MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhi

Staying at this hotel was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. The staff were very friendly and went along way to ensure all went well during my stay. The rooms were also cleaned and sanitized.|The hotel itself was very comfortable, with a really nice decor. There was also a TV in my room and after a day of sight seeing it was bliss to just flop in front of it for a while. The food served was one of the best things about the stay, it was so tasty that I was eager to taste whatever was being served.||The view from the hotel premises was beautiful. The star gazing was one on one activity that I will remember for a long time; it was so quiet and refreshing to spend time like that.||The manager (Mr.Anil) was extremely polite to us our entire stay to a point of ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. Thus, all aspects of the stay were satisfying and would return at some point in the future. Highly recommended!

The old world charm of this heritage structure has been well maintained. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff are thoughtful, courteous and ever ready to cater to the guest's needs. Chef Bahadur and his team whip up delicious homely meals that complete your holiday. Kudos to Mr.Rai and his team for ensuring we had a memorable holiday. It is their attentiveness that brings guests back time and again. To our bad luck on our 2nd day a group of 10 noisy Gujaratis checked in marring the tranquility and peace

⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience at MPT Rock & Manor.Had expected a comfortable stay, but it was a complete letdown. • The room was unclean, the bathroom was dirty, and the lock kept getting jammed. • The water tap had very low pressure, the shower wasn’t working, and the room lamp was not functional. • The walls had damp patches, and when we turned on the tap after some time, dead spiders came out, which was shocking and showed a complete lack of maintenance. The food was terrible: • They only served Gobi, Palak Paneer, and Roti, and the roti had a foul taste. • There were no alternative options, and we had to skip dinner and eat Maggi outside because the food was inedible. The only good thing about this place was their garden. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their hygiene, room conditions, and food quality. Very disappointing experience.

Hotel MPT Rock and Manor is one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels in Pachmarhi. This hotel is located amidst the valleys of Pachmarhi. It is very comfortable to stay in this hotel with your family and children. This is a heritage building which has been converted into a hotel. Actor Nana Patekar's film was shot in this hotel. The food here is very tasty. The services of the waiters here are very good. The manager and all the staff here are very helpful. This property gives full value for our money. You can also come here with your family and children and enjoy the beauty of Pachmarhi.

The Rock End manor is a British era bungalow managed by MP tourism. The property has 6 rooms in total.The rooms are spacious with amenities. The Shubham at front desk is helpful. The service staff let me mention their name Mohammad Rahi, Rakesh Tiwari, Suresh and Chef Thapa provided exceptional service and hospitality. They provided us the food as per our choice and always ready to help us and assist us.

What strikes as you arrive is the upkeep/maintenance of this 150 years old heritage property. Top class. Extremely humble,polite and alert staff deserve 10 out of 10 . The Nepali chef Netra Bahadur in service for 35 years here cooks up very tasty and mouthwatering dishes. Kudos to him. Mr. Anil Rai, the man at the helm of affairs and his team, notably Akash and Prashant, are doing excellent job to ensure that you enjoy the stay and feel at home.|Regrettably a group of 10 uncivilized gujju guests marred the peace and tranquility by being too loud even while conversing normally..attaining decibel level in excess of 100. |Overall, we had a memorable stay and would be happy to revisit this place having just 6 rooms as yet. A new wing with more rooms is almost ready.

Absolutely one of the finest places to stay in Pachmarhi, the Rock End Manor has a quaint charm and combined with huge rooms, great food and service, this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in ever. MPT provides full board and the hotel is priced at the lower end of the luxury spectrum but the ambience and service more than make it worth the price. The staff really take care and make the guests feel like kings and queens, which very much syncs with the palatial vibe of the place. There is also a free dedicated parking area a few hundred feet away from the hotel.
