MPT Rock End Manor, Pachmarhi

Food was very mediocre. Had the all meal plan but very few variety. Just omelets and poha for breakfast. Requested them if we can have our dinner and lunch in Nilamber to which they obliged and it was much better food there. Don’t expect any luxury in rooms, but they were kept very clean. Overall a good stay.

This hotel built in colonial era heritage building is perhaps the best in Pachmarhi . Excellent service ( polite and prompt ) , specially one MD Rafi who’s been at the hotel for a long time and is very receptive to guest’s needs . Food served is flavourful and fresh .The property retains the quaint charm one would expect from Pachmarhi .

Clean rooms, very old but very well maintained property, excellent view, well appointed. Very helpful and well mannered staff. A very good experience. Would love to visit again.

⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience at MPT Rock & Manor.Had expected a comfortable stay, but it was a complete letdown. • The room was unclean, the bathroom was dirty, and the lock kept getting jammed. • The water tap had very low pressure, the shower wasn’t working, and the room lamp was not functional. • The walls had damp patches, and when we turned on the tap after some time, dead spiders came out, which was shocking and showed a complete lack of maintenance. The food was terrible: • They only served Gobi, Palak Paneer, and Roti, and the roti had a foul taste. • There were no alternative options, and we had to skip dinner and eat Maggi outside because the food was inedible. The only good thing about this place was their garden. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their hygiene, room conditions, and food quality. Very disappointing experience.

Staying at this hotel was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. The staff were very friendly and went along way to ensure all went well during my stay. The rooms were also cleaned and sanitized.|The hotel itself was very comfortable, with a really nice decor. There was also a TV in my room and after a day of sight seeing it was bliss to just flop in front of it for a while. The food served was one of the best things about the stay, it was so tasty that I was eager to taste whatever was being served.||The view from the hotel premises was beautiful. The star gazing was one on one activity that I will remember for a long time; it was so quiet and refreshing to spend time like that.||The manager (Mr.Anil) was extremely polite to us our entire stay to a point of ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. Thus, all aspects of the stay were satisfying and would return at some point in the future. Highly recommended!

Rock end manor hotel on of the best of Madhya Pradesh tourism in Pachmarhi. Hotel situated near the Bison lodge where you get the permission of tourist places by Gypsy. Peaceful environment and staff behaviour also soft.

The old world charm of this heritage structure has been well maintained. Clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff are thoughtful, courteous and ever ready to cater to the guest's needs. Chef Bahadur and his team whip up delicious homely meals that complete your holiday. Kudos to Mr.Rai and his team for ensuring we had a memorable holiday.
