A very solid 4 star hotel. With a few tweaks I believe I could bring it up a level. One area that is already top notch is the pool. I spent so much time in it, I'm now more amphibious than mammal. The lady in the pool bar is a delight. Jenny is one of the warmest, friendliest people I've ever met. Special mention as well to the night reception person Lisa. She was amazing. We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend it.

WARNING, this hotel is not as advertised on its website and by Tui…. It may have been nice in the past but its well past its time and has had no money spent of it with the owners and Tui turning a blind eye and then unwilling to help. ||When we booked we didn’t expect a top class hotel but this is not even a 1 star hotel…. From the moment we arrived the bar had limited drinks and did not restock, no ice with one guest going and buying ice for the hotel to use, the rooms and facilities are old and worn with externally poor cleanliness levels across the whole site. The loungers old and stained behind anything that I would dare sit on. ||Breakfast… again we didn’t expect much but the levels of quality and hygiene standards was not something that I was going to eat in fear that I would be ill for the entire holiday, so instead left the hotel with my family early eat out (which is a cost we didn’t expect to pay) and stayed away from the hotel as long so possible as it was so upsetting. We came together as family for the first time in 14 yrs and it turned into a holiday hell…. ||The pool has been out of order since my second day and currently looks like treacle and no one allowed to enter, the hotel keep saying it will be sorted but were now on day five of no pool tomorrow.||Everyone at the hotel was experiencing the same issues and extremely unhappy, if you have a holiday coming soon I would be trying to change it FAST… ||The rooms are in poor repair, my door didn’t lock and took four days to repair, towels with stains on, and was no pool towels on day one which was blamed on supplier. All there of rooms front doors look like they have been prised open and robbed which is worrying sign. ||Do not expect the food that is advertised on the hotel website, what you will get is a tuna wrap that is mainly Mayo which my 12 year child could have made way better and safer to eat. ||As I said we didn’t expect something that was amazing so I’m not one of those you is just moaning, please take my advise and stay away…. ||If I could have posted more than 10 photos I would have just to show how poor this hotel really is currently. ||Shame on you TUI and owners for ripping off guest who have paid a lot of money and is not as advertised…

We arrived well before the official check-in time (3 PM) and they made everything super easy and comfortable for us. After a sleepless night, it felt like a gift to meet such kind people who truly try to improve your experience. They promised is to speed up the room preparation and, meanwhile, treated us to a lovely breakfast. They even gave us towels so we could relax by the pool and pass the time peacefully. The gardens are stunning, filled with all kinds of plants and even centuries-old olive trees. The pool sits right in the middle with plenty of loungers for everyone. The team gives such a warm, friendly vibe, and the waiters are really sweet and attentive. Our first impression has been amazing! I’ll share the final review once our stay is over.

We were so disappointed with this hotel. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time. On arrival at first sight this looked perfect. Quite relaxing everything we hoped for|The first day around the pool the sunbeds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever laid on. The other beds were badly stained and didn’t want to catch anything from laying on them. |The next day we came down to breakfast to what seemed like a swarm of wasps. Most of the food was uncovered and wasps were landing on all of it. When we asked for the eggs to be warmed up we were informed by a member of staff that the warmer that the eggs was in was broken so the eggs couldn’t be warmed up. This continued for the whole 2 weeks that we were there|Then we looked at the pool. OMG. It was like a swamp totally brown and the jacuzzi was exactly the same. We were told the pool would be fixed by 12 pm but it took 2 days it then worked for 1 day and then was out of action for a further 2 days|The rooms were not of the standard of a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star hotel |We have never given a negative review before|Please think carefully before booking this hotel

I can’t understand the negative reviews about this particular hotel.|For us, it was a wonderful experience. I do understand the issue with the pool, and the photos that were shared are indeed accurate. However, I believe this is a problem that could happen anywhere, and we personally felt very well taken care of thanks to the hospitality and efforts of the staff in dealing with the situation.|We were among the lucky ones who had a jacuzzi. The only thing we’d like to point out is that the bathrooms could definitely use some renovation.

When we were shown the room, we were most disappointed with it. The shower was blocked with a build up of scale and it would not turn on. We called Reception to get it working and ended up with a trickle of water... The toilet seat underneath was broken at the hinge and filthy but having just called Reception we were reluctant to make a further call. The bathroom was not clean and it was a disappointing start to our holiday. |We complained to Olympic Holidays when we returned and their response said because we didn't raise this with the hotel at the time then we must have made the mess ourselves! My photos are date and time stamped. "The hotel note that, based on the images, the room appears to have been used prior to the photographs being taken, and as no complaint was raised at reception during your stay, they do not accept that this was the condition of the room when allocated to you." So I have been accused of lying! |Avoid this hotel as other reviews will tell you the same...

We visited Mr & Mrs White Hotel in June 2025 for our 15th wedding anniversary, staying 7 nights in the honeymoon suite (with hot tub). ||Sadly, our experience fell well short of the 4-star standard advertised.||On arrival our transfer dropped us at the main road and we were left to “Google Maps” our way in. We ended up lost and at the wrong hotel before eventually finding reception after midnight which was closed, with just a key and instructions left. Not the start we expected for a special occasion.||Our room looked stylish and “boho chic” at first glance, but it was in an isolated outbuilding, not part of the main blocks which took away some of the atmosphere. Worse still, the smell of bleach was overwhelming and when we showered the water itself was so over-chlorinated it made our eyes sting and throats sore. We raised this daily, were told it was an “island-wide issue,” and were offered bottled water that never arrived. For most of the week we couldn’t properly wash, and only on day 6 was the water finally safe to use.||Breakfast was nice but basic and the same every day. There was no coffee at all during our entire stay as the machine was broken. The pool area and grounds were tired, loungers dirty, and not maintained to the standard you’d expect.||The saving grace was Jenn, the bartender, whose warmth, kindness, and customer service were second to none , she genuinely made us feel cared for and was the highlight of our stay.||Overall, this hotel has loads of potential but our anniversary trip was let down by poor facilities, lack of basics and issues that were never properly resolved. For us, this was definitely not a 4-star experience, more like 3 star at best.

We had had booked the Honeymoon Outdoor Jacuzzi Suite with high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted at all by the person at the reception — no “hello” or welcome, which felt cold and unprofessional, especially for what is supposed to be a romantic and special suite. When we entered the room, we immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant smell that gave both of us a headache within minutes. It made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. Given the lack of hospitality and the condition of the suite, we decided to leave right away. We simply couldn’t imagine spending our stay in that environment. While we understand that not every stay goes perfectly, we had hoped for at least a basic level of cleanliness and friendliness. Sadly, this was not the case. We hope that management takes this feedback seriously, as the location and concept have potential — but our experience did not reflect what was promised. Edit: A refund of 50% was effected after contacting the Management of the Hotel.
