Very beautiful place. Well maintained. They have upgraded washroom and made them luxurious. Staff is very good. Food is awesome. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their chefs are well trained to delight your taste buds. Homely food and homely service by the staff. Overall great value for money. Must stay

We visited this property on July 10-13 this year. Although we have been visiting this place every year. Exceptional service awesome food and satisfying hospitality makes this place one of the best in Panchmarhi. Team led by Mr Anil Rai resident manager and RM A U Khan have been working towards 100% satisfying customers requirements. |We booked all 6 rooms as such we were only occupying the entire premises. |We look forward to visiting this place again ||Few names worth mentioning here are |Ustad Netbahadur Hemant khirsagar| Shubham Pravin Suresh etc.

Great location, very good cleanliness, nice ambiance, good food, very warm staff, superb experience. Lovely. Would love to go again.

Chicken pakoda is a must try. Service was good. Were forced to dine indoors due to monkeys 😭😭😭.

Food was very mediocre. Had the all meal plan but very few variety. Just omelets and poha for breakfast. Requested them if we can have our dinner and lunch in Nilamber to which they obliged and it was much better food there. Don’t expect any luxury in rooms, but they were kept very clean. Overall a good stay.

This hotel built in colonial era heritage building is perhaps the best in Pachmarhi . Excellent service ( polite and prompt ) , specially one MD Rafi who’s been at the hotel for a long time and is very receptive to guest’s needs . Food served is flavourful and fresh .The property retains the quaint charm one would expect from Pachmarhi .
