriced for the value you get, even things like a slice of carrot cake is like R169.00 . Anyway you can try it yourself
