MPT Shipra Residency, Ujjain

This MP Tourism’s stay was comfortable, spacious and clean rooms and wide bathrooms. All staffs were courteous and polite, food was served piping hot and fresh, anything you order. The location of the hotel was prime, with good shopping areas and cafés nearby. The property overall was also quite huge. We stayed in a deluxe room and it had a balcony too. They provided all amenities in the room from toiletries to tea and water. The food menu had many varieties from Indian to oriental. Services were quick too. Just one thing here would be a request to consider adding a ramp or a lift even though just a floor so that our parents or grandparents with knee issues can also consider staying at first floor rooms.

Room was good, but No hot water in bathroom (gyser not working properly). Restaurant bill was not issued on time because of which during check out they miscalculated final bill. Need to manage billing part properly.

Very nice hotel to stay in Ujjain, weather you are with family/friends/couple. The property is big and have ample parking space. Rooms are big and nice. Very clean. Neat and clean bathroom with amenities. Very comfortable bed. Service is also very good. Food is nice and tastier. Breakfast is complementary along with room. Hotel also has a bar in premises.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean, and it's very close to Shree ganga Restaurant, which is famous for its food. It’s around 5 km from the Mahakal Temple. Hotels near Mahakal are not very spacious; they tend to be quite small. Overall, it was a great stay. The service was a little slow, but it wasn't a major concern.

Even being a MP tourism still very well kept , has nice large rooms , Nice food quality , even the mattress was very good , only thing wrong here is that even when being in Mahakol Lok and a MP tourism property still they serva lot of NON VEG and people eat here .

Dirty sofa, old bed sheets tured off-white, dull dirty wall, broken tiles, fan full of dust and noisy, old furniture..... need lot of improvement. Every MPT hotel should have EV Charging station.

Very old rooms, stains all over pillows and towels. Not value for money. Ambiance is fine, rooms not good. Since it was only 1 night stay, we managed it.

Located near temple along with MPT ujjaini gives great value to the tourists. Finest rooms, great hospitality, good food with dine in facility gives value addition to this hotel.
